The lady work at the customer service desk so lazy that don’t want to check for an item will you call. She keep on trying to send you to someone else but no one picks up and when you call back she notices your number she don’t pick up the phone. I know during the pandemic everybody is shortstaffed, but having a staff like that might as well or not she should be fired

Everyone is super friendly and is always willing to help out when I (as an employee) needs it. Everyone from the people at the service desk to the cashiers are very helpful and quick to step in when I dont know where a product is

I have been to this location about five times since I moved to Parker. I rarely get stopped and asked if I need help finding anything. A lot of the time unemploy will look at you and then look down as if they are too busy to help. Today I probably had six or seven employees pass me without saying one word. Then a nice young lady named Janet asked me if I needed help finding anything. She told me exactly what aisle and where in that aisle to find the item. When she saw me again she asked if I had found it and if I needed help with anything else. She told me what aisle and where to find my next item. She was very knowledgeable and very customer oriented and seemed happy to be doing what she was doing. It was a very nice change for that particular location. Thank you to Janet for changing my shopping experience at that location to a better one.

I’ve never had problems with a Home Depot before, but if you’re ordering anything custom you are better off looking elsewhere.We ordered outdoor shades at the beginning of June and had Home Depot measure. The shades arrived in a few weeks and all but one fit just fine. Because Home Depot had measured, they ordered another shade that also did not fit when they tried to install.Their tradesman then ordered again and it has been 2 months and we still don’t have an update. I have tried calling no less than 12x over the last 3 weeks. They are worse than sporadic about answering the phone. On many of these calls, it has rang for more than 30 minutes before reaching someone. Once I was able to talk to someone in the right department, they have promised to research and call me back of 4 separate occasions and to date I have never received a call and don’t know the status of our missing blind.I will never put myself through this again. I’ve worked a huge variety of jobs including retail and have never seen a store as poorly managed as this.

In the span of two days we dealt with 4 incredibly rude employees at this location. Day 1 an employee said he needed a fork lift to get our product down and 20 minutes later he never returned and we had no update as to what was happening. We found another worker to try to get an update and she told us the employee may have gotten busy with something else. We were waiting on him to get our product and he told us he would get it for us. Day 2 we tried curb side pick up to avoid this issue. Three employees came out to deliver our grill to our car. None of the three employees offered a greeting of any sort. All three people just stared blankly at us until we finally asked okay what do we need to do? I am okay with people who are not super knowledgeable or quick, but you can at least say hello to someone and ensure they are updated on what is happening. Only one employee stayed to help my fiance load the grill into our car and again the whole time the employee did not say one word. My fiance had his finger slammed into the grill while loading and was visibly in pain and the employee didnt ask if he was okay or acknowledge him in any way. This location has extremely rude employees.

Dont use Home Depot installers. Just pay to have them deliver and remove old appliances. Find a real contractor. Their installers arent qualified to do anymore than deliver and remove. Ask friends, coworkers, or even your favorite bartender. Or DIY.

I went into the Parker store today looking to buy a specific over rail planter - the website said there was 23 in stock -but when I got to the aisle where it said it would be the shelf was empty. I found one of the store associates Esther and she and Roman found where the planters were being stored on a palette inside the store and made every effort to get it down for me on a busy Saturday - even having to get a forklift and gate off the area. Their effort was above and beyond and was very much appreciated!

I showed up as a vender to replace something in store. I went to the customer service desk to ask for a manager to direct me to where i was to work. I waited for a good 20-25 minutes and there were 5-6 employees at a time behind the desk. There was almost never more than one person helping a customer at a time. I also was getting looks because i was trying to explain why i was there in the first place. All employees ignored me until all the customers were helped. There was still only one employee talking to customers. Other employees were just standing there doing nothing. After the customers were gone i finally was able to explain why i was there. A manager was called and i waited for another 10 minutes. No manager. A different employee then told me to go to another service desk to talk to the manager. Not only in this situation was i delayed to do my job but customers were waiting in line longer than needed because employees werent helping when obviously they could.

