USE CAUTION IF YOU SHOP HERE! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT A PRIORITY!The buying process itself was fine and relatively painless. Communication and delivery have been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a refrigerator that had NO damage. The night before my delivery day, around 6:30 pm, I received a call from the warehouse and a voicemail was left indicating that the delivery driver had concerns delivering my appliance due to the extensive damage on it. They wanted to make sure that I knew I was getting a damaged appliance with about 100 dings, dents, and scratches on it. There was no number left for me to call back--so I called the store where I purchased the appliance. The store closes at 7, so I knew I needed to urgently speak to someone. After about seven attempts, someone finally answered the phone. They confirmed that my fridge did not have damage when purchased and didnt receive any type of note that it had been damaged in transit to the warehouse or at the warehouse. I asked to be connected to the warehouse and was told that there was noone there to answer the phone. I was advised to still take the time off of work to see the fridge and simply refuse it if it had too much damage. This is not okay! I called the Presidents Hotline and had to leave a message. I got an automated call with my delivery time, but again, no voice contact to discuss the damage or next steps. I called my store again in the morning asking to speak to a manager--I was told that managers do not work on Wednesdays. After telling my story, again, to another person, they essentially had no solutions for me. After reiterating that I did not spend a couple thousand dollars for a damaged appliance, I gave in and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I was told that the paperwork needed to be completed and sent to corporate--I said I need my money back immediately as I now need to shop again for a new refrigerator. This is unacceptable, infuriating, and has wasted so much of my time. I have yet to find anyone understanding, solution oriented, or empathetic.Since posting this, I received a phone call from the regional president. He listened, apologized, tried to make it right, and got my refund processed right away. It doesnt feel good to have to get so negative about a company, but I do appreciate that my issue was escalated and resolved.

After attempting to purchase a Bosch washer/dryer set from Home Depot & having it delayed 6 times, I went to Electrolux website, found the supplier page, & started calling. I ordered my Electrolux washer/dryer set from Tarek on a Sunday, it was delivered 11 days later. Wow!The delivery service was reliable & communicated clearly when they would arrive. I received a text & email before 5pm the day prior, providing a two-hour installation window. Then I received another text 10 minutes prior to arrival, which was helpful so I could get my dogs out of the way. They finished before the two-hour installation window with everything working.Ive already recommended them to my daughter & son-in-law. I would definitely use them again. Tarek was knowledgeable, super-helpful, & friendly.Time to catch up on laundry!

Exceptional customer service!! Went in expecting just to window shop and came out with a brand new washer, dryer and mattress thanks to Tarek! Knowledgeable and patient, he made sure we got the best deal possible and I couldnt be happier. I also want to send a HUGE thank you to the delivery guys (Unfortunately do not have both their names) for taking their time carrying (up a narrow flight of stairs)and installing my washer and dryer. It wasnt easy but they got the job done efficiently and without complaint. If I am ever in the market in the future for another appliance, this will be the place I go!

I am only rating on buying appliance parts from the parts counter. My oven heating element burned out at a critical time. No spare (my bad) and no time to order. The big-box stores dont carry oven elements and Appliance Factory was the only source that had one on a Saturday. I am not against a business getting a fair profit, but I paid $90+tax for a $15 wholesale element. The service was good and they had what I needed so I give them an average rating. Just saying that this is not the best choice if you have better options.

I would highly recommend avoiding not just this store, but Appliance factory as a whole. I purchased a dishwasher over 6 months ago. I went to their warehouse in Thornton to get my unit, paid upon arrival, took the dishwasher home and installed. so whats the issue?6 months later i start getting phone calls saying i had not paid for the dishwasher and that i still needed to pay?? im told that if i dont pay, i will have legal action taken against me?? that somehow their warehouse just gave me this unit no questions asked without proving any type of payment?!? (even though i did pay at the warehouse at the time of pick up!) Im certainly not going to pay twice for their mistakes, and after reading others reviews, it appears this is not the first time that has happened.i can promise i will not be a returning customer and i would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this unethical establishment at all cost.

