No high pressure sales. We live in Ky and called to make sure they still had the vehicle before driving there and when we got there they had it pulled up and ready for us to test drive. So it amazes me that social distancing only seems to apply to certain customers. My wife is a health care worker, was up for 29 hrs and the only appt time I was offered for an oil change was right after her shift but oddly enough folks were walking in the service area but my wife had the keys taken and had the door shut so she could wait outside. Had I been told there was no seating area before making the appt I would have went somewhere else. We’re all doing our part, some more than others, and as far as I’m concerned customer service should still apply and businesses that are open have a responsibility to do so. Heaven forbid an elderly person comes in with no where to sit and wait and be asked to wait outside.

James and Noel were top notch - I have NEVER been to a dealership as honest, trustworthy, and friendly as Peppers and I will only buy vehicles from them in the future! No one tried to up-sell me on anything and I was even questioned on my warranty choice, because they didnt want me to have to spend money for a warranty I did not need - who does that? Honest people do - thats who!

Best place to shop and get your oil changed.They have the most beautiful automobiles. I like to shop while waiting to get my oil changed. They have a big screen tv for your viewing pleasure. There is a snack bar with coffee available while you wait. It is a great place to buy an automobile.

Peppers has a first rate service department. Its my experience they do excellent work that is done right the first time. They are the only people I let work on my Jeep. The same goes for Peppers Toyota.

Good dealership and worked with me so I could get the Jeep Wrangler I wanted. I rated a 4 star bc the vehicle was not ready before purchasing it like it was suppose to be. They still took care of me though and that’s my only complaint.

My experience was horrible!!! On 3-4-17 I decided to go look at a 2016 dodge durango limited. When I got there no greeters, I walk around the carlot for about 8 minutes before a salesman approach me and asked me is somebody helping me and I replied no. I told the salesman I was here to see Russ so the salesman took me inside to his building. The salesman said to Russ you have another customer Russ never look up to see or greet me just kept working on paperwork. Russ knew I was coming. So I sat from 3:40 to 5:00 p.m. I watch salesman come in and out of the building and finance man smoking.Some spoke some didnt. So I sat patiently and waited. I watch Russ help 4 other customers and walking back and forth to and from the finances office and outside. So I sat and watch people walking by me and nobody never asked me anything.So at 4:40 Russ gets up and gos to the back and said that girl never came in to look at the truck so Im going move it back while Im still sitting in the front. So when Russ came back in and went into the finance office and the finance man said who is that sitting in the front Russ said I dont know. So at 5:00 p.m. the finances man came out of his office and said can I help you and I said I been sitting here waiting on Russ for awhile. I told them I had to go. The finances man apologize said wait one second.Russ came out I didnt know you were her. So Russ apologize and said tell you what drives the truck home. Rushing with my informing and trying to get me out because its after 5. So I left in the truck not knowing everything about the features. After looking around before I got out of the town the gas hand was on E. I returned the truck on Monday. So on Monday finance man apologize again for Saturday. It wasnt enough. With everything that had happened you would think a sales manager would approach me or reach out to me but No. I was told they would take a thousand dollars off the price. I thought about it over night. Tuesday I told them the price I wanted it for which was the book value price. Sales manager said no considering everything they had done I thought that would be a reasonable price. Russ call me and the lowest we can take is this which was a thousand different from my price. Russ apologize and tried to fix it but it wasnt enough.

I didnt like anything about them. I took my truck there 3 times due to it not turning over on and off. Peppers could not figure it out and the service manager was rude with me. My uncle figured it out within 2 minutes of having it. Peppers service crew is definitely novices when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair!

After moving to TN from VA I found Peppers to get service for my Dodge. Them were extremely friendly and much quicker than I was used to in VA. Ill be doing all my vehicle business with them.

Dealer diagnosed a check engine light as a defective PCM. After waiting for the part to arrive and returning the truck for service Peppers techs could not program the new PCM. I was told that it is not their problem because the truck is too old. This is 2005 Dodge Dakota with 137k miles. I checked with 2 other regional dealers and they were confused by Peppers inability to do a job. Seems I am the second review with the same type issue.
