The more things change, the more things stay the same. The better sneakers are the ones that are recycled from 20 years ago...like some of the Air max Saucony New Balance, which by the way is $70 - $100 more now than back then. Everything thats new are lite and are made out of plastic. They have no support and no cushioning. Not foot lockers fault, its every where.Other than that, there are always enough sales people around to help you in the store.I rate them a 4 because the sales person I got just gave us the sneaker and never checked on on us to see if we needed to try something else. I cant put down the entire store because of one person. Im pretty sure the right sales person would have made our experience better.

If you’re going to foot locker and want a cool pair of kicks please ask for Dwight. He is honest, helpful, kind, funny and is the hardest worker in the room! If the CEO of footlocker is seeing this, Dwight deserves a promotion! I dread going shopping but Dwight was so incredible he went above and beyond to make this experience for me SO enjoyable.

Super nice sneakers and athletic clothing. The focus is on sneakers however, and theres a very large selection of all the major brands. Ultra trendy sneakers for both men and women. Also a kids section. Lots of friendly and helpful staff. Theres a dual entrance. One entrance says House of Hoops and the other says Footlocker.

This Foot Locker is a joke. There is a bunch of employees walking, chatting, laughing but not assisting customers. We walked in no Hi or good morning. Staff not even paying attention who coming in and who is going out. I ended up buying shoes from other stores.

Is this still part of footlocker or not? It seems like it works in a different realm with the worse service around. Just read the reviews and you will see. How can the managers and workers still be so nasty and still be here? I complained before that the price that was stated on the shoe wasn’t given to me and this time I come back to get a different pair of shoes I won. So I wait there to check out and now the manager I complained about wants to come over to the cashier and talk to her and ask his other coworkers to do the same to waste time. I already waited 30 minutes to get into the store and while checking out i had to wait 15 more minutes. This store is on another level. Nice way to revenge.

I see a lot of hate here. I had a woman named Sandy and she was SUPER awesome. Asked me if I needed help right away and I said Im just looking. The after she saw me looking at some tights she recommended some really good ones and they were on sale. I left happy and mainly because she was SUPER helpful and sweet.

I called the store to ask for a particular Retro Jordan and the guy on the phone told me they were completely sold out everywhere and I could buy it online from a seller but it would cost almost double. Sure enough I went online and and Footlocker had it available for pick up in store that very day. They had them in stock instore and online. I was disappointed with the service experience. Seems like employees are reselling sneakers. I dont know

Mother of a 16 year old son that wants multiple pairs they have a great selection here he was there to try on size 11 and 12 off-white Prestos they only had size 11 so I have to take him to another store to see if the twelves fit better I cannot believe the prices of the sneakers God bless us all sales people were okay should have been better for the prices that they charge there and pay more attention to their shoppers we were willing to buy a 700 dollar pair of sneakers and they didnt seem real eager to sell them

The review from 5 months ago is still accurate. They are paid to not answer the phone at this store during business hours. Terrible service. Id like to suggest removing the phone number entirely because no one will ever answer.

Great sneaker store with large size like 13 which is hard to find in regular sneakers shops. Little pricey depending which location you visit.

Usually love footlocker but i will stick to the Willowbrook location the girl who helped me was so nasty if you dont like yr job quit i still bought my shoes but i wish i just ordered online or went to Willowbrook so i wouldnt have to get the sighs when i asked for a diff size

Worst experience ever I went for a visit from Canada and bought a pair of PG 1 from Footlocker, I asked for a size 10 and they didnt have them so I said ill take the size 9.5 which they had in stock I bought them and when I got to the hotel to check them out again I found out that they gave me a size 9.5 and the other size 8 and now I dont know what to do. >:(
