Awesome selection! We were looking for homecoming dresses. We found a great selection with great prices. The staff was very helpful and the store was clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Walked into the store with my mom and nephew browsed around looking for a dress for my mom, when we found one she liked I asked for a bigger size the older lady yelled at me and told me in a rude way “aren’t you looking at them” I told her yes but we need a bigger size, she then told my mom she’s fat and needs to lose weight, being said my mom has a condition where she can’t lose weight easily. We were still being polite, she continued to harass my mother and tell her to shop somewhere else for fatter people my mom is a size 13. We told her we where fine and I videotaped her saying she was giving bad customer service and no one was going to shop here if she kept it up. Don’t shop here it seems by the reviews she is a wicked witch!

Seriously, helped me last minute. Made sure everything was perfect, and taken care of.So thankful for Ofelia.. She made our night, one to remember!

When you enter the store right away it stinks, smells like a dead rotting animal. gave me and my family a headache. anyways, when we were looking around the old lady was following us like if we were going to steal something. She was rude and very annoying because we couldn’t shop in peace. i do NOT recommend, terrible store.

I wish I could give this zero stars. There was this one rude lady that basically asked us to leave and was following us around the store as if we were going to steal something, which we werent, we were just looking around 🙄

Terrible customer service comes to ask x shoes for first communion and how was the style that the old lady was looking for said picky like that you will not find anything. I answered x that one is paying. I do not fly to that place nor do I recommend it to anyone. If I could put 0 mats on it, I would. So that they have a store and they are going to treat their customers as if one were asking them for a favor.

Terrible customer service. I imagine that the owners were two older people who treated us as if we were asking for a favor, not as customers. I would give them 0 stars

I am a little disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the person who answered the phone. It has no ethics, the truth is, I do not know how they treat clients, but if as they answered me, it is the service they provide, I do not stop to go buy everything for my wedding. 😝
