This Best Buy seems fine enough, but this shout out is specifically for Reggie with Pacific Kitchen and Home. All credit to him for help us secure the dishwasher we wanted, making sure our TTP applied to the installation, and getting us an install date within a week of ordering. Wildly beat expectations given the supply chain issues with which the entire country is dealing. Would/will go to this Best Buy again for a first look at our next appliance because of Reggie.

Stay away from the auto installations group. I spoke to Dylan in Geek Squad auto radio installation. Dylan didnt know what he was talking about. Also, when questioned about details he threatened to end the call. the store manager cant be found, there is no employee numbers or last names. BestBuy hides their employees from auto installation screw ups for good reason. Stay away.

As best buys go this one was horrible the store was cluttered there was what looked like at least a dozen workers in there and after asking 4 different ones for help and being brushed off or flat out ignored I gave up my buying adventure and headed home. Best buy in general is a decent store however this one has made me want to shop elsewhere.

Eerie environment presumably due to COVID-19 and the continued expanse of online shopping. Staff is good, definitely more attentive than your average big box stores. Good place to go if you need a consultation about a product. I guess you cant fault them for the current situation but the shopping experience is just plain uncomfortable.

One of the reasons why I LOVE this Best Buy is because they still let you test out the products on the floor. It’s also a very large location. It’s incredibly important to test out a new device before making the purchase. My nearest Apple Store, Target, etc stopped doing this due to the pandemic. Thank you Best But for letting customers touch the devices. Myself and my wallet thank you for letting us try things out!

Came in for a phone charger and walked out with a phone charger. I did brpse a few other sections since technology changes so quickly and its fun to shop for. The sales people were nice, informative and not pushy, which was a huge plus. Gave me the information that I wanted and admitted when they specifically couldnt answer a question. I would go back.

Very friendly and the pricing is great! Considering whats going on in the world today, I felt safe here. Very compliant with Covid-19 regulations. As always, the selection is amazing. Im leaving the four stars because I do feel like they dont update inventory online fast enough. If you say three items are available, it should be in stock ten minutes later. When an employee says they ran out yesterday, I know something is wrong.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Extremely unhelpful. I purchased a camera to pick up in store I get there and they said item is not ready but that I will be picking it up that same day. I asked in how much time they said 1-2 hours. I stayed in the parking lot waited the hour and come back in to see if there is any update they said the camera was actually out of stock. I don’t understand why they couldn’t had checked that before telling me that I would be getting the camera today and to wait and hour. I asked for the shipping and telling me I would have to wait a week. That is not what I wanted and I asked for expedited shipping. The manager came at this point and said they would honor the expedited shipping and I would not have to pay. I was left happy that was until I get home and I check that they did charge me. Not to mention when I get my camera the only thing in the box was the lens.

Bought an “Openbox” HP omen 30L from this Best Buy. As soon as I got to the checkout register I saw that the box had a label on it that said “missing mouse and keyboard.” I really didn’t mind.But when I got home and opened it up I saw that a stick of ram was missing. When I started up the computer, I noticed it kept crashing. The computer kept restarting every 2-3 min constantly. Long story short i updated and troubleshooted until, I went and got another stick of ram. and now computer is now fine.I know Best Buy has someone that they pay money, to check “open box” items before they are being sold. I know there is a checklist and tests they have to run so that the product is working properly. So either that person did not do their job correctly, or someone who works at this store physically pulled out the stick of ram when no one was looking.Please do not come to this Best Buy, employees are definitely lazy and I’m assuming management is just as bad.DONT COME HERE TO GET YOUR ITEMS FIXED OR DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX ITEMS FROM HERE.Im from New York City. Long Island City Best Buy is always excellent with their service. Paramus route 17 Best Buy should learn from them.

I received the email saying the order is ready to be picked up. I arrived 15 minutes before curb side pick up closing. I declared that I arrived and inputted the parking spot number. I was told that they will bring out the item within 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, I got worried and stood outside the locked doors trying to get the employees attention in freezing cold for another 15 minutes. They looked at me and walked by. I called the 800 number, and they said they will overnight ship to my house and received update showing next day delivery. Never came. A day later, Bestbuy updated the status saying I will be notified when it ships.

