They have the best customer service especially compared to other national stores. They have been so helpful over the years, recently, they’ve been staggering with it but like I said, compared to other stores I’ve been to in the U.S., they’re superior in customer service.
Me and my gf had an apt to get our ipad fixed at 12:00pm and we didn’t get anyone to help us until passed 12:30pm which was very unprofessional because what was the point of setting an apt if they can’t respect it. The store was not busy at the time, it just seemed like everyone was stalling or not looking forward to helping . The store needs better organization
I was here to buy a phone and AirPods. I waited more that an hour, but eta was up to 30 minutes. O recommended go to NYC Apple store, they are service is good. Also that time at costco i saw pods for $169. when i asked to give me headphones for that price, manager rejected. My friend in NYC got the pods for $169. It’s looks like every apple store has owners, not corporations. After that I went to bestbuy to buy the pods for $169 🤣
Terrible experience. Had an appointment and they took multiple peole who didnt have appointments ahead of me. Chris the manager was of absolutely zero help.

Yaay it hurts to write this review. Apple Apple Apple one would expect better customer service from this top notch multitrillion??? Dollar company. I was last there about 8 years?? ago. Walked thru door this time and was shocked . No one greets you, had to literally chase after the only employee who was free for help. Got rush service and left immediately to fetch on my own. Learned by other customers that you have to go to a table to buy,etc, super long line, only 2 employees literally sweating, doing an excellent job amist the chaos of this grand guru of a store that Apple is. Expensive products, got influenced by my family to switch from android (Samsung) to iOS. Not very impressed with my new iphone 12. Galaxy is just as good or maybe androids just make more sense rather than iOS always guessing and kind of pre-deciding what you need... still on the fence about my iphone... but seriously, Apple, hire more employees. You can certainly afford it!!!
My i mac, broke down a year after I bought it because of a hardware problem present in the computer from the beginning, This caused me no end of problems as a graphic designer who depends on a working computer for their livelihood. Apple refused to loan me an equivalent machine while mine was in the store for repairs despite the fact that they do so for phones. It will be 1-2 weeks before my computer is repaired and in that time I will have lost money and a reputation for reliability. Ironically their indifference to the customers who rely on their tools means I will no longer be able to afford apple products, because of loss of income.
Went to the Apple store at GSP for my laptop that became unresponsive due to the big sur update and had my laptop held there for over three weeks and received different responses until they ultimately decided the issue was water damage (???) and wanted to make me pay over 1K since I only had limited warranty. I also was hung up on and given attitude by some of the workers when I called for updates on the repair. Note: I have been to this Apple store many times in the past and it seems service just has been getting worse. Went to two different repair stores and was told that there was NO liquid damage at all and that the laptop was just not booting up correctly. The second place I went to is an authorized Apple service provider and was much more helpful! They repaired my laptop within 1 WEEK and it was covered by my limited warranty.
Worst Apple Experience: Lady at the entrance was like a drill sergeant, kept yelling 6ft, not aware latest CDC guidelines. After waiting 20mins at the door we were invited by a middle aged salesman. We said “we want to buy a 12pro max” and he says “you mean Iphone 12pro max” ???? He’s no idea what he’s selling, I know much better than he does
I had issues with my phone today, the Express Cards with power reserve showed up when the phone ran out of battery, it seems that this caused my phone to lock, the screen was not working, when trying to turn off the phone it would not allow me to do so either. (After researching this it seems that this issue has happened to multiple customers) It was really bad timing for this to happen as I was extremely tight on time and was getting a lot of important calls that I was not able to pick up. When I reached the Apple store and after explaining the situation that my phone was useless, I was asked if I had called to make an appointment...duh!! My phone is NOT working, kind of difficult to do so, furthermore I am not aware of many people that use a land line. The apple associate was helpful to get a manager to help me with the issue as I was really frustrated, however the wait was 1.5 hrs, time that I did not have to spare for an issue that is known to Apple. When I got to speak to the manager and made a gesture show her the phone, she crossed her hands as if she was not there to help, instead she proceeded to talk about the waiting time. I asked for her name, she was surprised at my frustration thinking that repeating the extensive waiting time was going to help the matter. I got even more frustrated and left (I had to pick up my son from school) . In any case I told her that I was going to give her a review, so here it is @Ashley.Later....On my way to pick up my son from school I stopped at Bestbuy in JC, spoke to the one of the guys from the Geek squad and he was able to fix the phone in literally 3 minutes counted.I usually prefer to give positive reviews, but being that todays situation was so ridiculous I could not help myself.

AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION***I had an appointment at this location and I was there ON TIME but waited on the line for good 15min. When my turn came, the associate told me I was late. I argued that I was ON TIME but I was on the line waiting for my turn. Then someone else came apparently the manager (Ashley) who was just as rude. No apologies for the wait on the first place and went to tell me that they will assist me but have to wait 1 and half hours to be attended because I lost my appointment. She said after 10min you lose your appointment, but she kept overlooking my point that I was ON THE LINE waiting my turn. What poor business practice and what a mediocre customer service. AT NO POINT in time during my interaction did she acknowledge the fact that I was waiting show compassion or address my concern. I left disgusted by my experience.

The apple store at Garden State Plaza has terrible service. Jim the manager is always extremely rude. This is the only apple store in our area and the closest to my house. However, I rather travel a little further to a different apple store, so I dont have to deal with that guy Jim who was rude to my kid, weeks later to a neighbor, then to me in two occasions. This is my first time writing a bad review ever and I hope apple management reprehend his behavior. Most of us spend a lot of Money in apple products and we deserve better treatment. My husband and our neighbor, who is one of the nicest people Ive known is also writing a bad review because of that guy.Advise: dont even be 5 mins late, because he will cancel your appointment. Also, be prepare to received bad attitude for buying stuff within the last hour before they close.

So basically I have been to every apple store in NYC, this is the only one Ive been to in NJ and I can confidently say its the worst apple store I believe there is. Every time I go there its like a circus, nobody know what’s going on, they have no information on the products. They always say there system is down greeting is horrendous, waiting time to pick up a phone that I have already bought is outrageous, Ive been sitting now in the store for over 30 mins since I saw the last customer service agent to pick up a phone that I already bought online, which shouldn’t take any kore than 2 mins to pull “ that’s the case in NYC” . And the store isn’t even that busy. they need to get the customer service staff through more training.
The service here could be more organized waited for a long time to get service no updates or info had to keep reminding the staff that we were there In the end the service received was very good but had to wait a long long time for it
I am really not sure if all stores have the same sales practices but this location is horrible. Am in quick need of a new phone and they make it impossible to buy a phone. I’m told you must an appointment. But yet I counted five sales rep standing around. This is my second time at this location and my last.
Today I was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30. Got checked in by MIKEY ( the manager) and after waiting for 1 hour still no one assisted me. I brought this to another worker attention ( Nick) who stated I was clocked in but then cancelled out. I was placed back and waited another 20 minutes. When I brought this to the managers (Mikey) attention, he was not even apologetic and told me that I’m next and would possible be seeing in another 2 -3 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes. This was such an awful experience! Apple need to hire managers that are a lot more competent in customer.
I’ve been coming here for years, I bought my daughter all there products, The last purchase for here. Wad an Apple Watch. Now as she got much older. She in her own, I have and IPad Air 2 which I bought 7 years ago. The Apple family there is so kind and understanding. Including the phone agent which helped out a great deal. I have a Life. Proof case and a screen protector that has saved me on a few occasions. If your going to purchase a device. It’s Important to protect.If you notice across the Apple store. There’s a guy who sells the screen protector. I highly recommend especially if you have an iPad. I only have 3 GB left! I’m serious thinking on purchasing another IPad with more memory. One of my cards have a zero balance for 12 months. But I really got to think about it. I would not trade my iPad for a new one. I know Apple gives veterans a discount. But when all is said and done.I’m talking about a lot of money, But anyway. I highly recommend the store! Best Wishes. Uncle Tom

Would have been a 5 star but the first person we spoke to (young lady at the back of the store) was not helpful at all and then another employee gave us the wrong info. However Dennis saved the day he was great.
Very bad experience with APPLE, ALEX and MICHAEL they refused to replace the AirPod charger because they said EVERYTHING AT THE SISTEM IS SHOWING OK. I been having issues with charger for couple months, I was just waiting for the appointment to have this replaced.I don’t recommend pay APPLE CARE.

