Hard to put into words what Mike and Bridgit did and do to guarantee a satisfied customer but ‘Above and Beyond’ come close. These two wrote the rule book when it comes to customer satisfaction and I cannot recommend or endorse them higher. The ONLY people you should see…Matthew Evans

Placed a long and complicated special window order for a house remodel. Mike Rosenberg took the time I needed to help me with a very detailed custom order for the whole project. He also helped me modify the order after it was placed, which is vertually impossible in many cases. Overall, excellent expertise and customer service by Mike at Paramus WindowRama. Two thumbs up!

The project of a door replacement has started in September and it is still not finished in mid-June next year. All kind of issues - wrong parts, delays, nobody shows up for appointments and reschedule them in a week, etc. Complete lack of ownership or respect for a customer. Stay away. I deeply regret ever giving them business.

We are in the process of doing full rehab on the new home that we purchased. During the window bidding process, we met with several window companies. Due to our budget restrains we needed to be cost conscious. Everyone said that Anderson was out of question, way too expensive and the only reasonable solution is vinal (which had 10-14 week lead time). Luckily, the window vendor we chose did get back to us and was impossible to get ahold off. Frustrated we started looking for alternative. Came across windowrama, spoke with John Buglion. Went over some ideas with John they had a bunch of windows in stock. After a little back and forth we now have all Anderson wood frame windows at same price point as vinal ones. Smooth experience with a touch of grandfatherly love 😊.Side note forgot a window ( my fault) had to pick up one in Paramus store. Same great experience in store and on top of that had the window ready for pick up in less than 48 hours.

I havent finished the reno yet and put the windows to the test. But I comment to say that I had a great experience with Mike Rosenberg ordering the windows. He took a lot of time with me - him explaining all of the different options for the various windows I was ordering, me working through those options in making decisions, and then me working through the order to check and make sure everything was correct. Due to my own schedule, the logistics were also tight for me regarding delivery of the windows to my house, and he helped make sure that went smoothly.

Mike R. is a rock star. Worked with him to order doors and windows for my Reno. Very knowledgeable and very patient. He will hold your hand and will make sure you have all the info you need to make an informed decision. He is not pushy like other sales people and will not withhold information just to get your deal — very rare in this field. Thanks for all your help Mike!

Mike R. rocks!! I am doing a complete home remodel and ordered all my Andersen windows & doors from this location. Mike took the time to explain the pros / cons of all the different products and helped me tweak my order to get what I wanted at a price that fit my budget. Not easy to find someone in sales that has the best interest of the customer, but if youre looking for windows/doors then Mike is the guy for you!!

Im not to thrilled with my experience at WindowRama. To start off the door I received ended up being defective. I read other reviews of customers posting similar issues with defective products from WindowRama, maybe they are selling seconds?. It took some time to replace the defective product which is understandable. However the replacement did not go so well. I have an issue where it is very difficult to close the door. The earliest for service to come out is one month, still have not shown up. I have had the door for 4 months I explained my situation about the door not closing but it appears that service could care less that you cant close the door on your house, even in the winter. So I have a brand new, expensive door (which by the way their prices are higher than Lowes and Home Depot, for the same product). You think you are going into custom store to get a better experience than a big box store but yet you will be left with a worse situation if you would have went to one of the big chains. You would also have paid a lot less. so what are you really getting by shopping here?

We have been working with Windowrama for a little over a year now. Our sales rep is John Buglion out of the 71 heartland blvd location. He is very quick putting orders together for me and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone with window needs.

I thought I might install a new storm door on my house this weekend. After looking into which doors were to my liking, I chose the Andersen Model 3000 Self Storing storm door. What I needed was this door in a Left Hand configuration, and I wanted it in the bronze color. The more I looked into purchasing this storm door, the more I came to the realization that the bronze color would probably mean that it was a special order.Windowrama came up as a supplier, and my hope was that perhaps you carried a larger selection than the average Home Depot would, and that perhaps I could simply swing by and pick it up at your Paramus location.I quickly found out that your store in Paramus was opened on Saturdays until 5pm, so I attempted to call them for two reasons. First, to see if you had the door in stock, and second, if not, I knew exactly what I wanted, and was hoping to simply order the door, give a credit card over the phone, and save myself the trip to Paramus all together. When I called, during your business hours, nobody answered the phone. So I methodically went through all of your automated call-in options, calling back repeatedly and choosing different numbers for different salespersons, just trying to get somebody who could answer two rather simple questions. I called 6 times, not once was I put through to an actual person.Exasperated, I decided that I would drive to Paramus. I did. When I entered your retail location there were two employees working. One was speaking with a customer. The other had his back to the showroom, and was on a computer. I milled around for 5 minutes, looked at your displays, and thought that surely, the one employee with the customer would call attention to the fact that other customers were waiting, and that the man at the computer would involve himself to attempt a sale...... NOPE.So, just for fun, I called the store again, right there in your showroom. ring.....ring.....ring.....ring.....ring. Neither employee made an attempt to reach for that phone.I guess thats why Home Depot is making a killing. I went there, and within a few minutes, I had a gentleman who was willing to special order my bronze, model 3000 self-storing 36 left-handed storm door, and it will be ready for pick-up on 6-24-19.Incidentally, your customer satisfaction rating on the Google search is 2.9 out of 5 stars. Shame on you.

Purchased an Anderson window for $1500. The grill was crooked. Contacted Mike Rosenberg the salesperson who initially said he was on vacation but would take care of it. I have emailed and called the Paramus location and he just dodges my calls and ignore my email. Wouldnt do business with this store.

Horrible experience – unless you are a contractor do not do business with this company because they do not care. First unsuccessful experience was their Danbury location - they could not log into their Simonton account to give me a quote or answer any product questions – really???? Then after a couple of weeks with no response and many phone calls later I was forced to deal with their Stamford location which was over an hour farther than the Danbury location. This time I was able to get a salesman but unfortunately he also knew nothing about the Simonton product line and I was forced to contact Simonton myself and passed the proper information to my salesmen. I was fine at this point until the day of the delivery the driver was harassing my wife for payment when they had my credit card on file from the original down payment which was then used for final payment but the rep and his warehouse unfortunately did not communicate this. Then the rep tried to tell me that payment is made on delivery – but you have my credit card on file????? Annoying....
