I had zero issues with Safelite til today…Had a scheduled appointment at 3pm that was only supposed to take an hour and a half. First, they didn’t even take my car back until after 30 minutes of just sitting there. About and hour and half in, they tell me they didn’t have the glass for one of my windows and my car would be ready shortly. 2 and a half hours in I had to ask about my vehicle only to be told it’s “almost ready.” Finally after 3 hours I get my car back but have to schedule again to have my other window replaced. I will not be making an appointment at the physical location ever again, definitely only using the service where they come to you.

The repair job was great in every way. The problem is the time it took to book an appointment. I called in early September and was told the earliest repair date was October 14, whether it was done at the shop or on location. I chose on location. Safelite advertises all over my area, Houston Texas, many times a day that they offer same day repair service. I brought this up with the sales rep and she advised that that was what is available. Driving the car any length of time could have caused the small chip to crack which would have required a windshield replacement. Not happy

They have one of the most friendly and professional staff at work! I loved how professionally they did the required work on my car.More than than I was impressed by the (A) additional services and (B) communication at each step in the service.Even though I was little late for the appointment, they accepted my car and they clearly explained why servicing my car may take longer (around 4-5 hours) because i was late. I like setting the expectation upfront.Not only they accepted my car, they provided me complimentary ride to wherever i wanted to go locally and they provided me drop and pickup rides to and from my Home, which was about 35-40 drive from their location.In addition, at each step in the service their system kept me updated with text, where my car is in the process and what is being worked upon.Seriously amazing! I hope this quality of service last long time!!!

Took my truck right on time and they had it done in 35 minutes! Clean job, no rattles or wind noise. Definitely recommend Safelite in Pasadena, Texas.

I recently scheduled Safelite to repair a windshield on my 2020 Expedition. Antonio C. did an amazing job! He arrived early, repaired the damage and explained the repair to me thoroughly! He was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely call them again!

Even though I did not bring my car here, I need to write this for, hopefully, a Safelite employee to see. I work a mile away from this place and trying to see if I can get a ride to my office since it will take 3-4 hours to complete the work. I called the number listed and all I get is a computer that cannot answer my question and it hang up on me when it could not answer my question! If you are reading this, SAFELITE, you are loosing customers by not having people answer the phone to save a few dollars!

Quick service, the appointment is easy to take and the work done was top notch.I had to use the warranty for a different issue after the replacement and it was done without hassle. Finding the customer service number for the warranty was not fun.I will definitely used them again if I need to.

Had a scheduled appointment to have my windshield replaced and arrived dropped vehicle off, went home and called to find out how long it would be and they dont even have the part! Its on backorder. I had to go back to retrieve my vehicle. I even sat in the store when i dropped it off for 15 minutes and was not once notified while there or prior that the windshield was not available. Poor customer service..you cannot speak to anyone at the Safelite locations you get a call center who passes messages back and forth. I would NEVER do business with this company again. I dont know if its just this location or all of them..but this was certainly enough to sour me on their service. Wasted my time,gas and eztag on poor service.

My insurance uses this company so I had no choice. My first appointment they brought the wrong windshield to the install. Thanks (Eric) I didn’t complain even though this was inconvenient for me. The next appointment not only did they install the incorrect windshield they took a part off my car in under the hood and didn’t put it back they laid it inside under the hood. Thanks again (Eric) you would think after I called to tell them the issue I would get a call from customer service management something no I have not. So I can’t tell you what to do with your windshield but I wouldn’t use them again. I will now have to figure out where the part came from so that I can get it put back on my car.

I had an appointment at 1:00 and was there at 12:45, they took my car in and it was in there for two hours, when they brought my car back to me it was missing a cover piece to the windshield wiper arm, after some days drove the car again just to notice that they had not transferred the inspection sticker, I tried calling the Pasadena office, nobody answers the phone,I go all the way over there just to find out that they never ordered the part they had to replace, so I have to wait and on the sticker issue now I have to go get a replacement for it that, supposedly I am going to be reimbursed for it but who is going to pay for my gas, tolls and time?

Slow. Impossible to get by phone (literally) and had to go back to get the work done improperly the first time fixed

5 stars for this location. Everyone involves was super helpful and professional. When calling they set me up with an appointment and honored that appointment (theres nothing worse then scheduling something and having to wait).Arrived and the receptionist (lady on the right when you walk in, didnt catch her name) was extremely pleasant to work with. Theyre up front about the prices, do a great job and even provide you with mobile desks, coffee, water, soda, wifi, etc. They even vacuumed out the broken glass from the break-in for me!Whole process for a rear window took about 35min to complete from time of walk in.

I understand after a window breaks there will be fragments of glass inside the vehicle. You shouldnt specify with customers that cleaning will be done when it wont. I now have glass, everywhere. In more places than before. I had a rear window replaced.For $540, Id go elsewhere.

So far so good. Only had an estimate done but they were very attentive and listened to you. They were up front and offered an honest opinion and recommendation.

