Manager of the store believe his name is Ruben by far has the worst customer service general understanding of the business and how things work. He basically said it was my fault he didn’t know how to do his job because I wanted to make a return and make things difficult. I got what I needed and then later went to another location in town where they were able to apply my coupons and simply complete a return where he didn’t know how to do either of the two.
I am a 89 year old male with plenty of medical problems and spend perhapas thousands for Walgreens prescription medication, at least I did but no more. Your customer service is the poorest I have ever seen. To give you an example yesterday I spent several minutes and several cars getting to the drive in window. When I go there they closed the window and went to lunch although I was the only one in line. Today I called in an order which they said would be ready at 12:45. After waiting 20 minutes I was would it wouldnt be ready till 5 PM. Well these are but examples but I will wait no more. there are other pharmacies in toww.
Tried to talk to someone in pharmacy and got hung up on 3 times! Even the store manager said he would transfer me but hung up on me instead! Does no one there know how to use a phone???
I scheduled an appointment for a vaccination with this Walgreens location. Their website had be fill out all the paperwork Id need for the appointment, and saved it to my Walgreens account for them to access when I got there. The information on their site and confirmation emails showed that I would not need to print out the form and bring it in, yet when I go there, they said they had no record of me filling it out, and I wasted another 15 mins filling out paperwork again (and had to find a seat elsewhere in the store to fill it out since they had no seating for me... I sat at the makeup counter across the store).Instead of a quick in-and-out with a max time of 30-40 mins (pre- and post-injection wait times), I was there for over well over an hour. I spoke with the manager on duty, who had dark hair, a long black beard, and glasses (no name tag, and he didnt give me his name), and he couldnt have possibly cared any less. He was aware of the issue, as many customers have already clearly complained to him about it, but he really couldnt be bothered. He simply stated that theres probably a corporate number on the website, and suggested I should contact them since he didnt care.As a manager, its his responsibility to not only make sure procedures are working and customers are happy, but also to help ensure his employees are working efficiently. Having his employees explain each time to each new customer that they have to re-fill out the forms is not only annoying to the customers, but also a waste of the employees time.I get it, its a corporate level decision as to which store locations are allowed to see customer forms and which ones arent, but if youre telling your national customer base one thing on the site, then the complete opposite in-store, thats creating a customer service nightmare that no one at the local store wants to touch.tl;dr: Ill stick with Rite Aid and CVS from now on because Walgreens lies to their customers, then local management acts like wasting customers time is normal and acceptable.
This store is VERY UNORGANIZED and PHOTO DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!!!! Second time I gave them a chance so disappointed and never again.

Employees not willing to take a little extra time to help a customer. I was looking for an item and all I was told is that it was In the back, and it should be on the shelf tomorrow. I go in the next day. Still not on the shelf. I ask an employee about the item I needed for my baby. They gave me the same answer. Its in the back and it should be on the shelf tomorrow. I mentioned that I was told the same thing yesterday. The response I got was to ask someone else.
I had great service at this store! All the associates were kind. A gentleman named Raj helped me a lot when I was printing out some cherished photos from my wedding day. I recommend others to go to this store :)
The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of a cashier here named Loan! This man is so amazingly nice and truly made my day.

