Ive been doing business with NAPA since the 90s and what kept me coming back is the quality of the parts and warranty (life time) butttttttt!! Dont ever loose the receipt, take a picture or scan it somewhere safe. I purchased a water pump and thermostat from another location thats what brought me back this time.I tried to use my life time warranty on the parts and guess what? Nope! Unless you bought the parts from that particular NAPA youre out of luck. Why NAPA cant get on the program like the other part stores (Oreillys Auto Zone) where you take warranty parts to any location thats convenient for you. This is a deal breaker for me I was not going to pay for another water pump situation, just because I didnt buy the parts from this particular store. In my case the store I bought the parts from was 20 miles away. I forgot to mention so happen they couldnt locate my info in their system from both locations and Im a rewards member! THIS IS A WARNING FOR EVERYONE

They didnt have what i was lookin for. Store is clean but when i walked in 3 people at the register and No one greeted us. ! They looked at us like we were gonna steal something.. not even one smiled. When we left. We had all eyes on us!. Like really!. They are gonna loose business. The one on telephone road is better and my business will be with them for now on. I came over here because it is closer to my house but for better service. I will go further

They have a nice friendly knowledgable staff. I was looking for parts for my car and didnt see them out on the floor and ask about them and they had them in the back and helped me look for similar products and talked with me about the differences in quality between them so I could make an informed decision with a piece of mind knowing I was getting exactly what I needed and wanted. I will be highly recommending this auto parts store. I will be shopping here again.

Joe and the store manager always take care of me. They make the experience personal and ask about my previous projects. I love this store. These guys have actual knowledge and truly care about the customer.

Very horrible workplace i wasnt properly trained i was bullied by the managers things would happen and the drivers would get blamed people in front played on theyre phones all day while drivers did everything i got fired because someone else hit the car i drove very bad place to work i have a daughter gonna be here in 4 days and they all knew about it that job was all i had now im homeless and im gonna lose my daughter i cant even eat soemtimes because im broke so i hope your happy napa.

07/07/17 They are currently remodeling, so things are a bit kaotic. I had to wait to be helped, but once I got it, they are quick and helpful.

Worst place for DIYS jobs, these people dont even know what a fastener is, much less diameters or even what a diamond tipp drill bit is. I couldnt believe I was in NAPA.

I order some parts to pick on Saturday and the person who took my call didnt order anything at time of pick up. This is first buy from napa not to happy about the customer service.