Had an appointment Tuesday(9/8/20) to have a crack in my windshield repaired and I was very pleased. The guy Jaime was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me and also informed me that the work is warranted. He told me how long the work was gonna take and it was right on point! Window was repaired twice and it still doesn’t close. Rainy days in Houston with a window that doesn’t close….you get the picture.

Damaged my vehicle on both sides of the pillars outside, and bent plastic on inside. 2018 f150. Reported everything and they checked it out and did absolutely nothing and charged me for another one for no reason even though it was just a check up. Feb17 2021update, received a payment failure notice and receipt to pay cost of windshield even though it went through my insurance and it was just a check up.??????

Showed up early to get my windshield replaced through insurance. There was a issue with the insurance and they called and took care of everything immediately. Great customer service along with quality work. Would highly recommend going to them.

We took our 2017 Subaru Outback to this location for a windshield replacement. On the drive home, we noticed a wind noise coming from the windshield on the drivers side. We then took it to the Webster location, and the windshield was replaced again, but we had warning lights on our car safety features. We have Subaru Eyesight which is required to be calibrated after windshield replacement, which we paid Safelite to do. We were told we needed to take it to a dealer to get the system reset. at the dealer, we were told it had not been calibrated. After our fourth contact with Safelite, we were told we would get a refund. The work happened on 12/31 and 1/1. Today (1/27) still no refund. Working with corporate to resolve the matter. Worst service I have received in years. Stay away if you have any new safety features on your car.

Wonderful service and communication between me and the team here. Very friendly, professional and the turn around time was much faster than anticipated. I didnt stay at the shop because they said that my car would be seen in the afternoon and it was 9 am when I got there. They had an uber take me home and pick me back up once work was done by 11:30. Everything was easy, stress-free and explained clearly what they did.

I recently came here to fix my window Jamie was very helpful and answered all my questions he did a great job fixing my window even tho they had to order a part so it took a bit longer but that’s okay Because they added a window meanwhile and the ladies in the front were very friendly also. This is the second time I go and I must say the first time I had a better experience. Service was real fast, technician was on point. How ever the passenger seat could have been vacuumed better. There were still tiny pieces of glass of the window that some burglar shattered to break into my car. I still recommend this place, it is very worth it.

This is the fourth time I have been there, and they always take care of me.

Set up appointment on-line. Technician greeted me as I pulled up and was very courteous. Took only about an hour (first appt. of day). Had minor issue with new auto defrost sensor that came with new windshield, but technician resolved quickly.

Never showed up. I called main line and the location canceled and never notified me. I lost a whole day for nothing and in my business time is money

Charity could not have been any nicer or more professional. Maurice was also super. The lobby was very nice and comfortable with the best coffee water and sodas. If your windshield happens to get kissed by a rock this is the place that will take care of you. Highly recommend. Quick and easy.

Today i had some chips fixed in my windshield and the technicians name was Jennifer, she was really sweet and nice and was prompt on her time of when she would arrive to do the repairs, she was very professional and reliable, if i ever have any other issues with my windshield again i will definitely request her, thank you so much Jennifer and the windshield looks great!

Called..after third try finally got through. National call center answers, not local. They have no idea where l am. Go through the process, 20 minutes and they cant get anyone out today.... I cancel. Next day I get my Wifes vehicle again. Get through to.... call center. After 25 minutes they can come out between 12 and 5. They have my insurance on the phone as third party. Takes so long I decide to repair my windshield myself. Easy task and less headache. Their advertising is nothing like the true experience. Never again.

These guys recently replaced my windshield after I picked up a rock on the way home from work. Upon picking up my vehicle, there was a rattling noise any time I hit an irregularity in the road. It was as if someone left a coin or something underneath the dashboard. A couple of days later I tried to wash my windshield and when I pulled the lever, nothing happened.The technician who did the job was sloppy and unprofessional and did not finish the job. I eventually found and was able to remove a black plastic peg that looks like it broke off of something (likely my car) that was rattling. I also did some exploring and found that they disconnected my windshield washer fluid so I reconnected it. It could have been dangerous if bugs or mud ended up on my windshield and I could not wash it on a highway in traffic. The windshield itself looks pretty good and appears to be installed correctly (I do wonder given the sloppiness and lack of professionalism by the tech).I left a review on their website but it will likely not be posted as it is not positive. Definitely would recommend against going to the location in Pasadena.

I was very pleased to see the cleanliness and professionalism of the building and workers. There happened to be a meeting that was letting out while I was there and I could tell that Safelite treats their workers well. Everyone was upbeat and smiling as they left the meeting. I have many places where you could tell if the people were happy working there. We, the consumers, know that a happy worker is going to give better service.Andrew was the tech that worked on my car and I couldnt have been more pleased with the work that he did. He answered my questions fully and asked if I had more questions. This let me know that my peace of mind was what he was important to him.Kudos to Safelite and Andrew! I know my family is better off going to Safelite.