I needed an emergency refrigerator because our failed and I had placed an order online on a Friday night under the advertisement that I could pick up my order on Saturday. We ordered a small apartment sized fridge and called numerous times on Saturday about picking up our order but only got voicemail. Nothing indicated that they were closed on Saturday. After numerous calls I stopped into the Parker store and what an incredibly different experience. The staff made calls to their online customer service and even they couldnt get through, more importantly they helped me find a fridge and loaded it into my car. The fridge was even less expensive than the online order. I finally got a call back from customer service later Sunday and thankfully canceled my online order. I would rate the online experience as okay (noting I had an emergency and timing wasnt best) bit the in person experience at the Parker store was awesome.

Worse place to buy anything! I bought a brand new washing machine but, it didnt work. They didnt give my money back and said that they can only exchange. So I paid more and exchanged the old washing machine with a better and more expensive brand. The new washing machine didnt work either and the delivery guys didnt even set it up. I had to pay out of my pocket to set it up and still not working. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for shopping...

Went in to the Parker store to pick up a preordered dishwasher and found it to be not what we wanted. The Manger Zachary helped us find another one. He took the time to explain the differences between many items. Not surprised because every time we go in the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The upstairs showroom is the bomb!

Absolutely avoid this “business” like the plague. Especially the parts department. I arrived with the serial number for my dryer, and purchased the belt that Lawrence recommended based on a search of his system. I removed the old belt and went to install the new, and realized that the new belt was 2” shorter than the old. I tried to exchange the belt and was told that since the package was open, it was non refundable and non exchangeable. How could I have known that it was the wrong size without opening it? I purchased the belt based on their recommendation and was given poor information. They would not accept an exchange or return “because that’s what their system told them to sell me.” This tells me that they have terrible information and do not stand behind their own database.It is well worth ordering parts from a reputable online supplier that will exchange parts if they send the wrong one. Business like this are the ones that should be replaced with Amazon warehouses.

Used car sales-pitches with dollar store customer service. Never had a worse customer experience. If you buy here, pray everything goes right the first time, cuz your on your own if it doesnt.Went in looking for used, was sold on a new scratch and dent special. Sales and delivery went fine, its the if anything goes wrong where they completely failed.Washer and dryer delivered and tested for about 5 minutes. However, the first time I tried to run a full cycle, the washer would error, then leaked everywhere due to a knife cut in the drain hose (clearly from unpacking).Tried NUMEROUS times to contact the sales person, left messages, never a single call back. Tried asking others for help, they have a not-my-problem attitude and directed me to the sales persons voicemail. I left messages with their manager hotline, never a call back. Finally got one person to answer on the error: call Samsung. Really? I just bought this from you and youre dumping me off to the manufacturer? Thanks.Took a month of calls, messages, and badgering to finally get my original sales person to order a replacement hose, which apparently is going-above-and-beyond to them. I should be grateful it took a month to replace a hose one of their employees stabbed. This is another item they wanted Samsung to remedy through warranty; how can I warranty a damaged, not defective, part? Once youre out the door, everything is between you and the manufacturer.Good news, I have a new respect for Samsung and their warranty service, bad news is that Ive never had a worse customer service experience. This is not hyperbole or an angered exaggeration. My experience was in May, and Im still baffled by the audacity of each person to which I spoke dumping me on someone else.Dont trust the positive reviews, go elsewhere for appliances.Edited to remove names.

Decent local retail spot. Watch out for the online store, it is NOT the same thing. I would highly recommend going to this location in-person instead of using their online ordering system. We were able to get a washer and dryer ordered, and ready for pickup in 3 days, which is awesome given the current appliance shortages. Staff are helpful but seem a little overwhelmed with everything going on.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY HERE!We recently had a dryer purchase here stop heating. The dryer was purchased as New but scratched. The new is in quotes as come to find out the dryer had actually broken before we purchased and was serviced and refurbished prior to being sold to us as new.The part that had to be replaced was not the right part per Samsung standards and we now spent nearly $300 repairing a dryer that was refurbished incorrectly and sold to us as new with a scratch.Absolutely terrible and un-ethical business practices in my with mind and we will never return.

So we order a Refrigerator and Dishwasher back in January and was supposed to be delivered Feb 12. It’s now Mid April and neither are here yet. Fridge was scheduled to be delivered and installed today. Stayed around all day. No phone call. No communication. Nothing. Really bad way to run a business.

