Amazing service from start to finish! Chris was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I had my windshield smashed from a piece of ice flying off a car in front of me and needed it replaced fairly quickly. Chris and I were able to FaceTime so he could know exactly which windshield to order for my vehicle. He explained everything I needed to know about the process and we set an appointment for a few days later. They came to my house, free of charge, and were able to knock out the job in about an hour and a half. Super convenient. They even popped my new windshield wipers on for me. I ended up getting a call from the another place in GB so I didnt get to use them. I believe the guy I spoke to was Chris and I was amazed! His communication skills and professionalism were outstanding! I have never replaced a windshield and he went above and beyond to make sure he let me know what to look out for with other shops regarding materials! Had the windshield replaced in my VW GTI. Guys did a great job and even cleaned out a nest that was under the cowl and built on top of my fresh air intake. Both men were very friendly and professional. Remember to get new wiper blades before they come to replace the glass. You don’t want scratches on the first day of rain. Will definitely use them for any glass replacements in the future.

My driver side window motor broke. Chris, who I might add was a very nice, clean cut, professional helped me out tremendously! Ive had the same issue happen before on my old vehicle and the guy I went to before was rude, didnt explain anything to me, and over charged me. Chris took is time to explain everything to me, explained why it could have broke. And how to avoid situations of it happening again. We had to order the part for my truck and he kept me updated on when the part was to arrive and when he could come and fix it. What makes this company even better is that they come to you. So when Chris came to my house I was able to feed and give my son a bath as my truck was being fixed. The work took about an hour and half. Chris is easy to talk to and is an honest man. They came out the same day I called them to replace the windshield on my truck. It was already dark when they arrived, so I was a little concerned if the would be able to do a good job. However, they came prepared with all the lighting they needed and did a quality job. Even though I was probably going to be their last customer for the day after working all day, they took their time and worked meticulously to do the job perfectly. They took great care to not damage my truck and clean up after the job was completed. I even enjoyed talking with them as both were friendly and courteous. I was even more impressed the next day when I had the day light to inspect their work. I dont know how they make any money since the cost was so much cheaper than other places I called. I will never call a national window repair company again. W&W will be my go-to glass company from now on. Thank you!

I had W&W auto glass replace the window on my wifes Subaru Outback. I have to say this was one of the nicest businesses I have ever dealt with, regardless of if it was a glass company. Great local service provider!After reaching out to a national auto glass company that was quick to quote a ridiculous price for a nick in my windshield and charge extra to come to my place, I decided to look for a local option. I contacted W&W Auto Glass Services and was pleasantly surprised to speak directly with the technician who would be coming to my home - at no charge - to repair my windshield for a fraction of the price I was quoted by the other company. Chris discussed the repair in detail with me on the phone. He then asked for my cell phone number so he could reach me by phone or text if he was delayed. Finally, we were offered a military discount because my husband is a veteran. On the day of service, I received a text letting me know that my service team was on their way. They were friendly, and they fixed my windshield right in my driveway. They did a superb job. The star break is barely visible under the repair. I highly recommend Chris and his team at W&W, and Ill call him again if I need a windshield repaired.

I called W&W and they had a better price than what the other guys I checked with had. I booked an appointment and they showed up on time and were very friendly.It turns out, my car had had the windshield replaced previously and whoever did it, did not do a very good job. There was a lot of clean up that had to be done. No complaining from W&W, they just took care of it.Unfortunately, probably because of the poorly done previous job, my new windshield cracked within a day of replacement. I was nervous. I just paid almost $300 for a new one. How would W&W react?These guys are top notch. You can completely trust them. They didnt complain or ask a million questions. They said, we stand behind our work, scheduled a new appointment and replaced it again at no charge.Cant say enough good stuff about this team. I wish all vendors took this much pride in their work.

Chris and Chuck were both curtiois in an above and beyond manner. They made me feel more than comfortable with their service and I was able to trust them with ease. They showed up when they said they would and when it was time to wrap up they took the time to show me why I needed new windshield wipers. I had a side view mirror replaced and Wizards and Waterfowl provided great service. They showed up early for their scheduled time. They were incredibly friendly. They were very clean and left no debris after having to break the original mirror free. They were also the best price i found. I also called them on another occasion for an estimate on a windshield and they were the lowest price for that as well. I never had the wind shield replace because i sold the car but if I did it would have been through them. I will absolutely use this company again and I highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone within their service area. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.

Chris and the guys are nothing short of amazing. They handled everything with the insurance company, gave me great advice, and made it so convenient for me. I was able to text Chris a few weeks after my first inquiry, he remembered me, ordered my parts, and set up my appointment immediately. Wow I’m so glad I found this company. Chris and his dad chuck work as a team of two to ensure the right windshield is installed correctly.I had an ongoing water leak for months around the windshield areas before and Chris and pops were called. They looked for the problem for over an hour didn’t charge extra and replaced the windshield. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Ive hired these guys twice and cant speak highly enough of the quality of their work. Once was for repair, the other was new window installation. These guys are professional, stay in communication, explain what they are doing and have a very high level of expertise.

