Tired of going to parts stores where they simply look stuff up in a database then stare blankly when you ask a question? 9 to 9 has all the basics plus lots of hot rod and paint supplies. This is backed up by people who know cars and their products. Prices are competive and they are legitimately local.

This is a REAL auto parts store. Wait your turn and talk to parts experts. I like NAPA too.... Richard and his guys are the best in town.

Customer service was amazing. I called and very friendly over the phone. I couldnt find breakpads for my 96 local to me at any store and most places were very short and rude or kept dragging out the days my parts where supposed to be there. They found them in Yakima and are making it so I can come get them today. Thank you so much

Best place to get auto parts in town only place I have seen in town to carry a full line of wix filters, not just the oil filters. Prices are on par with and usually a bit lower than the chain stores, if the price is higher on an item it usually because they are not stocking or recommending cheap parts they do not trust. Because of this I have noticed that all parts sold here are superior quality to what the other guys sell. They also will turn brake rotors and drums. Phil, Richard, and Tom are all great guys who are great to talk to and very knowledgeable.

This is one of the last good ol hometown parts stores where you can find employees who know Auto parts inside and out, and a good place to shoot the breeze at the parts counter with other customers. They turn drums and rotors in house and can get parts fast if they dont have them in stock. No flashy signs or sale gimmicks, just honest customer service.

I tend to forget these guys are even here sometimes. They are very helpful and will guide you through finding whatever you need. They are not as big as some of the chains, but they will spend the time making sure you get exactly what you need.

I think its staffed by only one older gentleman. I called for an estimate on parts or got scolded. When I went in he was friendlier, but I didnt appreciate the service i recieved. This place does probably have the best prices on auto parts.