Bought a used washer and dryer from Appliance Factory in September of 2019 for $650. The washing machine died right at year 1 and flooded the laundry room, and leaked through to our first floor. We replaced it in September 2020 for $450 for a basic model from Home Depot. Today, in March of 2021, the dryer has died. We went to Lowe’s and managed to purchase a new dryer today for $400 out the door, bringing the total for two new appliances at $850.Do not purchase used appliances from Appliance Factory. We were assured the appliances had new parts as part of their 20 point inspection. After taking the dryer apart today, there’s not a snowballs chance in hell they replaced the felt seal, belt, drum bearing, blower wheel, or anything on the dryer. Save up just a little more and go buy new appliances instead of used, former apartment complex stock.Remember folks, buy used/cheap, buy it twice.

I have bought 3 houses full of appliances from factory outlet, never again. They have gotten worse quality and more expensive each time I do. My dryer (few years old, was told buying it that it was great) broke. Bought a full heating element replacement online and it broke again in a week. Called appliance, told them the exact part number for the duct assembly, heating element and all new controls and was told $120. Twice as much as online, but he said it was OEM and the way to go to replace everything knowing this dryer happens all the time (not mentioned when buying though). Get there a couple days later and he wants to charge me $120 for just the heating element, but I need the whole assembly since I threw away the old one after talking to him a few days earlier. The whole assembly is over twice as much and half the price or more of a new dryer. Whole thing was a complete scam. Never using them again for anything

Everything was great at the beginning, the workers at the location were quick to come and help, but after paying they called me two days later saying the dishwasher unit got lost in the warehouse? I’m not sure how you lose a dishwasher, then I also had to pay an additional amount for the new unit they found me when it wasn’t even my fault cause they lost the original one. I’m glad I check my email because they had changed the delivery date with out telling me and my address was wrong, so I had to call and reschedule pushing it out even further and to fix my address because it was wrong. Was not every please with the set up inside, not much to look at and over all just not happy with this purchase and I don’t want to come here again.

I guess I can update the stars to 3 here (2.5 would be better), mostly because GE stepped in the fix / replace the 2 problem appliances that this place sold us. We are STILL waiting for the range to be delivered - scheduled delivery was 12/26/2020 and they seem to be unable to return phone calls to tell us the status.Original review: Utter nightmare here. Go elsewhere. Ordered a full suite of GE cafe appliances. Dishwasher showed up, it wont dry the dishes. Repair man said he cant get parts. Asked to return to Appliance Factory. They said they cant do that. After much fighting, they sent a replacement dishwasher. What shows up is an open-box, dented dishwasher with a scratch on the stainless. Call Appliance Factory again. They say thats all they have, take it or leave it. They advise us to contact GE.Oh, the fridge. Fridge shows up, has a cool little drawer in the middle. However, the light that is supposed to turn on only when opening the drawer stays on constantly. Not major, but a new very expensive fridge should work. They send a repair guy. Cant fix it. Appliance Factory says its not their problem, contact GE.My advice would be seek a retailer that stands behind what it sells and cares about customers. This has been an unbelievable waste time constantly calling Appliance Factory, calling GE, waiting on hold.

I’m not sure what kind of scam this company is running but we bought a “brand new” Maytag washer and dryer set two years ago. The washer died very shortly after purchase. The repair was luckily under warranty through Maytag so they paid to repair it. The part and repair would have been several hundred more than we paid for it alone. The part that is strange is the repair guy assumed this was a used washer and dryer, just by what he saw inside the machine. He thinks we’re maybe sold a used set masquered as a brand new set. There were also knobs one the machines that were not factory. So why would someone change out the knobs on brand new in the box appliances? The washer has died again and we will not be repairing, because the machine is no longer under warranty. I just thought I would leave this review to prevent anyone else from this issue. At least it looks like this specific store keeps the local repairmen in business.

I bought a dishwasher from them 2 years ago. Dishwasher broke right after warranty expired. Bought a new dishwasher from them. When I went to install it the door did not close all the way causing water to leak (yes it is level). I called the store and was basically told tough luck, I had to call GE. I have been working with GE for the past 2 months but still dont have my money or a new dishwasher. Just know if you buy from them once the cash exchanges hands you are on your own. The customer service is non existent.

