This was the best experience I’ve had with any Ford service center thus far!! My service advisor was Brett, and I have to say he exceeded our expectations! Not only was the car ready in less than 3 days, but he was attentive and super nice. He kept constant communication with us, always answered our calls and if he didn’t he would return the call in little to no time. I had a previous bad experience with auto nation Ford, and honestly this location at Pasadena-Mac Haik is amazing. I highly recommend Brett, he is very knowledgeable and is extremely professional. He also gave us an excellent price, he worked with our insurance company. He has been one of the best service advisor we’ve ever had. He cares about his customers and will give you the best customer service.

Staff extremely nice. Apparently their computer system is a pain. Would be tough to justify servicing here consider it is now at 3+ hours for a required computer update.

Went their to get my A/C fixed..they did there own evaluation..called me and said it was ready and the A/C was working..after I got a ride to get my car it was not working so they checked it again well I waited. Said it was ready and working..it was not working so they gave me a rental till they could resolve the issue..but they didnt tell me there rental was less than 24 hours..this was not cheap and they can not seem to get it right..they obviously dont test things to see if its actually fixed before they call you and tell you its working...

Just pick up my F150 with a bad fuel pump and now also have a idle issue that never was present prior to having the fuel pump problem! Manager try to point it out to that problem always had been there! Honestly worse Ford dealer I had deal with ever! Scams is what it feels like. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else’s for repairs or purchase! 👎👎👎👎👎

Been here 1.15 hours and have not touched my truck. Promised it back finished in 45 minutes

Went in to have the locks taken off my wheels and have a tire repaired. Was told it would be a couple hours, I sat there almost 4 1/2 hours. This place is slow.
