Every time I walk in this store, I feel positivity. The staff are always looking busy and not sitting around looking at their phones. The staff are always happy to stop what they are doing to walk you to what you are looking for. If the item you are looking for is not in the store, someone will help you order it . This last visit was especially pleasant. It was the second visit of the day. I bought the wrong thing (mattress topper vs mattress pad). My husband had pulled up to the front door so I could run in really quickly. Just as I was about to walk into the first set of doors, I realized I didnt have a mask. We searched all over the car and we were about to go back home when someone with a BBB tag on (I learned later, it was the supervisor), came out and said, Need one of these? It was a disposable surgical mask. I just thought that was so nice. Little humanity goes a long way. Look forward to shopping with you again. And anyone who doesnt have the Beyond Membership is really losing out!

I had a return. After standing in the return line with my newborn I was I formed that everyone was in one general line. After 20mins I was finally able to return my item. Just a little ridiculous.

Very clean, staff was friendly, Tammy the cashier was pleasant and efficient!

The store is clean and well organized. Please keep in mind, this is a smaller store and selection is slightly less than some others. The staff was courteous and engaging.

Called in on a defective product that was smoking and going to catch fire and they said of course bring it in and swap it out. Drove 25 minutes to original location only to be told that it was past the 60 day window. I explained over the phone when I bought it but was told no way when I got here by Kevin. I miss the old customer service and don’t know why I would shop in store rather than a different online retailer that takes care of their customers.

I have to give kudos to one of the Team Leads at this store! I believe her name is Laylana or Lana sorry I know I’m not spelling your name right. But she took control in assisting my mother find the ninjabullet after another employee ignored us. She went far above and beyond for us. They were out of stocked but she found another store we could of gone too if we wanted it that same day. Even offering to call. We decided on ordering it online which she put in the order for us as well. I just want to say thank you so much. You are the reason why we will be going back to this store! I hope you see this and have a wonderful Christmas 🎄 you da real MVP

Better than ordering online as you can use all your senses to determine if items are correct for you. However there are several of these stores in the Denver surrounding area that are larger and have better items on clearance. The staff are great and friendly. There is not hard pressure sales on any items which makes it easier.

Its Okay

They went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for. Thier website said they had what I was looking for, but it wasnt on the shelf. I asked for assistance, the associate checked the computer, it said there were several. She looked everywhere until it was found. Normally, I have been to other stores in the same situation and usually get told if its not on the shelf we are out... Thats hardly ever the case. Anyway, BB&B Parker CO. Will keep our business!! Way to go! Keep it up!!!

I love going into their stores. So much to look at. Love their coupons and so far they accept expired coupons and you can use more than 1 coupon when you buy several items.

At Christmas time I was looking for a Game of Thrones Monopoly game, which was out of stock. The cashier took my name and phone number on a slip of register tape. And of all things on Dec 28th they called and they had a returned item and I could purchase the game. Amazing customer service at the busiest time of the year . Thank you.

So, why only 3 stars? Well, this is a smaller store that often doesnt have what you need. I think theyre doing the best with what they have, but it often seems that they dont even have the popular items. I still shop here a fair amount, but Im not usually excited to go there.Another thing is that their bathrooms desperately need to be updated . . . like REALLY bad. Its weird to shop in a store thats all about nice homes, kitchens, and bathrooms, when there own isnt good. Without this, it would have been 4 stars, but I would just expect a little more from BB&B.

Ive been to three different bed bath & beyonds today to get items that I want for the new colors of my bathroom. I think its amazing that youre allowed to use one coupon per item at the stores makes you want to go back there all the time and keep spending money they have good quality stuff on top of that.

Pretty regular Bed Bath & Beyond store. Some of the sections were a little dishevelled, but other than that, things were in good order. Customer service was on par, as at least two of the workers that passed us asked if we needed help with anything. Cashier was also friendly.

They used to offer better customer service over the years they have slid down hill. They still offer all the same items. And unless you have a coupon youre looking at spending more money than you should because they are not really very competitive with online shopping this is where they need to improve offering better discounts or the you some more coupons or use of their online coupons being used for longer periods of time

My husband and I returned some things from Buy Buy Baby here to save us a trip to Westminster. Todd and Jade handled the return for us and were extremely friendly and helpful the entire time, despite the store getting busy. Best customer service weve had in a long time. Thanks, guys!

This particular BBB is smaller than the one by Park Meadows Mall, so they have less of a selection. We registered at BBB for our wedding and had several items to return. The return process went very smoothly -- we didnt bring our gift receipts so they simply looked up our registry at the check out counter. Because of the smaller store size, there were a few items on our list that they did not have in stock. A sales associate gladly helped us locate the item online and had it shipped to our house for free. Because we were buying other items in-store with a coupon, she let us use the coupon towards the online purchase, which was great! All the sales associates at this BBB were very friendly and helpful!

I went in to get a wedding registry gift and not knowing what to do I asked for help. Cori helped me out and she was very friendly and got me in and out of there quickly, she even helped me wrap the gift and tie bow! Definitely ask for Cori if you ever need anything!

The Associates at our store in Parker are amazing. Each of the associates was friendly, Beyond helpful and helped us with our selection. It was a great experience.

Very helpful staff. They pulled something from up above with a ladder and went through this huge procedure to ensure customer and employee safety! I was really impressed.

The store associate at the Parker store by the name of Melanie(sp), was very helpful with checking on the computer to see if there was any on hand at any of the stores. There wasnt any so she is having it shipped to my residence.

I received a gift from an exchange party. I didnt have a use for the one i got, so my friend told me she got it at Bed Bath and Beyond, also that it cost her $50 something dollars.. i took it back today for merchandise credit and was told they KEEP $10.00 because they ASSUME a coupon was used. Really..Ive never remebered a coupon when shopping here. I get one in my mailbox 2 times a year,and it seems it NEVER comes when i am going there. What a ridiculous policy. More like THEFT of money to EXCHANGE merchandise. Horrible. Never again will i shop for myself and ESPECIALLY never again for gifts for my friends and family.
