If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t tell anyone they only have like 5 OLED switch’s to just have people wait in line hours then start screaming at customers they are sold out. No pre order options either. One of the worst GameStop’s. GameStop as a whole is becoming worse and worse with their customer service. Wish they would lose all their stocks or get shut down. Ripping people off everyday.

I purchased a Pokémon Platinum game and as soon as I got it I realized it was fake.

Horrible customer service. Was completely ignored when I walked in. Ignored while waiting to be called to register to pay. Let people cut me, even after I made it known I was waiting to pay. Walked out without buying anything. Teach your staff proper customer service.

I was helped by Mitchel who was a phenomenal employee. He took his time to explain everything to me and helped me pick games I would enjoy. He gave me the rundown of what games I should play in the future and so on. The whole interaction with him felt as if he was advising a best friend. I would definitely go back again to this location!

Of the four games we wanted to buy, and which they had boxes for on the shelf, none were in-stock. Why put them on the shelf? Garbage.

Customer service was great.

I visited on Thanksgiving, night before black Friday, they were to open for a few hours. By some weird luck, we were first in line before opening, they were some people behind us, nothing crazy. I was impressed that one of the employees came out with a binder and was asking in an organized manner what the first ~6-7 costumers were going to buy, just to accelerate the process... well well, it didnt do the trick, I was first in line and end up with a messed up order and having to request everything again. The cashier assigned to my order was a sweet kid but not properly trained for a busy day like Black Friday, he looked like hired for the day only. Anyway, I ended up getting what I requested but in a clumsy, inefficient way. In other days, it hasnt been particularly impressive service either, but definitely more efficient than this day.

This game stop had exactly what I wanted to purchase for my 8 year old sonHe wanted the five nights at freddys toys that no one else had

This location is much like other GameStops, albeit a bit smaller than some but unless theres a crowd plenty of space to move around.the selections of games is quite varied and if youre not looking for the absolute latest game youre probably going to get a good deal here.This location currently has a Nintendo Switch setup and a PlayStation 4.

Helpful employees and decent selection of games.

Decent GameStop with a variety of options like any other GameStop. Not much too different from others outside of the fact that its in a mall. If anything it may be worth going to another one unless this is the closest one to you due to the extra amount of traffic since its in the mall. Also the walking area is rather tight so thats kinda annoying. Not bad overall though

Friendly staff, always willing to help you out with any questions.Things here tend to sell out quickly, due to the location, so if youre looking to buy a hot item or item you really want. I would recommend pre-ordering it or else you may lose out getting it.They can also help you locate another gamestop that has the item your looking for.

Gamestop stores always busy, but they try to work fast. Always find the video games o want.

Ive walked into other locations asked for items for my kids and have just been laughed at and said the item doesnt exist anymore Im too old. This location the employees were super helpful and took the time to explain to me what I can get similar to what I originally asked for. Kudos to them.

Very nice and friendly staff. Loved the experience. Especially, how they convinced me to buy the PS4 plus subscription when it was on a deal.

Never been to a GameStop that is reckless till this one. The Manager there, ridiculous. Very rude and very incompetent when it comes to video game releases with preorders. He is nervous wreck and just isnt a people person. I preordered a product and it was just mistake after another from the final payment to the code for bonus features that came with the preorder. Never got my code or my actual receipt for the final payment and pick up. Even showed up to the midnight release to be told that they didnt have product. I had to show up the next morning just to be apologized to and being offered a gift card.

I was in line to spend over $700 for my son in this store, but someone cut infront of us when we were in line to pay, and when I complained to the cashier that we were next and that this person jumped the line, the cashier ignored me and continued to checkout the line jumper. We exited the store without making our purchase.Ill not be returning to thisstore since this happened in front of the manager who didnt intervene.
