They fixed my phone that wasnt charging; I figured it was an expensive charging port repair. But it wasnt. The guy looked at it, used a tool to pull some dust out of it, and it was as good as new. (Id tried toothpicks & it didnt work!). No charge for the 2 minute repair either! Wonderful guys, great business. I highly recommend.

Under Verizon warranty I was able to get my screen fix within two hours. Very satisfied with the fix. they added a new screen protector thats way better then the last one I had on it. It reads my finger prints quicker then the other one. Very satisfied, after getting the phone back everything was good. No damages or scratches or dents. Easy process.

The staff in this store is phenomenal! When I walked in with my laptop, I was helped right away. The technicians told me a time for diagnostic for my laptop and within 3 days they were able to get back to me about my repair. They are very punctual with their response time. I would definitely recommend anyone with any broken tech to come to this location. Also about their Asurion Home Plus protection plan is definitely the greatest investment i made yet. The staff was very knowledgeable with explaining all of the perks that comes with this protection plan. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Originally a charge port issue, he was able to remove debris in the port — a simple fix that would take 2 hours to replace.My phone can charge and play audio using a wired connection.If you find yourself with a computer issue, I’d recommend working Abdenbi from uBreakFix!

I went into the store to sign up for home+ when a friend mentioned what great a deal it was. My sales person, Dena, was very helpful and answered all my questions! There was another customer in the store who was visibly upset - banging on the glass and cursing very loudly in front of everyone else. Dena handled herself and the situation very professionally. I’m not sure why the woman was upset, however as a manager myself I was impressed by the way the situation was handled. Only an outstanding worker can stay cool and calm.

Went to the UbreakiFix in Paramus NJ, and was attended by Abdenbi. I have to say the best customer service by far. I was running low on time and he was able to fix super quick super easy and even enrolled me a great insurance program that covers most of my electronics. Overall excellent service.

They said they couldn’t fix my Xbox. They didn’t even open it up! It’s still sealed. My dvd drive was not working, the laser could of just been broken or I could of had tons of cat hair in it for all I know. They ordered the part without opening it which took like 4-5 weeks to get than I had to call to keep getting updated and eventually I get the text saying they can’t fix Xbox one blu ray dvd disk readers. U can at home… tons of videos. Just need to transfer over the PCB so I don’t need a new motherboard. But I guess they don’t solder there? Or was too lazy idk. I wish they at least opened it up. I also just can’t believe it took over a month to even get the piece THAN took like another week to tell me they can’t fix it. Waist of time. Also the sales guy at the front pushed way too hard for their protection plan thing but I couldn’t understand him and was way too confusing anyway. I could easily fix this myself but I can’t solder!

Recently had my S10+ phone screen replaced here. I asked specifically if the phone would be waterproofed since I knew that screen replacements could compromised this. The employee specifically told me that it would be back to its factory IP67 Waterproofing so I was happy. 2 weeks later, I treat the phone as I had for the previous 2 years only to have water get in and compromise the mic and headphone jack making it useless as a phone. Also, I took it to another location who graciously tried their best to fix it and did not charge me anything. They told me that the seal was done incorrectly. Furthermore, when I tried to make a claim with corporate, they were utterly useless and never responded after a months worth of time wasted on phone calls. I called the original store who fixed the phone only for them to be incredibly dismissive telling me there is nothing they can do despite them overpromising on their work. Now I have a useless 2 year old phone that I just sunk $300 into and have nowhere else to turn. Please do not use UBREAKIFIX despite their ubiquity as once you have your repaired device, you are entirely on your own. Please try local repair shops first and dont make the same mistake that I made. Unprofessional and rude with an equally useless corporate department to match.

Wow! I just had an amazing experience. The staff at this location went above and beyond! I came in with an issue that at first seemed to be easy to fix, turns out it was a lot more complicated than we expected. Dena (the store leader) and the rest of the staff treated me like family and the phone like it was their own! They even stayed late 1 hour and a half past their closing time and worked a total of 4 hours on my phone to try to fix the issue and not leave me phone-less. Dena offered outstanding customer service to every single customer that came in and put a smile on everyones face in a time of despair. Thank you again and again! I highly recommend this location.

My phones port just needed a cleaning. They were very informative, didnt try selling me anything I didnt need, and cleaned the port no charge. They fixed a screen on another phone a year ago and I remember it being fast and not as expensive as I thought it would be. Overall great experience both times.

I was reffered by Samsung Cooperation to uBreakiFix in Paramus. Im an owner of a Samsung Galaxy Fold2 and was experiencing weird damage to the inner tablet screen to the point it wasnt functioning. I never heard of uBreakiFix Business and didnt know what to expect. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by an employee by the name of Abdendi. Mr. Abdendi examined my phone and put my mind at ease by reassuring me that he can solve the issue. Mr. Abdendi was extremely polite and knowledgeable when it came to technology. In additon, the Business was clean and covid awareness, which is a plus to me. I left my phone with Mr. Abdendi and told me, he will contact me when my phone was ready. Two hours later, I was contacted and I returned to uBreakiFix and met by Mr.Abdendi and his colleague. They informed me the issue with the phone and what they have done. They changed the entired inner screen and placed a new screen. My phone felt like a new phone again!!!! Samsung technology representative couldnt figure out or explain the problem but uBreakiFix DID!!!!! Im extremely pleased with uBreakiFix they have OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!! I have found the business that will fix all my technology problems in the future!!!!!

Edit (a day later) - Excellent resolution via the in-store folks here. They fixed my phone and apparently it was all covered by Google even though my warranty had expired. They explained to me the mechanical failure that occurred to a connector on my phones motherboard to the battery and that Google was rectifying this issue specific to the Pixel 4 XL which was great to hear. I asked them about the call service problems I had and they suggested if you get their call service you can request to speak directly with the store if you ever need more information or are in doubt about their scheduling service. I was also happy to hear they also said they would be letting management know about the confusion that their call service seems to be causing which shows they care about improving the customers experience.Their Maps entry says they close at 7 but I guess they are staying open later than that for folks needing to pick up their devices. I confused them with other locations that stay open until 8 and arrived after 7 for retrieval and they were luckily open. Excellent service overall in the end.I HIGHLY suggest using their scheduling service though and once you arrive you might need to be patient if there is a line or make sure to show up early before your appointment time if you can. Its a small space and currently under Covid concerns and respect for everyones safety they only allow one customer in at a time.*Original review* - Ive had an excellent experience here in the past but the time I found out the hard way that unfortunately their off-site phone scheduling service doesnt tell you that Google Pixel phones require a minimum of 4 hours for service. So if youre scheduled too close to closing time with a Pixel you have to try again the next or a different day at an earlier hour. Their scheduling service set me up for a 4 pm appointment only for the in-store person to tell me that since they close at 8 they wouldnt be able to work on my phone so I had to schedule for noon the next day.Initially I tried scheduling using their web site but it wouldnt give me an hour option and kept saying I needed to put in the hour even though it wouldnt give me that option to do so. (Thats the reason I called first thing when they opened up in the morning to get my 4 pm appointment.)Ive used this location before for screen replacement on a different Pixel phone and they were excellent then so Im hoping this will all work out better once the repair is hopefully done but their off-site phone scheduling system is sloppy so two stars for now. It seems their right hand isnt talking to their left.
