I called them fifteen minutes past closing without realizing, but the person who answered the phone couldnt have been more polite and helpful. The wait for the tow truck was reasonable and the price quote I was given over the phone was exactly what i was charged. Overall I would definitely recommend using a jacks if you need a tow.

A friend works there as a dispatch I was going to have them tow the car then the insurance decided to cancel them on me made me wait even longer but eventually got towed all is good all is well

My car was stolen and was lost. I released interest to the state, asked state about it and the car then belongs to the state. Months later, they find and tow it and threaten my license if I dont pay them. They towed a stolen car. Crooks is my only opinion on the matter.

Avoid this place they are horrible we waited over 12 hours for tow on tractor when they showed up they jacked the price up 200 more dollars then they told us over the phone.... unprofessional office people an driver....... not to mention I’m a owner of a trucking and tow service myself, ridiculous I will be reporting to better business bureau!!!!

The tow company told me 2hrs wait so I called another company and they said they would send someone but then a-jacks showed and jumpstarted my car so I could get to the repair shop

Really Bad service I have to wait in my car for more than two hours in the night. I call because one car take my Parkin and they take more than two hours to come for the car. I don’t why they take forever. And finally they NOT come for the car

My truck was towed by the police and Ajax did not have to allow me to get my personal belongings because I was not the owner of the truck and I was not able to get a hold of the owner of the but the staff at Ajax was kind enough to allow me to retrieve my personal belongings thank you for that.

Best towing company in the Pacific Northwest

Someone set my car on fire...was all over the news..anyway housing didnt give me a chance to call who i wanted and now these people are trying to charge me for towing it...well housing called them not me so housing should pay!!! I am disabled and on a fixed income and cant afford this...I am stressed out trying to figure out how to replace my car and now this... shouldnt even give them one star!!!!

Pieces of garbage, I have a car in MY PRIVATE LOT that has expired tags, the thing is it doesnt run and Im trying to repair it, woman on the phone was a harpie and cant seem to watch her mouth, if they take the car they can be sure to see me in court.

Parked my car outside and they had it towed now dont have enough money to get it out cause they had it sent to Pasco to make sure that itd be 600+.
