Wikiwoo was a fast and amazing experience. I sold my old phone and laptop and got the money right then and there. The staff is amazing and even when they are on break they make sure to leave their personal phone numbers so you can call them instantly. It takes them only 5-10 minutes to return after you call them. The best part is they are willing to negotiate the price and the staff makes sure to get you the best deal!

Best place to come to sell your electronics that you no longer use. I use to sell on eBay but it’s such a hassle waiting for someone to purchase the items and then receiving payments. Luckily, this kiosk buys it on the spot and on top of that they negotiate for you so you can receive a better deal. I plan to sell more things here.

I waited for 35 minutes for an employee. No one showed up. I called the management office to find out the protocol and they gave me the “they’re allowed to go on break” speech. If that’s the case they should put a time up as to when they will return instead of having customers linger around for literally no one. Instead there is just a general sign saying we will return shortly. Please go ahead and check the cameras! I gave 2 stars because I have sold a device to them before but I had to return later on because they had no cash on hand.

Disappointed the girls left. they were efficient quick and knew how to keep the customer happy. i don’t come here anymore. don’t waste your time coming here now, their prices to sell the phone are ridiculously low. just sell it on ebay.

I was here from out of town and had to get a new phone so I sold my old to them. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! And they gave me cash right there for my old phone. They even helped me erase my old phone.

Bad. They never open. They always have break sign that lasts for the entire day, literally. Dont waste your time trying to go here. It might as well close down.
