Super good as always. Great products and too quality. Even their plants are mostly really good and at relatively good prices. However in general it’s quite expensive ao unfortunately not a place I would recommend for the weekly grocery shopping.

Hate to say this but I have to. The floor clerk was assembling the pre-packaged donut display and I saw her open the plastic container with an un-gloved hand and reassemble the donuts inside. Turned me off. Will not buy prepared display stuff there anymore. The coffee across from the pizza stand is good and no wait and a good price at $2.00 a cup.

We go to Whole Foods Pasadena on purpose because:1. Its the largest Whole Foods store in Los Angeles at driving distance2. There is the largest variety of items on 2 floors to choose from3. Its super friendly to navigate the supermarket4. Its beautifully displayed. My favorite one is the orchid show at the entrance.5. Their self checkout allow you to pay with various payment methods without having to have require the assistance of a cashier on location.6. As it is Whole Foods, you already know that you are going to find the healthiest alternatives for everything.7. Oh! And the restrooms are located close to the feminine hygiene section, which is very practical and thoughtful 😀8. Im sure there are more reasons, but these are the ones that are on top of mind right now.

Im not a big fan of this store, my experience is usually overpriced, crammed and rude. But this store in Pasadena felt different, to start there is a decent sized parking structure making parking a cinch, the store is two levels which made for enough space to navigate, theres a cart escalator and the workers were pleasant. Ill be back... go ahead make my shopping day!

This store is fantastic in every regard!  It is always well-stocked and clean, and the parking is ample. The selection of organic groceries is very very good.  However the absolute best thing about this store are the staff. They have been friendly, helpful and super efficient every single time that I have shopped here. I started shopping just a few months ago, usually on a weekly basis, and waited to post this review until I had enough visits to offer an accurate assessment.  The amazing staff review applies to every single employee at every single visit so far -  cashier, stocker, butcher, bakery staff, etc. In fact, the employees who fill curbside pickup orders are also amazing people, both because Ive been very pleased using the pickup option and because I have witnessed the care they take  selecting items especially the produce items in the store. They shop with the same care that I use.Well done everyone! Keep up the great work!

Love the vegetables, fruits, and meats. However, undercovers follow my partner and I since we enter and exit the market. It’s not ok to follow us just because we look certain way, for example, we look Latinos. I did not saw undercovers following other ethnicities that look European. If undercovers are going to do their job, they better do it professionally and not make it obvious. I am not planning to return back to this market. 😔😢😞😤😡Also, my partner and I are decent and kind people. We have excellent records.

I love going to this location. They always have my fave items, and the staff are very helpful. I like when the staff wraps my bottles in additional paper to protect it. This is a challenge for the DTLA cashiers, as they do not want to do anything other then ring your items, and throw them in a bag to get you on your way. It is always refreshing to go to a whole foods where the employees really take pride in their customer service.

Love Whole Foods and this location is one of our favorites. We have prime and shop here multiple times a week for everything - groceries, fresh juice, vitamins, beauty products, etc etc. We are conscious of eating healthy and organic. We also buy cooked/prepared food all the time. If theres one suggestion for improvement, itll be to cut down on plastic packaging. Id love to buy their roasted whole chicken and other hot foods, but the thought of them sitting all day in plastic containers and on heated plates is just not appealing. We all know what happens to plastic when you apply heat, not good! Whole Foods was already using paper containers for their food bars so it should be a no brainer to package all their cooked hot food in paper containers as well not sure why this is not done. Perhaps to cut costs? Amazon is such a large conglomerate and with its climate pledge, it can really do better and make a huge difference. Thanks.

I have never been to this whole foods before. It was honestly a little tricky to find the entrance to the parking garage. After driving around the block, I realized that the turn to get into the garage was on a street, before the building. Once I parked, it was still confusing because the elevators do not tell you which floor to go to to get to the store entrance. Luckily an employee was also in the elevator, returning carts. She was very friendly and hospitable. Once I got inside, I was further confused because the store is broken up into two floors. The first floor is the bath and body section with the produce and everything else was upstairs. The store itself is very nice and clean. The employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. If Im ever in the area again, and need to do a quick shopping trip, Ill definitely go back to this whole foods.