Home Depot warranty work. What a joke. 11 weeks without our dishwasher. Three weeks after dishwasher was broken scheduled repair company was a no call no show. 6 Weeks in dealing with Dave at Parker Home Depot (he will get best people on it). Week 7 had to go back into store with Dave again. Another repair company showed without parts to fix problem, even though all information was given about product. Stated he would order proper parts. Went in and spoke to Tess the manager. She was next in line to do her best to fix the problem. Another couple weeks and all of the sudden I have two companies show up. Best Services shows up with no parts nothing. Then ZZs shows up (this is the company from over 3 weeks ago). He actually had the correct part and fixed my dishwasher. So a family of 7 without a dishwasher for 11 weeks thanks for the great customer service Home Depot

Home Depot products are good. But their warranty services are scam. If you want a warranty for the products at homedepot dont buy it. Thats the biggest scam, you will never get the product replaced or get the money back for the products that cannot be repaired and under warranty.

I continue to be so impressed with the staff at Home Depot. I went in today (Mothers Day) to customer service, and they were just great. Everyone in the store was knowledgable and helpful....and cheerful! My favorite employee was a young man running the cash register in the Garden Center. He really went the extra mile to help me out.

Very happy with my last transaction with the Parker Home Depot. I placed an online order and needed to have the items delivered due to their size. When ordering online, there wasnt an option to have all items delivered to our home. My husband contacted the local store and asked if we could have the items shipped to the store and then have all the items home delivered once they arrived to the store. The delivery manager said this was no problem. I was nervous it would all work out because the items had different arrival times to the local store, making some of the items held past the normal 7 day period. However, much to our delight, once all the items were delivered to the store we paid for the home delivery and received all our items as expected.

Chuck helped us out during our visit to Home Depot. Super eager to help us, knew exactly where everything was. I believe he is stationed in hardware but helped us in automotive as well. Home Depot needs more employees like Chuck usually when I come into Home Depot I can’t find anyone to help me.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE BEFORE A DELIVERY. THE FLOORS, WALLS, ETC. THEY ARE GREAT AT COVERING THEIR TRACKS, EVEN WHEN AT FAULT.I received delivery of a washing machine. When the delivery truck came to deliver, the guy closed the door to my laundry room while removing the old unit. Its a small room; maybe two people can stand in there at once. He closed the door. I had no visual while they worked. I went outside into the garage to try and watch from that side. That door was closed as well. I was undoubtedly suspicious at this point. To close the door makes it very tough to maneuver themselves; how were they to move the appliance without a problem? The old unit went out and i knew something wasnt right by how they swung open the door and it was barely off the ground upon removal. Of course, as I cleaned the area while they prepared the new washer, I found gouges on the flooring. I brought this up to the delivery driver after the new unit was in. He told me, In 15 years of deliveries, Ive never caused damage. I have my doubts at this point. He told me he has pictures. I asked to see them. He didnt show me anything. Thats when the conversation ended. I submitted my information to the Home Depot claims center, and they denied my claim. Therefore, be wary before the delivery. Take detailed photos of the entire area and never let them work without supervision. Im not one to complain unless I have a gut feeling that Ive been wronged. Unfortunately, thats the case here.

Third time not the charmI really want to like Home Depot. It would make everything so much easier. Sadly though the Parker location seems to just be hiring bodies without concern with customer service, personality or product knowledge.Went in for the third time to try and purchase either the masterbuilt gravity 1050 or the Traeger ironwood. The first time I went in I had a good experience but ran short on time. Second time went in to purchase with a few questions and the associate explained he didnt have knowledge of the products in question. He suggested to try back during daytime hours. Went back today at 330p and asked for assistance from customer service. Randomly had a great convo with another shopper about grills but ten minutes later still no help. Went back to customer service (3 employees just chatting) and asked again to find out one of the people chatting was also the person suppose to assist me. Walked over to grills and she didnt really know anything (her words) so she said shed be back. Came back with another associate and she also said she didnt have any answers. Was then told that the grill guy heard the page but was busy and intentionally ignored it. They both left to go look for him. 10 minutes later while standing in the same spot I started I departed the store as no one had returned. Shame that this store doesnt get that we have choices when it comes to where we spend our money. Off to spend $1500 on a grill elsewhere after losing 30 minutes with zero help. 😕

Ordered window treatments over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received order. Been calling and emailing the store for the past two weeks and no one will return my call. Specifically asked for Debbie Rickard, who I was told would help with any order issues, but no one is contacting me. Most of the time the phone just rings and rings. Ive been to many a home depot before. This one ranks near the bottom. Customer service doesnt exist here. Its like going through a wormhole, expecting to see something cool and new to tell your friends about, but instead you get hit in the head with a brick. And then the person who threw it at you picks it up and hands it to you, then hands you a bill for the service provided.Thanks. Really helped a lot, wormhole depot.

