1. We waited for 45 minutes to be seen.2. It took us about 3 hrs to transfer our service to ATT and when we left 2/3 phones were not usable.4. It took 3-4 hrs over 2 days to get the other 2 phones working.5. It would have been more efficient to have someone check our phones for possible issues prior to disconnecting our previous service5. The people in the store where actually very nice. Just unable to resolve the issue and we wasted 3 hrs and had 3 children with us.6. There must be an easier/quicker way to transfer service.

Eli was helpful. He checked with management when he had question. Conscientious and aware of our request. My issue is with the wireless system in building. I can’t update and switch phones if I am waiting for all your protocols as well as a limited network bandwidth.

Been there multiple times. Would have given 5 stars but the salesperson that helped us last time was very condensing when he spoke. Talked to me like I was in kindergarten, when there is a very good chance I know more about mobile devices than he does. I understand that some people need to be given more details and help, but the condescending tone was the problem.

Actual worst sales experience Ive ever been a part of. Roger put the least amount of effort to make the sale. Didnt even introduce himself or ask for our names. We just purchased the new Note 20 Ultra and he knew nothing about it. The time I looked it up on my phone I knew more than him. Unless At&t is slacking in new product training or he doesnt care to learn. Every other employee there I heard them being interactive and informative with their customers. It was just an awkward silence over here. PLUS he just tried to sneak in an extra $15 mobile insurance onto the upgraded phone. Its not mandatory to get insurance on upgraded phones and it wasnt talked about or explained. I know times are tough and everyones looking to make money, but be a good salesman than a shady one.

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had the pleasure of having Jacob as my salesman. He took his time to explain my choices and the which phone suited my needs. I would highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone. They were compliant with all of the Covid-19 practices in place.

This is my favorite AT&T store to frequent for all of my wireless needs. The entire staff is very nice, super knowledgable, and extremely helpful. They make running an errand a good experience. Always a quick visit but very pleasant.

This store has the worst service. they failed to tell me that i had 30GB of WiFi data sold a device and then completely messed up my account . got the fist statement $1300+. Went to the store 5+ times the so called Manager Jamie Crique lied each time, first it was a global issue with ATT, then it was training days... well, you get the idea. Definitely a LEMON! Called ATT mobile solved the problem in 30 minutes and cancelled the line. Filed formal complaint with corporate. This should not happen to anyone.

Extremely Rude, unprofessional staff. When I walked in the two staff members looked like they did not want to be interrupted from their private discussion. I was told to go to an ATT store to resolve a billing issue by the customer service department. Neither person would even listen to my problem.Worst customer service ever.

The customer service here is horrible! I’m having issues with my 4G and i spoke to a female employee who was no help what so ever! Had a terrible attitude and didn’t seem to have any knowledge on how to help solve this issue! She called over co-workers who wasn’t any help either. This is AT&T’s network and you work for them how don’t you know what’s the issue and how to resolve it? Didn’t even recommend me call customer service on the phone. Bad experience will never go to this store again! I’m definitely changing phone services because At&t is terrible!

Wish I could have given negative stars. Went in with an issue I was having adding a line. Store was completely dead with both employees sitting doing nothing. Guy named Luis was so rude and seemed bothered to help me. Every question I had, I received an answer with an attitude. I told him I spoke to customer service and they sent me to the store to fix my issue. He made a face and goes “why would they do that? They never do that.” Then gets on the phone and the way he was talking about me to customers service was disgusting. I explained to him I only had my passport as an ID since I recently lost my wallet and don’t know if that would work. He never comfirmed. He proceeded to tell customer service that I had no valid ID just a passport. He hangs up and tells me that he can’t help me. He could have told me that from the beginning instead of wasting time.Very bothered that I cut into his precious time. Not only that, he was chewing gum while he was “helping” me. Never again am I going to this Att location. I felt so mistreated that I am considering switching carriers.

Would give zero stars if i could. First time somebody refused to sell me a sim card! I get unlocked phones but use the att service. Never had a problem with purchasing a sim card in any other stores. But this time i decided to stop at this location. A guy name Rob said he can not sell me a sim card. I walked out without arguing and explaining that every other store does. The first and last time shopping at this location!

I agree with the previous review, the manager mr Jaime Crique does not discuss bussines professionaly, he’s arrogant and provides a terrible customer service. I went to the store 4 times to finally have my problem solved by calling AT&T directly. How can AT&T hires people with no manners and proper training. My rating is a minus 5 (-5)

I just got phone thru att web, during the process of changing phones, i deleted emails from yahoo server by deleting emails from device?also had other issues....i was having a bad day until i ran into MARLIN at the att store he helped my wife and i set up our new phones and, answered all our questions .....if you visit there ask for him:)just a quick THANKS for the time and courtesy

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had at this store. Ive dealt with other salesman in the past at this location, and they were amazing. I dealt with Gerald on a simple upgrade. i was expecting it to be a quick 20-30 min transaction, but he prolonged it for 3 HOURS. he constantly badgered and asked about DirecTV. i understand they are required to sell it, but how many times must i decline before he understands THAT I DO NOT WANT IT. He was all over the place, and kept on trying to us an ATT app that would transfer data, which i didnt even want transferred. All i wanted were my contacts but he kept on pushing i do everything else. he also had no knowledge on the iPhone i was purchasing. overall very dissatisfied with this store. Surprised ATT hires such arrogant and ignorant employees