I had an appointment at 10 am. All the details about payment with a company credit card, vehicle information were done the day before over the phone. I walked in, checked in and one minute later, the technician, Chaz walked me to my truck and explained the process he would be doing. My company truck is a 06. So, he would look for rust damage under the seal before removing the windshield. After that, I sat in their nice clean lobby with plenty of seating. An assortment of magazines are there. Nice coffee bar, sodas and water are complimentary. It took 2 hours because Chaz did have to treat some rust issues before installing the new windshield. Everything was handled very professionally. My registration sticker as well as toll road and oil change sticker are on correctly. Ill refer anyone to this Safelite store.

Was going to get one of my door windows replaced. Scheduling and working with the person on the phone was great. My appointment was not till two day later but the representative said I can stop anytime to get a crash wrap in the meantime. So on my lunch break I drove 30 min. Just for the lady to tell me that no one is there that everyone is at lunch and the wont be back for an hour. I was so livid I just cancelled my appointment. Worst service ever. I ended up going to a small shop and got my window replaced the same day.

Fast service! Dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready in a few hours. They needed to order a part and customer service was prompt in giving me a call well in advance to let me know and help me reschedule my appointment.

I was in their shop a week ago and could not have been happier with their service! The wait to be serviced was not long. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was absolutely wonderful! It just happened to be my favorite ~ Community ~ and that just made my day! This is the second time I have used Safelite Autoglass and I have not been disappointed either time with their service! I highly recommend them!

My appointment was at the Pasadena TX Super Center on Beltway 8. The front office staff and Maurice, my super technician, were very nice, efficient and very professional. I would definitely go back and / or recommend them.

This place is garbage. I took a day off work to have a windshield and back glass replaced on my older model truck. The appointment was set from 8a - noon. At 9a i called to see what time to expect them. I was then informed they canceled my appointment for whatever reason, and nobody bothered to even let me know. They had to reschedule for 12p- 5p the same day. With this being said, you would think i would be a priority at this point. Nope. They showed up at 4:45p, looked and the truck, and because there was a little rust, they said they would not do the work. I scheduled this appointment a week ahead of time, and if i had been told this when i set the appointment, i could have corrected the small amount of rust in time. I have been trying to reach a manager to resolve this, but keep getting ignored by the store mgr Brian...I am still trying to reach out to a manager who can resolve this for me.

I scheduled them to come to my vehicle thru my insurance. They made it super easy and I did not have to take it anywhere. So happy my ugly crack windshield w/rearview mirror that my husband duct taped in place is finally fixed to factory condition. Installer was very polite and clean. I felt so bad he had to stand in the hot blazing sun to fix it. He also corrected my previously installed windshield whippers that were banging the side of the window frame.

Ive used Safelite for several of my vehicles for glass repair/replacement and have always been satisfied with the level of service received! They make the repair process so quick and easy which in turn makes using them a no-brainer!

Dont get calibration done - otherwise everything beyong GREAT!! Customer service is great, manager is very very helpful, I would come back and recommend everyone.

I was working out of state for 12 days and while in Houston TX, my truck was a victim of a Smash & Grab. I found myself out of state, with a crazy busy schedule, cold weather, loss of items and not sure where to turn for a fix. Our insurance has Safelite as a preferred vendor and I now know why. Safelite rearranged their service schedule to meet my tight schedule. The installer was on time and quick on the repair. The installer went above and beyond at several levels to ensure my hassles turned into a great experience.

Overpriced for a rock chip repair. There are smaller better companies to go through. Their only aim was to replace it even though it was repairable. What a joke.

I used them on 3/30/18. Great customer service and they where very helpful and the technician was a little bit late but that was do to a communication error. But all and all fantastic service.

The Safelite tech came to my home right on time and did a fantastic job. Very professional work. My new windshield is perfectly installed.

Home service was way faster. Got there at 4pm with appt at 4pm didnt call in until 4:25pm and leave until 5:05pm. Home service 20 min. were done in the past.

They could not provide me service due to having a newer car and it has 7 different censors. For such a big Company name and they don’t do that. Defeats the whole purpose. Big disappointment

Its never fun when you have to spend that much money, and he was very apathetic to me wanting to save as much as possible. He loomed for ways to find me discounts to get the lowest price possible. In the end he saves me over $50 on my final price. I appreciated him taking the time to take stock in my experience. I will definitely only use them on the future. Thanks

I had my windshield replaced this morning. The technician arrived on time, was personable, and efficient in completing the job. The convenience of receiving this service at my home is wonderful.

Had to wait a week and a half for my appointment, then they showed up with the wrong glass. So I had to wait another week for the glass. They showed up with only 9 minutes of warning the day of the repair. They replaced the window, but made a huge mess with the black window sealant. they installer said they would need to order a replacement, but two weeks later I still havent heard anything from them. I am now on hold while calling them to find out what is going on. They screwed up, they should be following up, not me.
