They were quick in getting my flat tire fixed and were helpful enough to finish it before the closing time.

Completely incompetent. A danger to your car to have such incompetent people work on it. No management oversight either.

Visited them yesterday for an oil change. Not satisfied with the services. After the oil change, when I checked it, it looked same as it was before. They either didnt drain the old oil properly or maybe didnt change the filter. They completed the process quickly which makes it sketchy, whether they did it right or not.Definitely do not recommend.

The tech told he could fix my tire, but it was a 3 hour wait. So my wife took it back the next day, And they tell her SHE has to have a new tire. Ill be taking my tire business some where else.

Went in on Wednesday to see if they had one tire. He said they had plenty. I came back the next day early. I left the tire. They said it would be ready in an hour. I went to have breakfast at a restaurant. Before I was able to sit down, they called and said they were out of tires. They said they would have tires the next day or the one after. So left the bad tire there to be fixed when they got one. I drove home which is over 20 miles away in Deport. I sat down in my chair and they called again. They had the tire after all, and were putting it on the rim. I drove back to town to have my tire put on my truck. They said I was not posted to have it remounted. I would have to wait. She said it would be quite a while. I sat for two hours to MOUNT A TIRE I had made an appointment for. This after driving 80 miles. Only 40 of which were necessary. These people are incompetent. Enter at your own risk!

Made them aware of the time frame I had, only one car was ahead of me with another minor tire problem, all I had was a flat that needed to be fixed. I would not recommend coming and LONG wait times. No apologies for the long wait times, not good customer service.

Would have given them a lower review but 1 star is the lowest. Went in at 5:30 PM hours for tires are until 7. I was told they didnt have any tire guys in and were sent home at 5 and couldnt be helped. Went up front and talked to management and was told the tire manager wasnt aware I was back there and to go back and he would take care of me. Was told they could only fix a tire as he had only 2 guys and 1 wasnt certified to do tires and they had to many tickets to get to me. Although he just rang a woman up for 2 tires while I was waiting to talk to him after going to the front and being assured he would take care of it Rob the manager will never use Walmart tire center again used to be a long time customer never again.

Great service

Had a serious blowout right outside of Paris, Tx. Got my spare on and drove into Paris around 530 on a Saturday evening. They were awesome, the greeter standing outside under a tent, the mechanic, the person checking us out - amazing service from start to finish. So thankful for them! We were able to get back on our road trip to Florida!

Auto Service was great. Employee helped find what I needed, checked me out. In and out. Quicker than if I was up front I would have been waiting.

Convenient for having minor routine maintenance done, oil change and tire rotation and such, as you can shop while the work is being done. But minor is about all that is performed there. And sometimes even minor is too difficult. Be selective and ask for a particular technician if you know someone that works there, and that you have dealt with before.

Bought battery about yr ago for camper. Taking wires off to charge and terminal litteraly broke off before I could get but off of post. Took it back to exchange and because of a defective post I had to pay full price for a replacement. Buyers beware, Walmart will break it off in you and take advantage every chance they get. This is my last battery from Walmart.

Very slow cashiers. Some of the cashiers are great but others should not be back there at all. Auto workers are great and always explain things very well.

Will never buy tires from Walmart again. Road hazard is a total scam... actually had tire get rock in it that ruined tire and came me $30 credit on $174 and had to pay for installation. Asst Manager Gabe came back to assist me and did zero but made you lose a customer for life so that 500 I spend a month will go to Kroger. Great job.

Blew a tire nearby, so called to ask if they could put on a new one. They said yes. Pulled up and they told us they had the tire in stock and it would be an hour. 2 hours later they tell us they dont have the tire in stock after all. I spent 2 hours waiting with 3 small children. Unacceptable.

I had to have an oil change & even though there was several people in front of me...its nice to do my shopping while theyre working on my vehicle.

Long wait. Not everyone was working. 1 lady was yelling at other employees, in front of customers. NO!!! Not acceptable....

The store manager intercepted while I was getting an oil change.This in turn added 15 extra min. to my oil change.My advise is dont get your work done there if the big boss is out throwing his weight around.

Said they checked everything with my basic oil change and everything was good i found a few thangs they did not check like my headlights one was full of water and did not work, they said it did. So just wondering if they are doing thangs 100% in there

Im not sure what has happened but Walmart has gone downhill as far as their inventory, their food prices. And the bathrooms are filthy. if you go late at night theres loitering in the parking lots and it looks like you might get robbed before you get out of there.

The original woman I spoke to when I went in to pick up my order and have 1 tire put on the rim advised that all my tires would be ready after that one was put on. After the one was put on she didnt have any of the other tires ready and no one knew anything about them. I had to show the order to them to prove I wasnt lying. This is the 2nd time Ive had service like that here.

A very long wait Everytime. Sat there and watched the vehicle I was in sit in the bay for 40 mins before it was done with just an oil change

I wanted 2 tires they of course had only one and to top that of took 1 hr 45 minutes to put one tire.

No techs till 9am for tire rotation, sat for 2 hours. Bad management .

The Tire Center in Paris Texas is a joke. I have road hazard on my tires that I bought from there. Had a flat tire and took my truck to them and they didnt have anyone to fix my tire. I will not buy tires there again 😡