When I used their service, they exceeded my expectations. Their workmanship is excellent, they did a thorough and complete job, including cleaning up any messes they made. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the process and what they were doing. When I thought I had a problem with one the repairs, they came right out and took a look at it, and diagnosed a separate, un-related problem and quickly fixed that problem as well. Their prices are very reasonable, especially since they come to you, and do the work at your house.

Chris and his father were great. They were easy to talk to and the work was done in under 2 hours. I had my two quarter panels replaced with new butyl tape.The only problem is. The invoice showed 6 hours of labor. They drove from Towson because of the previous customer which caused them to be late. I don’t know if I am responsible for the gas/time from Towson to College Park...Another problem is the rear defroster connector somehow ripped off the rear window...

My 2003 jeep liberty had a large ice covered tree branch fall onto my windshield there was such major damage I had no choice but to replace the whole windshield! There are so many GREAT things I can say about this business! Chris one of the owners is fantastic. Not only did he seem empathic to my problem he also went beyond making an effort to repair my windshield in a timely manor with very little hassle to me. This business offers a verity of ways to repair your auto window needs in my case I dropped off my vehicle Chris drove me to work after 2 hours Chris brought my vehicle to me at work. I went out to inspect the work and could not be more pleased. Not only was my windshield repaired with a brand new one but in my opinion looks better then the old one! Before leaving Chris double checked the windshield and made sure he left no stone unturned which I appreciated. They did an awesome job!! My car was leaking from a poor repair installation from a previous accident repair. The water had completely damaged my circuit box in my car and was soaking the interior. I took my car to the dealership who then called W&W to get the job done right. W&W sent us a detailed damage report of a terrible previous repair. I was then able to contact the first installers with the proof of a terrible installation and get my money back. Thanks guys for taking pride in your work and doing things the right way !

W&W from Pasadena did a great job with my auto glass repair. They came to my church in Gambrills with their mobile auto window replacement truck and performed the repair in a quick and professional manner. The technicians were really nice and friendly too. I had a chip in my windshield that I tried to repair myself with one of those DIY kits. They were able to get past my failed repair and perform a solid fix. It was a real blessing to have them perform the repair. I recommend their service all of the time!

This is guy is great and local. Most companies pretend to be in your area and just send a truck, he is actually in Pasadena and more importantly an owner operator making your installation correct and repairing bad work that you can not see under the moldings from past windshield replacement companies.

First class organization. Got connected through Apple Ford trying to get OEM parts / windshield for my Lincoln Navigator. Total cost with OEM parts was less than the discount shop that my insurance wanted me to use. They took care in installing the new glass correct. Years ago I had a windshield replacement where they did not take time to do everything right and several years later I had a huge leak inside the truck from the top of my windshield because of a rust hole that developed from inadequate sealing.

They were recommended to me by my mechanic. My family have used them several times and have been extremely satisfied with the price, workmanship and professionalism demonstrated on each occasion. On one occasion the driver side window window bracket broke and the window dropped inside the door and shattered. It was the middle of winter and the forecast was calling for rain. They were at my house within a couple hours and professionally wrapped the door until they could order the bracket and fix the window. I was able to drive 40 miles to work over the next 2 days until the bracket arrived. The wrap held up fine and didnt experience any leaks. There was no charge for this extra service.

I had an emergency. I accidently cracked my windshield cleaning it the day before my family and I were to PCS (move) to Texas. Time was critical. USAA (insurance company) was helpful but couldnt find any company after calling four to replace my glass the same day. I got on the phone and called W&W. I spoke to Chris and told him my situation. He went above and beyond, called another customer and explained my situation. Chris managed to re-book them for a later date. He came to my house and replaced the glass that evening. Tensions run high during a move and this was one more thing that went wrong in our final days leading up to the move. Chris saved the day, kept us on track and kept us from losing our sanity. My daughters windshield was severely damaged by something falling off a passing truck. I called Chris from W&W Autoglass that day, and he immediately ordered the windshield. The windshield and other parts arrived at his shop that night at 8:30 p.m., and Chris was over by 9:30 p.m. to do the repair. Chris worked under the lights at my house until midnight to finish installing the windshield and to vacuum the glass out of the vehicle. Unbelievable customer service! If I could give this guy 10 stars I would.

This is the second time I had the wizards and waterfowl come out and do a windshield repair first time last year they performed a complete windshield replacement last week they repaired a ding in the windshield both times Chris was on time,very professional, and explained the whole procedure.
