I visited Protech with a major issue with my series 4 Apple Watch. I cracked the underneath glass that sits on my wrist with the sensors on it. Nobody could fix it including Apple. Apple wanted me to but a new watch! First of all, Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did some research (while I was there) and felt confident he could fix it. Also I had actually done additional damage by getting the watch wet after I cracked it. I was totally blown away by how Ali was able to identify both problems and fix them. I am from Canada and I was visiting NJ when my phone broke. I searched around and most places told me they could not fix it, then I met Ali at his Protech booth.. He assured me that he could fix it and would send it back to me in Canada. All I have to say is this guy is awesome, he fixed my phone and within a week and a half I had it back in my hands. My friend broke her phone while we were at work and everybody we asked refused to service her model of phone. I had a issue with loose charging port with my Pixel 2. I went to Protech half an hour before closing time on Monday night(9 pm). And Ali was really professional and accomodating. Ive been to two repair shops past 6 days. Previous 2 shops had no idea what was wrong with my phone. All they told me was that i should probably change the logic board or something. I was seriously considering buying a new phone. Then i found this repair shop located in Garden state plaza which i visit pretty often. I went there without much expectations but he fixed my phone! I went to Ali @Protech with extreme panic because my phone was forced to be restored. Not sure about any of you by I have tons of priceless memories on my phone and like a lazy person that I am I didn’t backup my data. I have a iPhone X which the issue is that face recognition stopped working causing a error resulting in having to do a restore. He pin pointed the issue and realized it was the ear speaker causing the issue. Tried many test and after an hour I got all my memories back. Thank you. I highly recommend. What a great find! I had a back glass break over my iPhones camera lens. Ali was knowledgeable about the inner workings of my phone and with great care was able to salvage my XR. I had a great experience here. I have an iPad Pro 4 months old where the charging port broke on me. Apple said need to buy new one and nothing they can do other than exchange for new one and would out me out 500-600 ( I didn’t buy AppleCare) He was able to fix it within one hour and was very professional about the whole thing. Street talk place down the way In same area was terrible customer service ( I almost did it there but they handled the whole thing terribly) and happy i did it here.

My VSCO girl cracked the front aaaaaannnnd back of her iPhone 8 to the point of being unusable. The frame however was unscathed, so I dropped it off with Protech and did some GSP shopping with the fam. 1hr later the iPhone was as new for half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Dont even second guess as they will do anything excellent repair for sure!Oh and bonus he was able to remove the all too common broken lighting tab from the charging port of my sons iPad in like a minute flat!

Today my iPhone 8 plus that I’ve had for the last 18 months stopped working. It just shut off and would not turn on so I made an appointment with the Apple store. The Genius Bar told me they were going to run some tests on my phone and instead, to my surprise, they just plugged the phone in and told me the same thing I already knew, that it wasn’t charging. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new phone and it will cost $400 plus tax. I couldn’t believe it and so they got a manager to give me 10% off. I then walked out of the store and went across the hallway and spoke to Ali the manager at Pro-tech. He did what, in my opinion, the Genius Bar should have done which was to open the phone to look inside. Thirty or so minutes later he was able to fix my iPhone 8 Plus saving all of my information. Thank you Pro-tech for the great job! PS it only cost me $106!

Great spot for data transfers. Tmoble couldnt help to get me all my pics and vids which was over 100 gb worth of memories. Becuase of no backup and a cracked screen my only option was to repair the glass. This spot helped transfer all stuff to a hard drive. Once again great spot.

I came to the Mall at 9:30am with a IPhone 6s . The service tech that assisted me was Ali very professional calm nature .