A comedy of errors almost from the start. The in store purchase went fine. This was for a new Frigidaire dishwasher. This would be in June of 2020. No issues. We set up a delivery date. The installers called us the night before, gave us a 12-2pm window for delivery and installation. Asked us to have the area underneath the sink empty so they could hook up lines. Still going strong. The next day we cleaned out under the sink and waited, and waited, and waited. 12pm, 1pm, 2pm came and went. Finally at 3pm I called the store, explained the issue of very late delivery and was told there was NO delivery scheduled for me that day or anytime in the near future. Now remember I got a call from the delivery and installation folks the night before. We finally got a firm delivery date for several weeks later and the guy showed up on time. Removed the old machine and installed the new. Good deal. Not really. The installer left our residence only to return a short time later stating he installed the wrong machine. He removed the machine he just put in and replaced it with another machine he had in the truck. The installation time frame now took twice as long. Several weeks later we noticed the soap dispenser was not opening during the cycle. Called appliance Factory. They sent out out a total of 3 techs on 3 separate occasions to try to fix it. Still was not working correctly. Back to calling Appliance Factory to see what could be done for a permanent fix. This was probably in Dec. sometime. I asked for and spoke to the store manager Bill, explained the issues over the last 6 months and after repeated calls from me to him he finally agreed to replace the machine. He gave me a firm deliver date of 2/4/21 and to expect a call from the installers on 2/3/21 in the evening to get a delivery time window. Manager Bill told me if for some reason I did not get a call from the installers by 6:30pm to call the store and ask to speak to him so he could call the installers personally to get a delivery time. No call by 6:30 pm so I called the store to speak to manager Bill only to find out that he was off that day. Wonderful. I told the salesman Jonathan who I spoke with in lieu of manager Bill my issue and he stated there was no order in place for a delivery to my residence on any schedule. Called manager Bill the next morning, was told he was in a meeting. I asked to get a call back and of course that NEVER happened right along with the next 5 times I called and left messages for a return call from manager Bill. NO return calls. I called their corporate office Presidents hotline, they hide behind a recorded message. Leave a message and we will return your call no later than 24 hours, is what the message states. I called twice. NO return from corporate. I got FOX 31 problem solvers involved and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Appliance Factory corporate office was contacted by FOX 31 and all of a sudden the Parker store called and said they would love to deliver a new machine on 2/18/21 and honor the warranty that my old machine was under but ONLY if I removed the complaint I filed with the BBB. Very unethical Not gonna happen. That complaint is gonna stay on record so anyone checking with the BBB concerning the Parker Appliance Factory will is how they treated me. Worst Shopping experience Ive ever had. Do your homework before dealing with this company.

Leon was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with picking out a new washer/dryer.Delivery was fine however dryer did not work at all upon delivery. Dryer was taken back and I was told I’d have to wait a month for a new model, drive to Thornton or wait for Thornton to ship down to location, then wait at least a week for it to be delivered to my house. Delivery is only made to the area I live once a week (30-40min drive east of the Parker store). Ended up getting a refund and going to a different company who had models in stock on the floor and delivering it myself.

Love this place! We came here upon the recommendation of a friend who had visited a bunch of other appliance stores in search of a washer/dryer and Appliance Factory offered the most knowledgeable staff of all the places. When we came, we were immediately greeted by Robert who is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a modest budget and Robert completely respected it and worked to find us the best products with the best deals within our budget. The process was super easy and streamlined! The only down side was that the store was a little too warm inside.

My wife went in and bought a open box microwave, and refrigerator. From the looks of it the microwave only seemed to have suffered corner damage and was fine since we didnt really care much for cosmetic damage. After getting the equipment delivered, and taking the quality control form for the microwave, it was discovered that the microwave was missing the mounting hardware, bracket, dish, roller tray, grease screen, and a few screws around the light. You would think a quality control form that was signed off on stating all parts were present and the microwave was operational but apparently they didnt even bother to plug the thing in. After ordering a mounting bracket locally from a parts location and getting a overpriced bolt kit from appliance factory I was finally able to install the microwave two weeks after it had been delivered. Alas my issues were no where near done. The microwave was broken and wouldnt even start... After discovering this we spoke with appliancd factory and they said tough luck contact warranty support for the microwave. I then had Maytag authorized tech support send out a warranty technician to diagnose the failure. The technician discovered significant internal damage and that the drop was not a small fall . It was likely dropped out of the back of a truck. Maytag then made the determination that the microwave was not able to be repaired on warranty because the damages caused were from handling damage caused by appliance factory. I reached out to appliance factory and their president line and havent heard anything back yet. I highly do not recommend you purchase from appliance factory period. Their customer service is abysmal, and when push comes to shove they wont even give you some sort of compensation for a new microwave or whatever you bought. This has been a massive waste of time, money, and patience. If youre looking for deals on open box product go to home depot or even lowes. If appliance factory can correct this issue this scathing review will change but not by much..

