Incredible service! They were fast and are extremely friendly. They make you feel like family. Prices are competitive as well. Service was quick. They seem busy, but I take that as a good sign. Especially since there are numerous other tire shops in the area.

Mikey and George are awesome individuals. We got a flat tire on our way to San Diego, luckily, this was the closet tire repair shop. Our rental car needed specific tires and they offered several different options. However, time passed trying reach our rental service. Without any question, they found a spare used tire, free of charge. They got us back on the road for our vacation. They were very patient, kind, and compassionate people. You will not be disappointed.

Called at 10:15 AM asking whether they could install 35 inch tires and 17 inch rims that I bought from Amazon on my Jeep. They said no problem and can you come in at 10:30? After being quoted a very reasonable price, George, Ruben and Ted spent the next two hours removing the old rims and tires, putting on the new ones, and realigning all four wheels. Then they loaded my old rims and tires into the Jeep for me. Finally, Ted and the owner took the Jeep for a test drive to make sure everything was working perfectly and took a photo of the guys with the Jeep. IMHO, Crown City is the best wheel/tire shop in the area.

This place was the closest to home and we were running on a flat tire. They were honest about our tire still being usable rather than making us think we needed a new one. They patched it up real quick. 30 bucks was the most Ive ever paid for a patch though! Beats buying a whole new tire haha. Other than that amazing staff.Mike and Oscar were a great help. Came in today without an appointment to get my tire with a screw repaired. The staff and service were amazing! Even though their initial assessment was the tire may be unrepairable because the puncture was too close to the sidewall, they attempted the repair anyway. Oscar, Mikey, and Ted were able to salvage my fairly new tire (5k miles) and save me from buying a new tire. They completed the repair quickly and professionally, even wiped down any surface they touch to ensure safety from the Covid virus. Best part of it all, when Thomas tried to remind staff to use the lift accessory (“puck”) to not damage the batteries found in the under carriage, staff already had the puck set up underneath the car ready to be used. Had a nice chat with Thomas too during the repair; it turns out, he is the owner of the shop!I can’t say enough about the staff and service you get here. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The facility is clean and organized. It is hard to find a repair shop that you have confidence in and trust, but I think I may have just found one. This was my second visit to this shop and it will definitely not be my last!!

New tires for my ‘71 Bug have been a hassle in the past, needing an unusual size. No hassle this time, at Crown City! Actually a delightful experience — they ordered the tires I wanted, installed them the next day, shuttled me while my Bug was with them, maintained excellent Covid precautions, and everyone was so cheerful, efficient, and helpful. And it feels great to go with a local, family business and keep our good vibes and money within the community. Great service! Called them when my tire pressure light turned on and they were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. Alex gave great service. He checked my tires and inflated them efficiently. The technicians wore masks, but service was contact-free. My little ones and I didn’t even need to get out of the car. Awesome service for mamas! Had a flat tire near Huntington Hospital and saw this place listed in Google Maps nearby. This place was awesome. Though it was 2 in the afternoon on a Friday and had no appointment, they were able to get a tire delivered for my CX-5 within an hour. By 3:40 I was on my way home. The gal at the front desk was exceptional and everyone who came to the shop were treated to top notch customer service. Will definitely bring my car here in the future.

After discovering a nail in my tire, I found Crown City through an internet search of tire repair places nearby my office. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and in only a few minutes my car was on a jack and being inspected. Oscar and Mikey handled my car and they were great, they let me know theyd be able to do a patch without having to replace the tire and had me in and out the door in about 30 minutes. Ive been to Crown City Tire & Auto Repair twice to have my Jeep serviced, and both times the entire staff was friendly and easy to work with. Theyre definitely my go-to auto repair shop in Los Angeles.Neidy at the front desk is a rock star and made the whole experience very smooth. Mikey most recently serviced my Jeep, and he did a great job, taking the extra time to make sure everything was correct. Being locally-owned and operated is a huge plus, and the attention to detail shows.Also, as a transgender woman, it can be unnerving to deal with people in stereotypically masculine environments. You never know how people will act. Suffice to say, Neidy and the rest of the staff were very affirming, which isnt something I ever expected to say about an auto repair shop. They made me feel very comfortable, and for that, Im extremely grateful. Thank you, Crown City Tire!

