I called many other places in the area that were booked up until August 9th. I called Pasco Auto Repair and they were able to get me in the next morning. Very time efficient and professional. Curt was super helpful and nice. 100% recommend and I am very pleased with their work.

I called this place to see if they could work on my airbags and the guy who answered the phone was so impatient and rude I ended up hanging up after less than a minute. I said what kind of car I have and that I needed my airbags replaced and he said they could do that, but when I asked if I could bring my car in he got mad and asked me which specific airbag I needed replaced and what kind of car I have (I aleady told him) and didnt give me a chance to answer before saying talk to me! like I was trying to waste his time.This place has great reviews so I was actually shocked.

I got my transmission checked out

Broke down on a road trip and was towed here on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. They had my rig on a lift immediately and parts were ordered. They did the job and had me back on the road in short order, all at a very fair price. To make matters worse, my dog had cut her paw and bled all over their floor. They were very understanding to my entire situation. I hope I dont break down again, but if I do, I hope Im near this shop!

I needed some to look ive a truck that I was considering buying. Kurt was kind on the phone and even kinder in person. He was willing to look at it the same say since I was limited on time. After looking at the truck he took time to explain how a couple things worked even though he knew I would be taking the it out of state. If I did live here I would definitely be using Pasco Auto Repair for my auto needs.

The staff was very helpful on the phone and attempted to diagnose the problem during the first call so I could fix the problem. When I decided to bring the vehicle to their shop they found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes and I was on my way. They are very easy to deal with.
