In stark contrast with the experience I had at the sulphur springs location, THIS autozone is top notch and definitely a recommend. Kind and knowledgeable staff who have that quiet way about them that lets you know you can trust their advice because it comes from hard earned experience!I came in to see if they had some trim tools to fix the drip molding on my Acura. Two of the staff were happy to help mw find something that most likely would have worked just fine but I was still concerned it might not meet my needs. One of the there gentlemen, as I approached with my purchase, said hold on just a second we might have something you can use back here and proceeded to find me some loose trim tools! When I asked if he wanted anything as collateral while I worked with the tools he simply waived me off. Now, as ive gotten older this tends to happen more and more.. And yes it was just some trim tools so perhaps the inherent trust might not seem as big of a deal to you but, as a younger man who often looks in his late 20s I can tell you there is usually an air of mistrust in these types of interactions. Its just the world we live in. So to see these guys not even give that a single thought and be more focused on genuinely helping someone get a job done without unneccesary expenditure of money? Impressive to say the least.If only the sulphur springs location was more like yours!

They have their good days and their bad days as everyone. last visit in was awesome, they went above and beyond. I have been shopping at AutoZone for to many years to count.

It is easy to find. The folks there are very helpful and friendly. I had a check engine light going off and they were quick to hack the codes to see what was going on. So, if you are in Paris and need a part, a tool, or just a little advice stop in and see the great people at your local AutoZone!

While getting my oil changed today at Paris Express Car Care, they gave me notice (accompanied by a confirming printout) that I had a bad battery. I had an amazing experience here! Jonathon Ayala put our headlights on until his knuckles were bloody and worked his poor hands to the bone! He went above and beyond expectations and we will never go to any other store for our parts after his example! Wal-Mart couldnt help us and Auto Zone had us fixed in just a few minutes! Mr. Ayala treated us like family and I was deeply touched by his kindness. He represents the store so well and sets an example for all your employees. No service. You can hear employees talking in the back but no one came up front to the cash register. I left what I intended to buy on the counter and walked out and I was not the only one or two or three. The people before me even called out for some help no answer. The best thing about this this auto zone is Jonathan Ayala!!!! I went in for a busted headlight bulb and where most would just sell me the replacement and send me on my way with a good luck, Jonathan offered to put it on for me when he realised I would be trying it myself. This was no easy task and the weather in Paris tonight is like polar vortex weather!!! He spent a good 20 mins or more fixing not just the busted bulb but also the other that was in the socket loose and flickering ( another me job lol). He did this all with a smile and good conversation. I wont go to any of the other many auto parts stores here just because of the generous nature of Jonathan Ayala!!!!

They were all so helpful being young and not really knowing about what I needed they helped so much.

The man I dealt with today was extremely rude. After explaining to him I just got a new truck and was unsure what oil it took he said he couldnt look it up. Basically pushed me out of the way. Went next door to Oreilys they looked it up for me in under 5 minutes and even offered to carry it to my car for me.

Staff was very patient and helpful but gave me the wrong part i needed :-( had to make a 30mile trip to get correct part.

The lady manager was awesome and very helpful and knew about automotive.

Slow slow service, didnt have toyota mobile one oil filter, the ones on sale. 20 minutes later oil, different filter, air filter, customer service rep couldnt operate the computer. Im talking flash from zootopia people. Finaly just left with out merchandise. Went to OReilly next door same price in / out in 5.

Thank you to the folks at the Paris Texas location. New air filter and new O2 sensor and my little car is purring again!