A little background...initially I brought my car in for a routine smog check and minor service. It was then that I saw firsthand how great the staff at Crown were. They truly were knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and personable. Offered soft drinks too!Fast forward to a week after smog check, after I just had taken the car to the DMV. I ran into a little issue where I would need a little more than a standard wrench to remove license plates. What garage would be able to help out in a time of need? I called and sure enough, they were more than happy to lend out a helping hand. Thank you very much to Jackie and Mikey for taking a moment to remedy an odd situation. Everyone was very nice there and helped me out with just what I needed. Mickey and Oscar were the ones who worked on my car which I came to just balance my two front tires. They did a great job and was impressed that they even cleaned all my rims. They even let me know some noticeable things that needed repairing and asked me before they did anything to make sure it was what I wanted. Dropped off my car to get a single tire replaced. They finished it in 30 minutes. When I arrived I got the red carpet treatment from the technicians Mikey and Ted, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Its refreshing when a business gives their customers a high level of service.

Sad the old owners have retired, but the new staff is friendly and the place has been remodeled. I think its more professional than it was before. Also, the staff is very helpful and human.

Tony has many years of experience and has always been a great source of information to us over the years. He took the time to understand my concerns and gave me helpful information as to what options we had on our tire issue. Tony is the best and I highly recommend talking to him for any tire or service needs. The facility is as nice as you will ever find for a tire and service shop and everyone there is very cordial. While waiting for the tow truck, we called Tony, who assured us and confirmed that a tire was available. When we arrived, he got us going right away... And Mikey took care of us at lightning speed! Ive been going here for more than 5 years. The staff and guys on the floor are consistently professional and very accommodating. On my last service after getting 4 new tires, Tom ensured that my alignment issue was satisfactorily addressed, despite coming back three times to address an off-centered steering wheel. Thats a business willing to bend backwards to gain their customers trust and confidence! I also want to give a thanks and kudos to Tony who is always friendly and professional. First and foremost the customer service was beyond fantastic. Jacqueline helped me out find the tires that I needed. They didnt have that the tire that day but were able to get it the next day. They updated me when the received the tires and were able to put it on very quickly.The owner even gave me a ride home. Again customer service and trust was fantastic. I cant think of a better tire and auto repair shop in the area. I just moved to Pasadena 2 months ago and this will be my go to automotive shop.

I picked up my car today from Crown City Tire and I’ve been blown away. From the start we had great communication on the phone, then via text. I work weird hours so we were able to find an accommodation.I got status updates during the day, and finally when I went to pick up the car - I got a thank you card. I mean, I work at a hospital as an information technology field technician. My job is to make our healthcare workers’ lives as easy as possible by making sure their technology works.The last thing I expected was to be thanked as well. This was one of the most wholesome, warm hearted experiences I’ve had, and it made me feel like being back in my hometown in Rural Wisconsin... this place doesn’t want your $$ — they want to get to know YOU and your car, and will be the most honest, trustworthy people you’ll find out there. Today was my first time visiting Crown City Tire and it was hands down the best tire shop I have ever been to. The people at the front desk Jacqueline and Tony were extremely mice and courteous. I never leave reviews for anything but this place is an awesome gem! I went to them for the first time last week needing an oil change and having issues with one of my tires. I ended up needing 4 new tires (not a shock to me..was trying to delay it) and new spark plugs. Jacqueline had initially helped me and she was soo lovely and professional. I felt very much at ease talking with her-she explained everything that needed to be done on my car very thoroughly and they were not pushy at all! I feel they have honest pricing (very reasonable/ I also did a bit of research) and the customer service is excellent. This was the least stressful encounter I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I will absolutely be a return customer and if you need a new auto repair shop- do not hesitate to go here. Valerie also assisted me and she was also phenomenal!

Woke up to low tire pressure on Christmas Eve. I called Crown City Tire and Jacqueline answered and said they would take care of me. I brought in my car and Mikey found a screw in the interior side wall of my tire. Jacqueline immediately ordered a new tire, since my tire could not be repaired and was covered by the warranty. Like a family. The feeling you get when you walk into the shop. The feeling of loyalty and reliability, the feeling of relief. It was my first time entering the shop and yet, it felt like I had been going there for years. I was almost expecting Mikey to walk up to me and say alright Dylan, what have you done this time. Doesnt matter the problem or issue you might have, with Crown City you know youre in good hands. Most shops rush to punch out when quitting time is near but, not Crown City. The team is at your service until the final door is closed. I was in desperate need of a tire replacement and I fear that the longer I was on the road, the greater the chance in the car getting damaged even more. Crown City was just a block away. I had to leave the car for three hours BUT my phone was dead and I only had my card. How was going to get back home, no worries as Crown Citys shuttle dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready to go.Teams got great wise eyes like Ruben, great hands like Oscar and Mikey and lets not forget great front desk care like Valerie where first impressions are always important. Customer service is always key to any buisness but some might believe in the stereotype that Auto Repair shop employees are nothing but grease monkeys looking to scam you out and leave you disappointed but Crown City puts that to rest. I went to Crown City Tire yesterday to have the tires rotated on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ruben was the mechanic and he did an excellent job. After examining the wear, they decided to crisscross the front tires. They also performed a complementary multi-inspection, including a code scanner report. The service is exceptional and the employees are very friendly.