I rode over to WFM 3rd St. & Fairfax on the morning of December 9th to buy some non-dairy frozen desserts & les jeunes pousses de roquette, vegan salad dressings & other treats in my EBT card. I noticed the Raincoast crisps (I used to buy them at Bristol Farms Doheny, the old Chasens with a chair on top); havent been there in I dont know how many years); I picked up Cranberry ones & apricot & figs; also grabbed some Rustic Bakery Artisan Crisps in Apricot, Pistachio & Brandy. Also, Van Leeuwen Honeycomb vegan frozen dessert (no honey; they make a special sticky candy that mimics the real bee sweets) & Ben & Jerrys Netflix & Chilld frozee non-dairy. After I got home, I readied myself for a Doctors appointment for 2:45 pm. I had Google Mapped 1701 East Cèsar Chavez: not far east of U-Sta at Vignes St. Hadnt I learned : the topography of Los Angeles is the spawn of Dante & Hieronymus Bosch? Me, with my double-vision & crippled feet starting in childhood, grown worse! My Health plan sent me into John Wick territory. Snagglefanged sidewalks lurching, tilting all which ways, holes, lumpy streets; downhill sliders (I dont mind Up; Down terrifies me: I have Scars all over from tripping & falling : blood gushing). I reached 1701, went in snarling; pushed the え レ ベ タア (pardon my spelling: spell awful in all languages) button to 5th storey; my suite, 510, was guarded by the temperature thermometer gun medical worker : I told her that I had an appointment for 2:45 pm with Dr. Tabesh; she said he was out of the office, gone for the day! I exited 1701 ranting & venting like a Macau Dragon on a French rum & Chartreuse bender. I swore, I shouted, I told the assemblage of people hanging around the building & waiting at the bus stop what I felt about my trek from Blade Runner 2049. The #70 came before the #68 or # 770.Today, the 11th I rode up Gold Line to Delmar. Gary met me as prearranged ; he lives at The Saddleback Inn now. I was going to buy food on EBT. But he offered to pay for my cornucopia with a $100. bill. I always get my arugala; got scallions, Arkansas Black Apples, Cosmic Crisp apples, Portobello mushrooms, Wild Wood Super Firm Tofu (と ふう), WFM Sesame & Ginger dressing, Pukka Cinnamon Chai & 3 Gingers ( turmeric & galangal ) & organic Adriatic Fig Spread. And organic French peeled shallots. We walked down to Fillmore stop. I got on the train; Gary went east to feed the sqweeerelles & Crows at Caltech. WFMs & Trader Joes are great.

This was the first time my girlfriend and I had been to this Whole Foods. Being newbie vegans were we excited to see what we could find. Wow!!! So pleased!!! We filled a basket with a weeks worth of yummy veggie based foods...and then we discovered the bar/cafe!!! After examining the menu, we quickly decided to have lunch. After seating ourselves, we were greeted by a very attractive, busy, smiley, woman, name “Jessi”.Jessi gave us all the options, an amazing story about the beer I ordered, the friendliest service I have had anywhere in many years, attentiveness and an outstandingly awesome experience. In short, Jessi made us feel welcome, and super happy with all of our meal decisions. Sooo happy!!!!Whole foods is now our favorite place to unwind and enjoy a lazy afternoon. We will be back to see Jessi and all of the friendly whole food staff very soon... Seriously can’t wait! 😋

First time here at this whole foods location. It can be a bit confusing. You may enter either through the front store if you arent driving or may enter through the parking lot that has 3 parking floors if you are driving. I suggest taking the elevator if youre inside the parking lot, read the postings as it is a guide for which departments are on each floor and press either 1⭐ or 2, not P1, P2, P3.There is an walking elevator inside to go up and down each floor with your shopping cart. Shopping carts are on the first floor from what Ive seen, you can always ask the security guard where you can get a cart just incase. Anyways, while all this digressing, I enjoyed my small trip here around 10 am. Nice modern feel to it, lots of stuff to choose from, employees are great and welcoming. Kind of similar to the one in Downtown LA but this location is a whole new level.

Hmm, I was surprisingly disappointed with this location. I passed by many times coming off the freeway from LA and gave myself a reminder to visit. I was looking for a specific walnut milk another location did not have. I figured since this location was bigger that maybe they would have more of a variety of items. First I circled the block about 3 times looking for parking out front, not realizing that the underground parking was on the street with the cul de sac. There was no clear indicator or sign letting me know that parking was that way. So, I eventually found it and went inside. This place is definitely huge. The setup is interesting. It seems like everything was scaled down, gutted and very skeletal. Took the elevator up and was hugely disappointed by the choices available in anything really. I passed by the meat section and it smelled horrible (I dont actually eat meat or poultry) but the chicken breast was discolored and just smelled really bad when I walked by. Not typical of a Whole Foods at all. I understand the restaurant being closed. Just felt like a suffering ghost town.
