I had a wonderful experience shopping for a car and test driving. Tesla = future they have an amazing product far superior then anything else on the road. The cars drive amazing and look great also. The team members were very patient and helpful thanks again.

Terrible customer service. My husband came to the “showroom” to inquire about the Model Y and we’re told they could not discuss any pricing. We were told that they did not have a sales license and could not discuss pricing or any details. I’m not sure if they information is correct but we did not receive any information on the car and simple felt rush out of the store. This later followed by them lowering the gates right over our heads. The fact that three lazy sales person were sitting there with no customer service was appalling. I will never step foot in there again. Worse experience and felt discriminated against and rushed out the store. Advice to anyone don’t bother going into this location they will not be able to assist you because “they don’t have a sales license”.

Nice Tesla showroom on the upper level. It displays three models of the innovative vehicle. Salesrep Adam was knowledgeable and gave me a nice rundown of the various features as well as a thorough explanation of the sophisticated large screen navigation and controls display.Beautiful vehicle. My only negative was that it sits low, so I felt it was a bit awkward getting into.

If you want to see the full line of teslas, from the high end model S and model X to the new model 3 without feeling pressure to take a test drive, this is the place.They have a nice open space with all 3 cars on display where you can sit behind the drivers seat, look at all the features, pop the trunk (but you wont see the engine because its an electric motor coupled to the wheels!)The staff is helpful and will send you literature, and you can also learn about the solar panels they can hook up to your home to give it solar power (their sister business).

Horrible customer service, I’ve waited 2 hours for them to open and for them to tell me that they don’t sell cars there anymore and to visit a different location which is 40 miles away.

The Tesla experience! The salesman was a tech master, which is important when imparting information about these cars. I sat in the drivers seat of the model 3 and it was amazing. I also experienced the X model, that was scintillating. All while the salesman is providing step by step guide which added to the experience.

When. I bought my Tesla X I got the best service 3 weeks agoI had a issue with the cars LTE wifi and key for the door.I called Tesla and they told me the car needs to update as its still new.After the first week the dealer forgot about me as their is a 1 week return policy.I called tesla for service and they told me their is a issue and needs to be repaired the car is sitting at the dealer 2 weeks and basically they dont have parts.So Im out of my pocket with 100k brand new tesla x 2020 what I cant driveThey are defrauding customers without giving any service

A friendly welcoming staff with s clean store. Sales associate are no pressure friendly and able to answer any questions you have about the cars or charging. You can schedule a test drive before you go and they will allow you to drive whenever vehicle you want. I recommend doing in and experiencing the Tesla way

Really helpful staff at this location with touchable examples of interior options. If anything, the staff was a little too attentive; I would have preferred a little more space to just look at the cars, but I didnt feel like they were judging me or rushing me out. Be aware that they do not have printed materials, but they will happily email you an info packet on the vehicle of your choice.

Cool cars. I was walking past and salesman kinda drags you in if you look for a second. Kinda pushy with getting your email and wanting you to test drive a car. I get it, its their job to do that and all.

The Service was Appreciated the Saleman was knowledgeable but I was put off by there not being an option to test drive on the spot or explore pricing.

This is a really cool display store. Tesla is an amazing brand and they are constantly innovating, and have the newest, coolest features that no other cars have.

We felt ignored at this location. Sales team wasnt able to answer on all questions and was like: check all info online. after we asked for weekend test drive, we were assured its possible, so it was scheduled. later I received phone call stating it must be during the week and regular business hours that is very not convenient. Definitely expected much better service from Tesla and really felt like they are not interested in new clients.

Fun staff. Not pushy at all. Will never try to close a deal on you. They now have a model x in the store.

Look,I cant afford the current models. Although with the savings in fuel, it would pay for itself. But the salespeople are so nice when we stop in to look at the beautiful machines that we will buy when we can. Experience the future right now!

Just a couple of salespeople here. This showroom is mostly for the curious mall shoppers. If youre serious about getting a Tesla then dont waste your time here.

Today I heard on the news Consumer Report took the perfect score it gave the Model S due to many owners complains for various failures and as a result, Tesla lost 10% of its stock value.As a Model S Owner (nothing fancy, 85 Kw, rear drive, no auto pilot) I strongly disagreed with the news feed and felt the need to share my experience with any prospective Tesla buyer. Over a year of ownership and 14k miles driven, I LOVE this car. Its like driving a stealth space ship. It made my commute a pleasure. It is so quiet, power on demand at any speed, with no hick up, no delays, and the sound of the wheels rolling on the highway and the HiFi sound system is all I hear. Who would have thought that after more than a year of ownership I would still be so excited over this car.Now lets talk reliability; throughout my ownership, only once the car failed (the inverter that charges the 12V battery from the main 85Kw fried). It was Friday eve and I was leaving my office on my way home and the car wont drive. After a call to Tesla 800, I was Ubered at their expense to the service center where the team waited for me (after hour) to give me a loaner Tesla. My car was towed to the shop at their expense and I suffered an hour delay. On my end, it was a small price to pay for driving this incredible car. I had some squeaking noise, and they pin pointed it and eliminated the noise. I have to add, Tesla shop bend over backward for their customers. They deal with any complain with the utmost concern. I hit an object in the tunnel that was dragging under my car, and as courtesy, they replaced a component in the front end free. Did I mention they are picking my car from my place of work, dropping a loaner car and returning it when they are done with zero interruption to my daily schedule? Did I mention they asked me if I will allow their tech to drive my car (which I do) and if no, they will send a trailer to pick my car. Do you know of any other brand that extend this level of service? Mercedes? Audi? Hell no!!!Lastly, I am working on cars since I was a 12 years old (not a joke), and I am running a trucking business, thus I am well versed in the mechanics of automobiles. Teslas technology is mind boggling. I appreciate so much about the tech, research, and attention that this car got, I am sold. My next car for as long as I can afford it would be a Tesla.On a side note, the car is a head turner, all my family members/colleagues/passengers LOVE it. If you fancy it, Dont hesitate, get it, I did and Im a happy camper :)
