These guys took care of me when I needed a part returned. Not ony returned the item, but they lowered the price for the new part for the inconvenience I had of bringing the part back. Thats what I called service need more places like this. From the guy behind the counter to the manager they all did a great job. Thanks!

After experiencing very bad customer service at another store i decided to go to this location and darvin and catrina had very great customer service, they were very polite and and even if they were about to close they did everything they could to help, i left very happy and i will be returning here if i need anything else

Very very pricey on nuts, bolts, and washers. Poor selection at best. And paid an unbelievable and ridiculous price for the bolts and nuts that I needed to finish a small project. Real bad decision on my part, but did not want to have to stop at another store...

Went and got a radiator cap for a 2006 q35 infinity. Errthang was cool.

Yesterday I went in to get a part for my car... keep in mind it was $17. So I got home and it wasn’t the right one. So I took it back to get the right one. I had the receipt. Come the find out it wasn’t the same price as the one I bought. It was only $7.99. So the guy that checked me out said it was the same price and it wasn’t. So we had to speak to the manager. Something wasn’t right about that at all. I will never shop at this store or location again.

Use them more often than not. Best bet is to order online and find their 20-25% off coupons and apply them. Staff is always friendly and has my order ready to go.

You know I got up tried to go to work this morning, 2 dead batteries in my truck and yes it was time to get new ones, so I ended up at Advance Auto parts they were very helpful willing to get you in and quickly. They unloaded the car and loaded the with new batteries and I ordered a new tail light for my truck and I got a 25% discount on everything and I made it to work before the 915 AM break. Went to see about getting my check engine light checked out and was told they arent doing it because of covid... you can go down the road to oReillys and they will you just have to hook the machine up for them which isnt that hard. Seems like just an excuse not to your job.

Broken belt for my 2011 Hyundai

I came in this morning, looking to get some new windshield wipers because mine were installed incorrectly (by me) and ended up breaking while I was driving in the rain. When I got there I had no idea what I needed, and the lady behind the desk helped me do the research and dig through boxes in the back just to look for the right windshield wipers. She really took her time to help me and was so kind. Looking and feeling the way I did, it was so nice to be treated with such kindness. Once I was all rung up, the man behind the counter went out to my vehicle and installed my new wipers, in the rain. I was lucky enough to be close by and even though I have other stores closer to my house, I will gladly drive to this one whenever I need something for my car. Thanks to everyone working today for making my day a little bit better.

I had a blowout on beltway 8, and somehow made it to the side of their building. The manager saw me in distress and kindly changed to my spare. I was so grateful. I offered them a few dollars just to say thank you, but he kindly declined. Customr Service like this is rare. You have gained a customer!