Do not go to the Geek Squad in this Best Buy location. We went there for repairs that they clearly cover within their service, and a couple of kids pretentiously told that they don’t perform such service. Clearly they do because we got an appointment with another Best Buy branch for the same repair. The Geek Squad employees in this location clearly need drastic training in customer service and company policies. Shame on them.

Then I went over to the computer section of the store to look for another laptop. There were no salespeople available. Disgusted, I walked out. Poor customer service!

If you know what you are looking for or you want to look around and research an item and visually see it, this is a good place to go.If you want help it tends to be challenging and you more than likely have to seek out someone because they dont tend to seek out you.I was looking at TVs for close to 10 minutes and not once did a group of 5 employees standing around talking ask me if I needed help.

I have never had to wait so long for help. Literally spoke to am associate in cameras. He didnt respond, or tell me he would be right with me. Instead ignored my existence and kept trying to find the same key he couldnt find and apologized to a woman he had been assisting for 15-20 minutes. He finally found the key. Searched through the cameras and never bothered to look for the one I needed which was right next to his hand. He proceeded to lock the cabinet and I walked out and went to Microcenter. Got the product for the same price and felt like I mattered. Paramus camera department is DOA.

The quality of service at this location has really gone down the tube, in the years since I have been here. The last time I was here was 2014, and upon coming back, I have done several curbside pickup orders, that took an hour plus for them to bring to my car every time. I saw several other cars come and go before and after my check in. The first time I ordered this way, after an hour of waiting, I went in and asked about it. The employee told me they had lost it. So I asked could they get me another one of the same item? I dont need that specific one. Seemed an obvious fix to me.Fast forward to my third, and definitely final order from this store, in 2 weeks.The first part of the order had been given to me already. The website said pickup within an hour, and the person who brought me the first order told me to wait until the notification for the second part to be ready. So, I sat and waited. The third time in 2 weeks this happened, I had become fed up. Walking inside and waiting on the customer service line, I politely asked to see a manager. The woman told me she was the manager (probably not, but ok, I went with it). I asked her why it takes an hour and 45 minutes to grab an hdmi cord and bring it to me? She says its been busy etc. Well there were no other cars waiting at the pickup besides myself, and the last two times I was here waiting, I saw the same gentleman taking his time bringing orders out. Well then the woman at customer tells me they dont have that cable in the store, which is why it says preparing your order and well tell you when its ready. So I ask, youre telling me that its not even in the store now? And she says yes. And I ask how Im supposed to know that, and why it said it was available in store? She says youll get an email. No email was received. Then I ask her how come the other girl told me to wait? She told me that she meant you can go home and wait. Not wait here. Well that wasnt clear. Then she says thank you to me, turns away, and starts helping someone else.TL;DR: Avoid this Best Buy location, and go to a different one. Even if it is further away, as the customer service and management has become absolutely terrible. Youll be happy you did.

Good Best Buy store. I purchased a new head unit for my Jeep along with amps and speakers. They did the installation and everything worked out good.I had to go back for a couple of adjustments. Like all big box stores, you have to wait a bit and the service isnt that personal but overall my needs were met and Im happy with the result.

Avoid at all costs. Was supposed to have a washer/dryer delivered between 7AM-1PM. After waiting all morning and part of the afternoon, I was told that the delivery guy thought no one was home. He didnt even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. And my car was in the driveway! Again, avoid at all costs.