Nice to know you can get fitted for orthotics in the Garden State mall on Route 17 in Paramus. The gentleman who was helping me was very knowledgeable took his time with me didnt rush me very considerate and yes I would go back.
Rich from the Apple store was extremely helpful. He helped me with my watch. I had scheduled an appt online but it was booked wrong. When I walked in the navigation at the doors was rude to me and Rich came over and helped me out.
I appreciate their kindness and patience. I bought 3 iPhones at this store and a few accessories. I wish they had more options for iPhone cases though.

My daughters IPHONE is acting up. Took her to the Apple store after making an appointment. I would much rather go to the electric chair then this place. Thank goodness for Android. The evil empire needs to control everything on their phones, computers, etc. No good.

PROS: This Apple store is bigger than any Apple store Ive been to, even counting the NYC one. Most staffed and stocked with inventory. The place is always kept clean and they manage their customer stations very well. During the pandemic they set up booths at the front door that prevents you from walking around, but they are happy to assist. They also have crowd control on the outsideCONS: They take forever to help customers which causes a long line and when they did allow you to walk the store it was tough to get someone even with full staff. They never ask if i need helpOVERALL: This is my go-to apple store, but at the same time I would never go to this store with a problem unless i have a reservation
Went to the apple store to buy a MacBook Air. Knew what I wanted but was turned away at the entrance because I didn’t have an appointment to buy. It doesn’t take long for a staff to get a laptop and charge a credit card. Buying a laptop shouldn’t be this difficult.

The store isnt generally open to customers. When you make your purchase online youre given a window in which to stand in line to wait to be served. The security is nice and the wait could have been worse, but I did get there earlier than my wait time and had to wait to get in line. Because there was a line I served about 45 minutes after my allotted time period. A little annoying, but again the attendants were nice.
I been coming to this store for years and for the first time I had a horrible experience. A worker refused to let me speak to a manager to explain that I need to catch a flight and perhaps be seen earlier than scheduled for assistance with pairing a watch. She literally stopped me and did not grant my request and replied that even if I speak to a manager they will not allow me to be seen earlier than scheduled. She was sarcastic, rude, and seemed privileged to respond to me in that way. She also accused me for helping me a day before and said it was the same story. Wow! She came off as entitled leaving me wondering if it was a racial thing. Her name was “Rory” also spelled it when I asked. Please schedule another person to be at the front of the store who can use a different tone with customers, does not come off as rude and disrespectful.
Five stars for the genius staffer who helped me, but one star for the reservation system since I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time for service.

I made an appointment at 7 PM and I came in at exactly 6:43. The security lady named Rosana had told me to stand on the line 10 minutes before my appointment. She did not specify which line. Once I came to stand on the line the girl had rudely told me to stand on an other line. I simply told her that she could have said that in the first place and then she was like “Well maybe you need to listen”. She was VERY disrespectful and not helpful at all.
This is the worst store. The line is always insane. They are always understaffed. Your appointment is almost never honored.I would not waste my time going there. Go to any other store

This manager needs to be fired ASAP. he claims his name was Joey, he didnt even want to give me his name, last name or ID number and decided to HANG UP on me TWICE and was trying to BLAME ME for their own employees mistake! i cant believe this is the service i got from a company like Apple. Very rude and very unprofessional. Ill never spend a penny on Apple products because of this experience with this so called manager. DEFF not going to this store ever again either!