Highly Recommend Crown City Tire & Auto repair, The shop was really clean, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, Mikey was super helpful with my car, showed me and thoroughly explained to me exactly what the problem was with my tires and was overall very helpful through the whole process. Cant say enough good things about my first experience here. Had a flat and was concerned about getting it repaired quickly during the current situation. Found Crown Citys info and texted them. They were closed for the weekend but I received a reply right away! Also got a very reasonable quote, if replacement was necessary. On Monday, I received the most excellent service by Thomas, Tony, and their whole team. Tire was repaired in no time in a facility that was super clean and with all sanitary precautions taken. Ive taken my car here a few times, so far to get: four new tires; repairs to the cooling system/radiator and suspension; and an A/C recharge. Every experience Ive had has been great, including most recently with Jacqui and George. Theyre quick to do the work here, the dropoff/pickup service is really convenient, and everyones always super friendly and informative.

I always have a great experience when I go to crown city tire. Mike was so helpful to change my tesla tire to the spare tire. I will come back toe to get the new alignment & two tires for the rear.

Great customer service and very fast and honest work! I came in because my tire pressure light was on due to a nail stuck in one of my tires. I was quoted a price depending on how much damage was done and was told it would take about an hour because there were a few customers ahead of me. Not only did it take less than an hour, but the service they provided for taking out not one but two nails from my tire was complimentary. I will definitely come back here in the future when I need new tires.

Had to get new tires due to a huge hole and heavy wear, and they were so helpful and even recommended a more affordable option than the current tires I had.My tire pressure light came on again today and THEY PICKED MY CAR UP FROM MY HOUSE (wow), patched the hole, sanitized the car, and had it back to me in less than 90 minutes!Ive felt intimidated at other auto and tire places but this place is so polite, professional, and friendly. The waiting room and bathroom are super clean and comfy and they even have a Keurig machine. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Best customer service! Not only was I given a complimentary tire patch, but what I really appreciated was that Jacqueline explained all the steps they will perform, what to expect, and she also showed me the huge screw that was the culprit. When all was done, Mikey came out and disinfected my car before I got on. It was easy breezy! I definitely recommend this place!In COVID times, just going out of the house is anxiety producing. So when I had to get out to get my tire patched, I was comforted to see they were taking all necessary precautions, starting at the door, requiring customers to wear masks.There was still a guy who came in without a mask, because ... there’s always a rebel.

Mikey and Nady (I hope I spelled her name right, lol) were absolutely amazing!!! I called crown City because my car wouldn’t start. I was just sitting in the garage talking to my dad, who lives in TX trying to figure out what to do. So of course the option that came up was to tow it. I’m not trying to tow my car when and if it’s something is small plus we are in a pandemic, who has money like that to just drop on a tow truck. So I called Crown City and within 10 mins Mikey and Nady showed up and got my car started. Literally, I’m going to be coming back for ALL my car needs. Thank you Mikey and Nady and Nady’s sister for the quick service and very polite. You guys restored my faith in humanity!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My tire pressures light came on, so I took it in to be checked. Mikey helped me. Initially nothing was seen, but he removed the tire that was low and found that something had punctured the tire, but must have fallen out. He was able to patch the tire. Thanks

Crown City Tire is a local gem. It’s a family run business that does excellent full service automotive repair. It’s never fun taking your car in for repairs, but I always leave feeling the work was done well and that I was treated fairly.

I came to this tire place after having a flat. They are very friendly and honest. My tire was fixed quickly and affordable. I definitely recommend. Mikey is the best!.

Twice visited for fixing my tires with nails in it. Short wait Good attitude and reasonable prices. Recommend for tires. Not recommend for other auto services because my car broke down last year on my way to Vegas after serviced there and the mechanic connect the wires wrong. Found out in Vegas Jaguar dealer service center after being towed there.

I went to get two of my tires switched about 3 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience due to how fast and efficient my service was, prices were reasonable and for some very good tires . Mikey, Ruben and Thomas were the ones who had me in and out and even did a break check and alignment check for my satisfaction. All in all I will be coming back whenever I need tires thanks guys.

Very easy to work with and accommodating. They stayed after working hours to make sure the job was done.I was worried about a potential upsell with the free alignment check. In the end, I think they were just being thorough, and caught something that could have cause premature wear on the brand new tires.Good job by all!
