Service is excellent. Clothing quality is marvelous. They will even hem pants! Total bang for buck, unless youre a college weeb who hasnt learned to do laundry. In that case, please do not shop here. I bought a pair of boxers here in 2016, still my best pair of boxers!

Great Uniqlo store I always go to. They separate the genders on both sides of the store and they also are very clean. The staff there is always willing to help you out and they always change their styles

Worst return policy of any clothing store. All returns must be returned to the store item was purchased from. Online purchases can not be returned in store, you have to ship it and you will have to pay a fee.So if you receive a gift from someone that bought in New York, they will not accept returns in New Jersey. I have to go to New York to the exact store she bought it at to return items.Uniqlo is an international brand and yet the stores are functioning like stand alone small business that has no other locations. This policy change makes me never want to shop at Uniqlo again, I much rather spend less at Old Navy and Gap and not deal with the hassle of a bad return policy. Or just go to actual small businesses and support local owners that dont have billion dollar international company backing.Make sure your family doesnt gift you Uniqlo else you stuck with it.

We have been going to Uniqlo a lot recently!Always clean, always good sales! My husband, son and I always get clothes from here. The variety on kids clothing is great! Women’s clothing, you can find casual, formal, any day wear and workout clothes also! The staff have always been helpful, they do not have a restroom for the public. The fitting rooms are clean, I always check. Bring your own bag of shopping! I would def recommend this store!

Fit room needs a 15 mins cleaning. Items can only returned to this exact store for a refund to original card, or other stores for exchanges. Both lines are long and unorganized.

Smaller than most Uniqlo, but carries all the same stock. The big advantage is that help is easy to find.

HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order online around Thanksgiving for pickup, and somehow the emails letting me know they were ready for pickup went straight to my spam folder. When I tried calling the location several times, no answer. I tried emailing them several times, only got an automated reply and no follow up from a real person. I finally went in person and they told me the items were shipped back to the warehouse. The store associates told me they are told not to answer the phone. The manager was of absolutely zero help. While I have loved Uniqlo a long time, these issues are turning me off big time. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails? There is a freaking pandemic. Give me a break.

** Bring your own bag, or you will have to buy one at the store (11c for a paper bag) **I have started to like this location since they moved from Garden State Plaza. It’s pretty compact, sections are clearly separated men, women, kids+babies. Their stock is always good, never had issues finding right size (except sale items). They also let you customize items like cutting pants to correct length.The trial room is closed due to Covid, but when it’s open, the lines are short, pretty quick to try out clothes. If you have the Uniqlo app, you get discounts and freebies at checkout.You can do online order pickup and return at this store as well.

They had a good place to sit and wait outside the store, while the other half was shopping.

Love the heatech garments, especially the tees and the camisole. They di not feel bulky underneath your clothing yet they kept you warm.

Very clean, spacious, and organized clothing store. Uniqlo, is my go to store for comfortable, soft, and warm clean-cut traditional clothing. Uniqlo clothing gives me the ability to feel naked in public without that awkward glance from strangers...if that makes sense....

Very bad overall HQ online service, you changes on online orders not accepted in stores and pushing online order returns to online only with $7 shipping charge is not disclosed when you make a purchase. I went to store near me and was not able to return online order. I could not call local store because you took off phone number from website and google listing, this is all together very shady practice. I will NEVER shop at your stores!

Can improve on customer service

I was a frequent Uniqlo shopper until I visited the Paramus Park location. I’ve never received such bad service as a consumer. The new return policy is predatory at best and illegal at worst. The head cashier Elon E has been the least courteous retail worker I’ve interacted with. After waiting 30 minutes on an extremely slow moving checkout line for a simple return within the return window Elon rudely refused to issue credit. Tried contacting customer service via phone and email with no response. Avoid Uniqlo at all costs! Will soon be contacting Amex to issue me credit for the return.

Great new location with just the right amount of space for clothing. Staff is friendly and theres always a promotion (or more) on items. Perfect for basic, every day wear that is long lasting and comfortable. Store is bright and easy to get to in the small mall. Be sure to download their app to get coupons and bring a reusable bags for 15 cents off your total each time you use it.

For the first time, I had an unpleasant experience at this outlet.- on Aug 22nd, 2020 reached aroung 2.05 to pickup my online order- couldnt find a counter where i could pickup online order- looked around and finally went near the cashier and found customer service (which also had alteration pickup)- stood there. The cashier asked me to go and join the cashier line. I went around to join the cashier line. There was only ONE guy who went to look for some more things- the same cashier called me. so i asked him why was sent all around and since i was not paying for any items purchase in the shop, i stood in the cashier line- at that point in time, he and the other cashier started arguing in a bit high tone. I told them i dont want to argue.Unfortunately i couldnt pick up my stuff as it had not arrived.If you ask whether I will go back to Uniqlo Paramus Park, My answer would be a resounding NOWithout much crowd in the shop, these cashiers were behaving a bit high handed.Hope the management counsels them to have a better attitude with all customers?I may let go of my online delivery, as i dont want to face these cashiers again.

The lines were too long. The staff was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. The store was too crowded and social distancing was not adhered to. The signs on the racks were misleading and charging customers for a bag to carry out the merchandise is a a complete disgrace.

Loved the old location at GSP. This one is less convenient because GSP is easier to get too and has more stuff to do. Now I have to go to another mall thats further from me that has like nothing to do. The new store location is also smaller and the choice is much less. Looks like Ill be shopping online now.

Poor service. They didnt send me any pick up email. I called customer service three times to get pick up info. Customer service sent email to this location twice, still no pick up email. Finally, i went there to look for my package, they already put to ship back status. Unbelievable! Never come back to this location again!

Compare with its previous location in garden state plaza, this is far less square footage. Its right by the entrance of the old Sears. Most of their sizes are xs and s. Very few L or xl sizes.First impression is neutral color tone, not a lot of colors to be exact. Seeing T shirt with Asian accents which is understandable since they are originates from Japan.

I purchased 3 pairs of jeans at Uniqlo PARAMUS in December or January! what the heck day if the purchase was very impressive - hemming was included in the $39.99 each jeans! I was very happy with the service & the price! About a month ago I noticed the pockets was ripped...no big deal, I fixed it...2 days later...I noticed an opening in 2 places...I couldn’t believe it! I only had these jeans for less than 3 months...drove to the Uniqlo store to find out it moved...so I thought oh well...Few days later I googled Uniqlo...found out they moved to PARAMUS park. Today I had some time, so I drove to the store, spoke to the Manager...I explained to him that I wore these jeans maybe 3-4 time in the last 2 months...he looked at the code on the jeans & tells me these are old style we don’t carry them anymore & he nicely offered me a store credit for $1.99 (yes it is one dollar & 99 cent) - that’s all he could do for me! No replacement for defective product, and no full refund because I didn’t have the receipt!!!Lesson learned for UniQlo lovers - keep your receipts if you’re still going to shop there...I definitely NOT going to step into the store ever!

The original Garden State Plaza store was moved to Parumus Park mall. Basically, the ceiling was lower than the old place, so it was a little clogged and the size of the store was reduced. I think it might be a great help to activate Paramus Mall.
