Very helpful staff when told exactly what we wanted. They steamed it and put it in a garment bag. Very painless for my man. He was happy!

Newly opened store next to Michael Kors on the second level.Like the name implies, all their shirts are designed to be worn untucked. Friendly and helpful staff. Most shirts run about $98, so not cheap.

This store blew me away. To be more precise, Joe at this store blew me away. I have been in retail and retail management for over 20+ years and I have never experienced customer service like I did with Joe. My husband and I purchased two shirts with him. He was knowledgeable, welcoming and attentive. He was so amazing that I went back a few days later and I bought another shirt. He happened to be working and he remembered me! Even with a mask! This company should be extremely proud having Joe represent them. They have a customer for life thanks to him! Way to go Joe!

This was one of the most pleasant shopping experience yet! My sales person Jenniffer was not only warm, friendly, polite and pleasant she was very product knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on. The UNTUCKit brand is true quality and worth every penny. The store is very neat and well organized with full Covid protocols in place.

I don’t usually write reviews but I must say that an 200% impressed with this store. Customer service is exceptional and they always pay attention to your concerns. They don’t only listen, they go above and beyond to resolve it. I Love their products. It’s of high quality and the fit very well. It’s my choice of store now when it comes to clothing line. I will definitely recommend this store.

The lady who tried to help me was very sweet, but the manager she tried to get assistance from didn’t have the time to spare. She went in the back to go get him and he never even made his way out of the back to see if he could help at all. They wouldn’t do a single return. Then I wanted to see if an exchange would be easier and they couldn’t do that either because someone in the back was doing inventory...then she asked me to come back another time. I’m afraid not. Already dropped the shirt off at Goodwill and won’t ever be back.

This was my first time visiting this location since my Fiancé usually gifts these shirts to me and orders online. I wanted to go and get measured since I lost a few pounds and my shirts are a little baggy. I also wanted to take home with me a few more styles. I own many of your shirts the quality is great. My complaint is about this location. First I walk in and I get acknowledge from afar. The lady working there was too busy on her phone and fixing her hair in the mirror. I guess my money was no good or she had more important things to take care of. There was another employee there that was busy with another customer. He at least said hello to me but the kid was with someone. I was able to help myself out by grabbing a shirt and trying it on. I can hear her on the in the back while I was changing. Sounded like she was ordering dinner or something. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service and I hope someone in corporate notices this foolishness.

Walked in to the store expecting high-pressure sales, but what I got instead was a very attentive, knowledgeable, and consummate professionals. Rebecca, who assisted me with trying on different shirts and styles, was genuine in her approach to getting me the right clothes for work. The shirts, while not cheap, are high quality and will no doubt last a while. Plus, the companys MLB collection (Go Yankees) had me sold. Dont listen to negative reviews...Check it out for yourself and go see Rebecca!
