When dealing with an unfair situation, my apartment complex didn’t do much to help but action towing was kind enough to go out of their way to get the problem resolved.

Straight trash, wont answer the phone and unwilling to help.

I needed towing service and they responded quickly and the bill was reasonable. Nice looking equipment and a professional driver.

This guys are garbage.

My son rolled our car last Thursday morning as a result of winter weather. Action Towing went and got the car. Later Thursday morning I went there and retrieved our personal things from the car as I was sure that it was totaled. Saturday I got a form in the mail from them saying that I had 120 hours from the incident to retrieve the car from them or they would assume that I had abandoned it and would sell it at auction and I would not be allowed to bid on it. I went into their office this morning (Monday) at 8:00 am to pay the towing fee and told them I wasnt happy about not being told last Thursday about the 120 hour requirement. I also told the General Manager that I had read the three ratings they had on the internet and they all were one star out of five. He just shrugged and said they dont do anything with the internet.This is the poorest customer service that I have experienced in a very long time.Take your business elsewhere