AWFUL experience at this store. Ordered an Xbox Series X online that was store pick up only. It was supposed to arrive on 12/21, but due to a snow storm I got an email that the truck got delayed with the shipment. I was worried I wouldnt get the Xbox in time for Christmas for my kids so I had inquired with the general customer service on 12/22 since I had not received another update. They had someone from the store call me back directly and they told me the truck would be arriving on 12/22 and available for pickup on 12/23. I arrived at 645pm on 12/23 to pickup the Xbox and was told the truck was there but it hadnt been unloaded yet. I spoke to the manager Ana and she was the most rude person Ive ever met. She kept asking me who the person was that called me to tell me I could pick it up on 12/23. I explained multiple times that I didnt think it was prudent to ask the name of the person calling me. Since I didnt have a name to give her, she tried to make it out that it was my fault for showing up. I paid for the item, I got a call from her store telling me to come pick it up. Seemed pretty simple. It seemed to bother her and the staff that now they had to get to work and unload the truck. She told me she wasnt sure if it would take 20 minutes or 1 hour to unpack the track. That wouldve been no problem. I gave her my phone number and said Id go shopping in the nearby stores. Another 90 minutes went by without a call so I went back in the store. I saw the Xboxs had been unloaded and they were in the office. This was about 8pm. I walked back up and asked Ana if I could take my order now. She said she had to still add the shipment into their inventory system. At this point all of the staff including Ana sat around in the office cutting up cardboard and laughing at me thru the glass window while I waited. They told me We are open until 10pm, so we have until 10pm to get the item to you! . So they sat around until 950pm and then brought an Xbox out for me and just said sorry about the wait with a smile. The employees at this store are the most poorly trained staff Ive ever seen. I was there for hours sitting right next to the pickup desk and not once did anyone ask me if I needed any help. I guess it starts from the top with the store manager being as rude as she is.

Every time I walk into this place its like a new adventure with wonderous toys, gadgets and games. I often get lost, because theres so many goodies, but the staff is excellent. Very helpful and informed. Plenty of parking, two huge lots on either side of the building. This best buy is a prime example for a great reason to shop at a store in real life. Its all about the experience.

This review is specifically for the Paramus NJ store. I ordered a few items for curbside pickup and the experience was excellent. Nikai (I don’t know if that’s how it’s spelled) was super helpful and 100% customer service oriented. The first TV box that he brought out had some damage and when I pointed it out, he didn’t hesitate to go back in and search for one that didn’t have a damaged box. He also helped me to load the large item into my car and did it all with a great attitude and showed no expectation of getting a tip. I don’t know if Best Buy has a no tip policy, so I’ll leave it at that.To the management - if you see this, please let me know if you were able to give this hard working young man (Nikai) the recognition he so deserves.

Horrible experience, I wait 1hour in cameras department for someone come to help me decide between 2 products cost around 2.500 dollars, one associate try and try hard to find someone with knowledge to help me to decide between those products... After 1 hour, I decided do not make business there and leave... I went there at 10 am a soon they open so was not busy time on Tuesday.

The last two visits that I was in there the staff did not even want to ATTEMPT to answer my questions or help me with items I already purchased at their same store! My problem two days ago with air pods was a 2 second fix-it but they would not even look up if I had an extended care on the item! I resolved my issue with an APPLE rep over the phone. I felt as if I were not buying a new product, they did not need to talk to me. Ironically in the last 15 years, I have purchased 3 laptops, 2 Ipads, a printer, 3 TVs, a stove and so on. I needed a new washing machine yesterday and went to a competitor for the first time. Your Geek Squad techs mask was half off of his face--when I asked him to adjust it he said he was okay. It is not about him--the mask (he was not behind a plastic barrier) was to protect the rest of us! Dan from Apple and Jack from Best Buy are extraordinary employees. Had either one of them been there, I am 100% certain they would have answered my question gladly and easily. It is a shame they were not there, because from now on Ill do all of my Apple purchases at their store and all other appliances at your competitors.

Stores busy but the employees are a little weird. Twice I came in and no one was around to help me. So I went searching and they were standing around a counter hanging out for awhile. I finally waited enough and asked if anyone was available in the PC area. I also called the store and the phone was on hold for 30 mins. I was on the way to the store at the same time being in the phone and when I went inside theyre were no customers. Employees hanging out again... And my phone call being left unanswered it was weird. Im not sure if they are tired it just feed up with customers but it can be frustrating when you need help from them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - I have been calling every single day since December 15th and every single day I wait almost a full hour with no answer. They gave my curbside order to someone else without even verifying if I was the actual customer. I spoke with a representative from bestbuy.com and they couldnt help me and said the store is supposed to verify with ID before giving away curbside orders and I should reach out to the store manager.
