Good Customer Service with Resonable prices and Selections

Went back and forth to this store twice to purchase an item that they claimed was in stock. Item was not in stock. Associates aren’t helpful. Only on a basic level can they assist (check your size and grab your product level). Handling Coupons and answering deeper questions is above them.

The customer service was ok. I just feel like the storage needs some improvements. Some of the shoes I have bought from there end up being scuffed up some way and they are pricy.

Holy catfish, this store is loaded with sneakers. About every brand, style and price you can imagine. Lots of other sports clothing as well. Reasonably priced.

Really cool clothes, shoes and styles. However Im giving it 2 stars because I visited this place twice and nobody came to greet me, ask me if I needed help with anything. ALL of the staff x6 were standing around next to the counter talking, gossiping and when you walk by they just stare at you weirdly and look you down. None of them are friendly at all.

I’m a star club member and went in store to order shoes appr 3/17/2018 I called 4/5/2018 to follow-up on order ...store rep stated shoe was unavailable and to go to store for refund ...I felt I should have been emailed or called a lot sooner and not have to call and follow-up, when I went to store for refund it took 3 different employed to get involved and was kind of a hassle ...I feel being a star club member really has no value.Updated review:1/1/21Location stinks like weed don’t bring kids