We were looking for a washer/dryer set today and just our luck we got a sales person who was very brand new and knew absolutely NOTHING. They should NOT throw newbies to the wolves like that. Once we actually found the set in the store that we had seen online, we spent more time telling the newbie about the features than she did for us. When we decided to get that set (more like when we sold it to ourselves) we were handed off to someone who could check us out because newbies cant do that. I really think they should have much better training for the sales folks and thats the only reason I gave them a lower star rating. She was so nice but, we wasted quit a bit of time with her. The sales guy that checked us out was FANTASTIC! He was so nice,, he knew his facts and he gave us a ton of very helpful tips. He is the only reason Home Depot got 3 stars. If we would have had him to begin with or the training would have been better for the newbie, I would have given the store 4 or 5 stars!!

My reviews are always fair and honest. This review is no different. Customer service means nothing to this place. They lied to us and did not meet thier promise. The equipment the provided was faulty and they did nothing in actuality to remedy the situation. They dont seem to care if I take my business down the street to the new BIG TOOL BOX. They seem to think they will be fine treatimg customers this way. They will never see my face again. I hope everyone who reads this will take heed and use BIG TOOL BOX just to the south of this store. They provide real customer service. My Home Depot forever close their doors.

Very bad experience. I came in a Monday to purchase 60 yards of carpet, they told me they didn’t have enough in the roll but they have more in the back, told me to come back on Tuesday to get it. Came on Tuesday and they didn’t have none for me. Came back Wednesday and nothing again, lastly I came on Thursday and they didn’t have nothing for me. Upset, went to speak with the manager Curtis and he didn’t pay me much attention because “he needed to assist other customers”. Still waiting for my carpet. Very upsetting situation

This store is highly mis-managed. I have had a couple of incidences with products here. The first was a few months ago, ordered an interior door online for pick up, when we went to pick it up, it turned out there was only one door in inventory and they had sold it to someone else. We had to demand a refund. Then I ordered countertops in March. I still do not have countertops, the order was canceled and I had call corporate and demand a refund as no one would provide an update for me.

Part 2:PART 2: Here’s the outline:- Need repair (LG Washer stops working, again in early February with defective water sensor - code PE). This latest episode started in mid-February. It is now late April.- Call Home Depot Protection Plan (Asurion) and get the TOTAL PHONE RUNAROUND (and this happens again and again and again and again).- When their phone system doesnt conveniently hang up on us (which happens so often that we cant believe its not actually part of some internally-proscribed and delineated runaround sequence), and we finally talk to a human being who actually says something, they refer us off to LG.- Upload all the requested information and documents, which they should have on file but dont (or do and dont care). Happily, we do.- Call LG, get the LG version of the TOTAL PHONE RUNAROUND, including them saying they have not received the upload information and paperwork. This also happens again and again and again and again, incidentally, with the same eerily-similar phone cutoff mechanism.- Wait! Hope... after two months of this seemingly never-ending frustration, we are told that a repair person will actually come to our house on X day between 8 AM and 5 PM. Wow, how ever-so precise and courteous of them! Full of renewed hope, my wife hangs out all day waiting.- You know how this goes: no repair person comes or calls. She waits all day and... nothing. I might add that, by now, shes spent, I kid you not, over 20 hours on the phone with numerous members of the HDLGAP PROFESSIONAL RUNAROUND cabal.Im incensed. She is still being persistent and patient. When she calls about it the next day -- adding at least another hour and a half to the on-the-phone runaround saga -- they say that the repair order was never confirmed. WHAT???? How, then, did the original repair scheduling occur?? Baffled, she continues on. After more calling, waiting and more inaction, we get a second ray of hope.- A while later (washer still on the blink), My wife follows up, again, with Asurion and, say it with me, after the typical phone runaround, the let us know that they cant find a repair person to service the washer (as if this is news to us), and, thus, they have decided to replace the machine or refund the original purchase price of the machine. SWEET! We think... we can finally close the book on this saga.- Nope. They promise a call that never comes. More patient and persistent calls, HDLGAP runaround, waiting for return calls and more, God bless my wife and, yet again... Nothing.- My wife finally contacts Parker Colorado Home Depot (yet another time) and gets ahold of Assistant Manager, Kate and/or Kaylee, who promises to see this through and call her back that day with the plan. And...again, Nothing. (Imagine my surprise.)- After many more days, we literally go into the Parker Colorado Home Depot to see if we can track down Kate/Kaylee or someone else who will actually DO SOMETHING to help us. Kate is going into a meeting and promises to call us back after her meeting with some positive news and a plan. Lo and behold... no call. Again, knock me over with a feather.Yes, I promised to spare the details. Within the above, trust me, there are a plethora of additional ones. But when Kate did not call us back today, we decided that we are at wits end and, therefore, this scathing review.As Ive stated, weve been patient. That posture has now ended! This is but the first of many review I plan to post.But I make this promise: if HDLGAP makes this right in a timely manner (from the date of this review), I will post how the resolution process went, assuming something comes of this. Lets just say, Im not holding my breath.Heed my warning. Buy your appliances somewhere, anywhere, else! This process has reminded me of this legendary sign: Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.

