They even helped with best choice options that would enhance our front entrance beauty. The installers were detailed, clean and professional. We did have to wait for our door longer because of covid deliveries but I can say it was totally worth the wait! It wasn’t their fault at all! Ordered a beautiful Iron Cleo door back in April. We were lucky they had one in stock so we didn’t have to wait for it to be delivered. Since we are in process of remodeling our home, this was important not having to wait weeks. Once door was installed we noticed a minor issue with glass on the door. The owner personally came out to see the door and immediately sent someone to replace the glass. They took ownership of issue and immediately resolved the matter. Door looks great! We were on the market for a new front door and had been looking for a while online and at several other retailers. I saw a display in our local mall, however, that company was in Georgia and required us to find a local installer. I called Maslyn Door and spoke to Jason who answered all of my questions and immediately sent me information on several doors that met our timeline for installation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we decided this was the company we wanted to engage with. The quality of their doors is superior than what I found online (thicker gauge and superior hinges to hold a 900lb door) and they will install and guarantee their work! Mike also came by to make sure all the measurements were accurate and he was instrumental in expediting our install when we realized our large German Shepherd was able to open our old mahogany front door. The installers did an exceptional job and were skilled, professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Mike stopped by to make sure we were pleased with everything at the end. I will definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. We LOVE our new door.

The first time I saw few doors on display at Paramus Park Mall where Maslyn Door advertising their products. My phone call to them was answered almost immediately. Actually I received two calls from the owner (Mike) and adviser/salesperson (Jason). Appointment was scheduled for the next day and by the end of the day I had clearly explained proposal for the front door replacement. Three days later installers arrived and I was very impressed how  professionally they were. The old door was removed in no time. Everything was cleaned and prepared for the new door installation. The owner also arrived to make sure that everything was working well. All work was completed in approximately 5 hours and by the end I was left with absolutely gorgeous front door. This iron double door brought such amazing change to the way house looks outside and inside. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I contracted jason to install a beautiful $18000 door at my building located at 33 Washington Ave Belleville. Please come by and see it. Let me tell you and show you what he did. They came and measured and took the wrong measurements. The y do not make there doors. Doors are ordered from China and tool size months to arrive.Jason after a month sends me the measurements and my contractor notices the measurements are totally wrong. I bring this to jason and he assures me that was an error and he would get me the drawings with the right size. He assured me the door was ordered with the right measurements. Door arrived with the wrong measurements.This is a special door with certain measurements. Well door had to be installed on the wall and not in the door jamb. IT WAS TOO TALL TO BE PROPERLY INSTALLED. Now I refuse to pay the remaining balance since I am not satisfied with his work and he sends me to collections.William

I purchased an HMI door through Maslyn, and I have been getting compliments from family and friends ever since. Their salesperson Mark helped me choose a door within my budget. Configuring the door options like color and hardware was also super easy via the HMI site. Maslyn ordered the door exactly as I wanted. Installer came and took about 5 hours to complete the installation. He took care to make sure the rough opening was square and plumb. The one thing he didnt do was miter the top of the door trim at a 45-degree angle for the inside and outside. Unfortunately I did not notice until I started painting the trim a few days later. Still looks great except for this one detail.

Mike from Maslyn is top notch. I live in Maine and searched wrought iron doors for my new home build for over a year. I couldnt find one company from here to California who would take the time to properly design it due to frigid conditions. Mike and I traded designs multiple timed until it was right. He also worked with my builder closely to make sure my door opening was framed correctly to support the monster of a door. The quality was spot on and we are in the coldest months right now and this door is awesome. Furthermore everyone who shows up to our house compliments the door and says where did you get it?.