Parts guys must have zero clue on how to fix appliances. Had to repeat that I need a bake element 6 time with part number. The worker wanted to argue with me that I need to buy both broil and bake! 🤦🏻‍♂️Worry about selling the parts and not telling me what I should replace. Been repairing appliances for 30 yrs. Also they mark up the part sales by 75% compared to their competitors over by Bear Creek. Don’t buy parts from these armatures otherwise you will get ripped off.

I bought all my appliances from these guys, for my newly remodeled kitchen. The sales team was nice enough, the appliances are still working, thank you Kitchenaid, why the one star rating? Well, the professional they sent out to install my double wall oven just cost me $2,000 to fix what he destroyed, and nearly burnt down my house.Without the need, he took out the entire back side of the cabinet. According to my wife, he had to do this to fit the unit into the $1,500.00 cabinet. A simple tape measure would have shown him that WITH THE BACK FULLY INTACT, he would have had about 1/2 inch clearance.Then, the platform he built for the oven to sit on was out of some strip wood he pulled out of the shipping container. Though the length wasnt enough to span the entire deck, he toenailed a wood screw onto the last 6, so it had no support and started to pull the cabinet apart from the side.Lastly, he used electrical tape to tie 50 amp aluminum to 30 amp copper wire. Thankfully the cabinet gave way before the crispy electrical tape gave way and started a fire behind the oven in the convenient holes he pounded onto the wall to get the J-Box free and to find the studs to attach to.Appliance Factory, I will be stopping by to see how you feel this should be handled. Do the right thing and I will delete the review and not take it any further.

I have a built in Jenn-Air range. One of the control switches failed. I ordered a replacement on-line. It arrived in just a couple days. But, when it arrived, it was not identical to the original switch. It would require modifications to the wiring in the range. So, I sent it back.I decided to give Appliance Factory Parts a try since it was local and might have the part in stock. They did not have it and needed to order it. I was quoted 3 to 5 days for delivery. But, it ended up taking 10 days for it to get to the Parker store.When I picked up the part, it was the same part that I had received from the on-line vendor. It just took 5 times as long and cost more. I commented to the guy behind the counter, Lawrence, that the part was not identical to the original part and that using the part would require modifying the wiring in the stove. He assured me that the part was the most current version of the switch. I asked if he was sure it would work. He replied I assume it will.Fast forward. I installed the switch and modified the wiring in the range to make it work. It did work. Unfortunately, while my wife was using the range, she noticed that the burner would turn on if you wiggled the control knob. We are lucky she didnt bet hurt. I removed the part and verified with an ohmmeter that the L2 to HC pins would short out if you wiggled the control shaft. In my opinion, the switch was defective and dangerous.I took the part back to Lawrence. He told me that electrical parts are not returnable. I said that it was defective. He said he would do me a favor and send the switch to the Whirlpool lab to have them determine if it is defective. That would likely take a long time. In the mean time, he would order me a new part that I could pay him for. I told him that I wasnt interested in waiting another 10 days for a potentially defective part that I could not return.He claimed that we had discussed these things when I picked up the part. We did not. I did notice a sign that claimed that electrical parts could not be returned right next to the sign (made out of masking tape stuck to the wall) that said Be nice, we are trying to help. In my opinion, you should try harder.I have mentioned using my opinion twice. I am used to people valuing my opinion. I have a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering. I have been paid handsomely for my opinion on all things electrical for more than thirty years. Lawrence and Appliance Factory Parts certainly do not value me or my opinion. I have purchased appliances from Appliance Factory in the past. That will not happen again. I hope the value of the defective switch is worth the lost business.