Its impossible to get ahold of customer service over the phone. Waited 10 minutes with line ringing to have someone transfer me to the wrong center who then transferred me again. I waited another 10 minutes to finally reach someone who then put me on hold for another 5 minutes for them to only be able to cancel part of my online pickup order. So now Ill have to go through this again when they get the rest of the items. The girl who finally helped was very nice and informative but its just too much work to cancel an online order for pickup. Should be able to do so easily online. Instead I got shuffled around for 25 minutes.

I guess this is a good store to go to for ideas and plans when youre in the middle of remodeling your house. My wife and I come here all the time to buy things we need around the house. I know is hard to find help but lets not forget that youre not the only one working on a project. So make sure you have plenty of time when you visit home depot, things dont work out good when youre in a hurry.

Frank has helped us on multiple occasions...always gives us tremendous advice, answers all of our questions, provides fast and accurate service, AND (we always notice) he offers help to his fellow HD employees in a nice way. When ordering a large special order, they tell me it wont be in their store for 3 weeks, which is expected, and they will deliver it the next day between 6 am and 8 pm.I call that day to try to get a better estimate of time, and they say that i havent scheduled my delivery. So I schedule it, and its 3 days later, making me completely change schedules with the installers as well as contractors for a project that depended on this being installed first.So, on the new delivery day, i try to call the store multiple times to see about getting a better estimate of delivery and every time, after being transferred to the right department, they pick up the phone and just hang up. Website says its out for delivery and will be delivered between 6 am and 8 pm. Wait all day, sprinkling in attempts to contact the store, never shows up, and no call either.A 14 hour window and they still cant hit it. It would be nice if they would at least call, or answer the phone.Finally get a hold of their main support, and they just tell me that i have to call the store.Call the store the next day right when they open, and for some inexplicable reason, it was returned to the store. They cant deliver that day now, it will be at least another day before thy can get it delivered.worst service ever.

Have to admit I am pretty frustrated with Home Depots home delivery. I have attempted to use it twice. First time the order was delivered incomplete. After several hours of being on hold with their customer service group I was told the store manager would call me back...think that happened? I finally gave up as the dollar amount wasnt worth any more aggravation. Decided to try it again. Somehow (possibly my mistake) one of the products ordered (out of 10) is listed as store pick up and the rest is labeled for delivery. So I call again. 45min hold time. Finally reach a human. Their system is down and I have to call back. As convenient as it sounds they simply cant figure out how to manage this...never again

Did curbside pick up. It did take a while for the associate to make it out to our car probably 15-20 minutes. But there was no contact. Except for a wave and a confirmation that we were us (It was very windy so the signs they normally have in place all have been removed. Otherwise the associate would have known) He put the item in our trunk waved again said goodbye have a great day and we drove off. Better than waiting in line outside and better than waiting in line at customer pickup.

Needed help getting an item from the very top shelf of an aisle. I found an employee who made an announcement over the store pa for someone to come help me. No one came for 8 minutes, and even then the person who ended up helping was just a man who I flagged down. But the whole time I was waiting for help, two employees in Home Depot polos (I don’t know if this is the outfit of the managers, or what role they were) had a personal conversation 10 feet away from me and never once offered help. Clearly I was waiting for help to get a item, and they were just talking about employee performance. Well let me tell you, their performance is the only thing I saw in that store that was flunking. So whatever male and female that was working around 11:55pm today, wearing polos, standing at the end of aisle 50-51, they need some coaching.