Last night I came in for my sons prescription. It showed on their it was filled but when she went looking for it she could not find. She then said it was out and would have to come back tomorrow. The whole time she was very rude. Today im back. Still do not have and to come back later and lost another prescription.I hand problems with this same location with my prescriptions too. They need to get their act together.
Great place to get a necessity late at night in this area. Especially if you want something quick. No hassle going to a box store when you only want a few items.
I usually don’t leave a review, but the employees at the pharmacy really made me mad. First and older man told me I needed my insurance because I didn’t have any so I asked if they accept My insurance he said “yes idk why we wouldn’t.” So I leave to get my insurance card and when I come back they tell me they don’t accept it. I told them really that’s why I asked. And the older man said “Oh we don’t”. Another girl tells me to just have my medication transferred so another pharmacy calls them to transfer my medication and they say they don’t have anything in file for me. So I call Walgreens and a rude man tells me we don’t have anything, when I was just there 3hours earlier. I am so upset the customer service was not informed well and did not have good manners.
The pharmacy is great. They work with you and try to do the best they can with customer service. Its the only place I go to for my pharmacy needs
Do not trust these people with your medication, they do not check themselves and hand people whatever first pops up on screen. I stopped at their window and asked for a prescription and they sold me the wrong dosage again. this time I didnt catch it and was on the wrong dose for two weeks. No apologies, just a standard answer over and over again. After eight years with this pharmacy Im never using them again.
The drive threw is excruciating slow. I really dont like not getting helped 1st when I was at the window before the 2nd car when I have a crying toddler in the backseat. I would just walk in but I really dont want to deal with the fight getting the toddler back in the carseat.
Love the older gentleman checker! He always makes me smile!Not so hip on the pharmacy Staff.. Sorry.
Worst service ever. I understand it was busy, but when I dropped off an rx I let them know the patient just had surgery, I would come back for pick up. I returned at the time I was told and it wasnt ready. Waited 20 extra minutes and so far nothing (still waiting). I really would like to get home to care for the surgery patient. Thanks for nothing.
Having just relocated to this area and have been happily using Walgreens for many years, this was my first choice. In three visits I have experienced terrible customer service in the pharmacy. While waiting in drive through and inside the clerks have ignored me, and other. customers, spoken to rudely, and demonstrated inefficient service. Totally surprised by this. I can understand having a bad day, but three times in a row on different days.
The pharmacy at peak hours is bad. Its just as bad as Walmart.The store is clean, and staff are nice. Always in there to catch sales on drinks. Definitely worth the stop.If you need something and simply dont want to fight the Walmart crowd, go here.

I was absolutely loving this pharmacy until today. I looked at the label of my 12 week old daughter’s medication and the dosage seemed high. I called her pediatrician and the pharmacy had written 7.5 mls as the dosage instead of 1.5 mls!!!After calling the pharmacy to find out what happened, it was NOT reassuring that this is rare. The person I spoke with did not seem even slightly bothered by this except for the fact that I was upset.I was offered a new label for the medicine if I’d like one though. Because that solves the problem, right?
Absolutely worst customer service! My doctor called in a script, I called ahead to make sure everything was okay. I waited an hour because the pharmacy tech who checked me out had no clue what she was doing and needed to keep asking for help. The other tech helping her kept stepping away. Bottom line, find a different pharmacy, they are rude & slow.
The worst service I have ever received. Never got a phone call that my prescription was ready. Waited 2 days until I finally went in myself to see if it was ready. One prescription was the other I had to wait for. After them figuring out that I have to have 2 of the same prescription and saying one is cancelled . Not true they dont Know what the hell they are doing. Told me it would be ready in a couple days. After I got back from my trip they said we just received the order today and it will be ready in a couple hours. Liers... It was put in 7 days ago. So now I have to go back a third time for the prescription. Dont use this pharmacy they dont care, slow,& cant call when orders are ready.

Hey, this is a blue collar Walgreens. If you want courteous staff who dont show you the attitude of a someone working a minimum wage job, go to a West Richland Walgreens.
DO NOT BUY PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Rip off alert. They tried to charge us $200 for antibiotics. Like what the hell. They sent it to Walmart and we paid $8. Tell me what kind of markup is this. 2500 %. That’s how much. Robbery is what it is. Never going back.
The shift lead in the evening/night was so rude and unprofessional! I was missing points and he didnt want to help, when I said it didnt show on the receipt he said this is a receipt and those items are here! Then said are we done here yet? Ive been here many times and never had an experience like this, he needs to be corrected or retrained how to talk to customers since you know, he DOES work in customer service!!!! Thats the last time I go shopping in the evenings.
Even with having all the information on the prescription, pharmacy tech still managed to get everything wrong!!! Bad service with an attitude! I should of read the reviews before placing my order!!
The wait sucks for this pharmacy. They seem so busy that it takes forever to get a prescription. I did like that the person working the register told me I could get a coupon online and I could look it up online so that helped! I did see them eating in the back and my daughter has allergies to what they were eating so that made me mad.
