I live timberland they are the only brand of shoes I buy. This store has a great selection and the sales person who help us man he was awesome. However I have to give 3 stars and not 5 because their was a blonde girl who I think was a manager that also assisted us and she cam off as rude and totally not caring at all. I always believe in treating sales people with respect and was being nice on my end but interacting with her was like rubbing my face on sand paper. She was also super blunt and dismissive.

Great customer service from Allen. Allen has great product knowledge and shared with me key information about certain shoes, the trend of when to buy them and just a great personality overall! This why I am giving Timberland at Garden State Plaza a Five Star Rating! Excellent Customer Service. Excellent product knowledge. Allen deserves a promotion if you ask me! 💯👏🏽🙌🏽

Purchased boots here, and the cashier AD helped me with details for great comfortable boots for long periods of time. Ultimately chose Mt. Maddsen hiking boots, as suggested. Great feel, and its like a bed for my feet. Also donated a dollar for saving the trees, because I am all for that. Still cant believe how good it feels on my soles.

It is very difficult to convince her husband to make a purchase. Thank you store employee for help. He was very helpful. My husband is happy and Im happy!

Alan was so nice and very fast. He helped us exchange our online order, find a good fitting pair of boots, and ring us up all under 10 minutes.

I was looking to purchase some boots and the two employees were gossiping about customers at the cash register. They didnt even care to ask if I had any questions or wanted to try anything on. I would physically have to continue walking up to the register to get any sort of help. They were obviously very annoyed that I was interrupting their inappropriate conversation. I felt very uncomfortable as they treated me like I was a hindrance.I was finally able to make my purchase but heard them snicker on my way out. The overweight black lady was very rude. Everyone in the store needs to be trained again on customer service!!! I am personally a fan of Timberland products but this store is an absolute wreck. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!

Even though the store is not as big they treat you with kindness and exercise patience during this pandemic. I liked the experience I had would definitely recommend 👌🏾

Rude, unprofessional, slow service. Expect simple transactions to be an excruciating experience. Employees behave as though customers are a burden for their store and a distraction from their non-work related conversations.

The place is a rip off. You can get the boots cheaper anywhere, even from the timberland website.