An APPLE a day keep the doctor away. Its true. But today, I realized I should keep the apple away too.I had a bad shopping experience at the Apple Store. I went to buy an iPhone for my daughter a few days back. As I tried to go into the store, the security guard told me in a horrible tone that I couldnt come in without an appointment and told me to stay back in the worst manner. I asked other people over there to schedule an appointment for me to buy a phone for my daughter. Thanks to him, he helped me out with that, then he helped me out to buy the phone. He to come here and give my daughter an iPhone 12 as a present. And, thanks to another guys assistance, I was able to schedule an appointment for that. When its my turn to be there, the security individual calls me. Im not sure whats going on inside. The first security guard informed me that I needed to go outside and wait for my number to be called again. He came back in after 2 minutes out and ordered me to go in. I make touch with him. Are you sure its my turn now? (because he threw me out with a lousy attitude just 2 minutes ago) &...? So, whats next? He goes insane and speaks in a non-permanent manner. For my turn, I just double-checked. As a result, no insults from me. The security guard was enraged and yelled profanities, and had a bad attitude. Im off to the store because I told my daughter she needed a new phone. I told the manager in charge over there. But Im not sure. He is unconcerned about it. Since you dont want more than two people or shoppers, I told him my small daughter could stand alone outside. But this phone is a gift for my daughter, so if she could please come in with me, that would be great. He was aware of the situation. I finally finished my purchase. Do not bother making a repair appointment at this location because you will not be seen at the time of your appointment. I arrived at the store 5mins before my appointment to be told I had to stand in line outside the store and wait. At first I was ok with this because “what’s five minutes”...well it wasn’t five minutes. I waited over an hour after my appointment before I was seen. The upsetting part though is that I made an appointment for a specific time for a specific reason. Apple does not have any consideration for their customers. What if I work two jobs and was doing this in between the two. What if that was why I scheduled a 6:50pm appointment, to make sure I had enough time to get to my second job ON TIME. Why even make customers make an appointment if you are not going to keep to the appointment and technically apple’s promise. I am utterly disappointed in this location and the lake of respect it has for it customers. Also the security guards they have directing you to the lines are incredibly rude for no reason. I don’t care if you’re tired or annoyed this is your job there is no excuse to be nasty to someone who asked you a question you are required to answer. No one should ever disrespect a paying customer like this. I will be calling the corporate office to make a formal complaint against the security Apple had working today.

Waited an hour just for picking up something after repair. I have no idea how can it take that long. It is just picking something up why should I wait in a line for an hour.
They were not able to help me with my problem, but the service was excellent. The customer service rep (I believe her name is Kadisha) that attended to me was awesome, great personality, had a lot of patience for ALL my questions.

WORST GENIUS BAR EXPERIENCEWorst Apple store I’ve been to. No point in making Genius Bar appointment because they still make you wait on a one hour + line.They make you line up outside, no one to checking appointments, security rude like bouncers at at a bad nightclub. I went in needing a repair on my AirPods and ended up having a miscommunication between Apple Support and the store, resulting in frustration. The technician and manager (Jim) were very patient and helpful and offered to replace my AirPods, free of charge. At the end of their day, on a Friday, I really appreciated their generosity.
There service is terrible . Went in at 12:20 for a repair or an exchange and is 3:40 and I’m still waiting for my phone to be done . 0/10 do not recommend coming here .a waste of time

Today Thursday October 29,2020 I placed an order at 3:00 pm for a new iPhone and it was supposed to come in a period of 2 hours.( 4pm -6pm) However after waiting 4 hours and getting texts from the carrier Postmates ( very bad delivery service) that it was on its way, my phone never arrived as promised on the Apple purchase page. Then I called this store and spoke with a guy name Charles, that never solved my complaint. One star is too much for this store.
Lauren and bill both were very rude in attending my issue. I had previously done a pick up with my Id in a picture. The second time they didn’t allow for me to pick up the order wasting my time and the customers time. There was no need to scan or copy my id. Also I have gone to previous stores stating that id asking wasn’t allowed. Also the guy attending me which I didn’t get the name of asked what was that I was showing him if it was fake. Literally showing him a nys id

First time iphone user2 issues with phone screen iphone 11 in less than 10 month (same one in both cases) no device replecement possible because they have to follow their process, they have to replace just the screen with 90 days warranty (should be a year)Mike and Joe just follow AS process with no quick solution for an UBER driver who needs the phone to work!!! You better come here with plenty of time to spare. Had to make an appointment to get into the store to shop. I was told the wait would be 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I returned for my appointment, I was put on a line and had to wait an additional 10 minutes😡Wasnt happy about that!
