My boyfriend went to pick up my packages that were delivered to your store yesterday. You guys only gave him one small box. When he ask if there was anything else you told him that there was nothing else delivered. I call cooperate late last night and they said my items were shipped at your store around 2pm. That was four hours prior to my boyfriend arriving. I was told to come in 12/11/2020 to pick up my items but now you guys closed down your store completely.

Staff was very cooperative, exchanged my jacket for a different size even though it was few days later and against their return policy.

I was helped by a gentleman named Skylar and he was amazing a f extremely helpful.. knowledgeable on the brand and deserves recognition. Wish all sales associates are like him .. Thank you

Never been to this north face location so decided to give it a try. The store isn’t as big but have plenty of clothings. Customer service was great. A manager named Lamar helped me make various purchases.

The mall was crowded but the deals are worth it....its just that the lines to get in certain store were long but understandable. The food court was crazy bcuz there were not enough chairs, again ...understandable.

+ I ordered a Denali fleece Online from an ad that was on facebook so I placed the order for in store pick up from this store. Im so glad I did because they have a huge variety there I usually go to Tent and Trails in Manhattan right down the block from City Hall but I havent been there in a while.

We were very happy with our experience here. We needed a backpack for my child ASAP & were shown many styles in various price ranges. The one we had seen online was nowhere to be found but a very industrious young man dissappeared into the stock room & 5 minutes later we had the bag. Many thanks!

The store is beautiful, staff is super friendly, and they have almost everything in stock. I called up to get a book bag put on hold because it’s back to school season and they were flying like hot cakes. Samantha assured me that I’d have a book bag when I got there 15 miles away to be exact and when I got there I got what I needed with no issues.

My bf put a jacket on hold and I ran over and bought it. The staff is so friendly that I asked the girl if shed be okay with telling him that the jacket was sold when he showed up even after he put it on hold.. she was totally okay with helping me out which i appreciated so much! Great customer service! And no, he didnt end up going in because I couldnt live with if he yelled at the innocent girl haha so I told him I bought it before he went there. But just her telling me shes willing to take one for the team was so nice of her..just for my little surprise ;) thanks girl!

I love The North Face its the only coats, boots, clothing that keeps me warm and dry. Great company quick speedy service everything fits perfectly. Recommend to everyone.

After I liked a jacket I wanted to buy they told me we dont have the color I wanted. They sent me to the store located in 5th ave Manhattan after they check. After I drove there same hour they told me we dont have it also. I dont know who to blame but Im very frustrated with such a bad experience.

Small selection of items. most of the items seem overpriced even with the sale prices. wish they had a greater variety. the salesperson seemed helpful and nice though and offered to go online to help us purchase items as there are more selections available online.

This place is phenomenal. Best store in the mall that I have ever gone to. 5 out of 5 stars, Im telling all of my friends to stop by there. Customer service was excellent, they really cared about what I wanted and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Had to change a pair of North Face boots there was very friendly and kind the Boost I wanted they had to go online and order for me and have it shipped to the house and it was shipped to the house within three business days wow that was quick very nice

Found exactly what I was looking for within minutes of going into the store. Staff was polite and got me out of there quickly.

Just visited it. North Face many years ago used to be actual outdoors gear, they didnt have their own standalone store. Now its fake, just a fashion label. Overpriced. If I want true outdoors gear Ill go to Campmor up on route 17 N, or REI on RT 4. REI can be more $ but its a co-op & you get a dividend at the end of the year. Both places have experts to help you.

Staff instead of helping customers or at least once asking if they need help; they all gathered in the middle to talk and laugh out loud. Neither my husband or I got helped and we both spent good amount of time looking at different items.Really expected more from the staff.

The quality has gone down and the price has gone way up. More style than function these days.

Shortage of sizes. Help is instant. If u cant get size or colour they will order it online. Overall I can say check the size( if u get it) and order it online.

I walked in the store looking for gloves, it was two employees in the store a man and women, not one employee asked me if i needed any help, they where standing around doing nothing but as soon as the 2 white women came in they went right to them and asked them if they needed any help even though i was there 1st, i wont be back to this store...
