Top notch customer service! The staff were professional and speedy! I expected the job to take a couple of days and was complete in a mere few hours. Everyone was thorough and incredibly pleasant! The next time I need work done Antwerpen Volkswagen Service Center will be my go to!

Went in for warranty work, got my car back with damage to the steering wheel. I contact them about it. They claim that because I dont have supportive evidence they wont fix it. In other words, if you plan to take your car to this shop, make sure you take pictures of the outside and inside, because if they do damage it, they wont help you. Also note, dont bother calling corporate. The corporate office told me they dont get involved with dealership damage and told me to deal with the dealership directly. WOW. Great customer service VW!

Absolutely the worst maintained dealership service department I’ve visited. Service advisor was rude and talked to me like I was a child. This is a VW dealership that had more more used non VW’s on sales lot than I could count. Parking lot is full of pot holes and mechanics spent more time standing outside smoking than working. Very very unprofessional. Will be driving to Ourisman in future or going to Annapolis.

Tire light came on. I called. Told me to come right in. Fix the problem Now thats service.

I recently brought my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and discovered I had some addition work that needed to be done. Branden, Matt and Jackie were great with explaining what needed to be done and my options for paying for the surprise. Thankfully for me I was able to use their loan program to get the work done without having to stretch myself through the holidays. Otherwise I would not have been able to get the work done.

Had my vehicle services by matt rhodes he was really great and told me everything that was needed to be done to keep my family safe and jackie kennedy was the best service advisor i could have had ill all was take any of my vehicles there
