Shah isnt your typical salesman. He was very transparent, caring, and worked hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. He also used his own internal relationships to make sure the paperwork and process was as efficient as possible. He helped me set everything up on my phone, and gave me all the assurance I needed to know I was getting the best deal there was for the exact car, model, and features I had my heart set on. I felt very cared for, supported, and trusting during the entire process. I appreciate how open Shah was and how it felt like a partnership instead of a sales experience. Once my lease is up, Ill definitely be returning to Shah! Thank you!

I’m happy to report that I had an Excellent experience at this dealership! I found a used SUV I wanted online, made an appointment to see it, drove it and bought it. Easy! Joe S in Sales gave us OUTSTANDING service! And he ensured the car was examined closely before we picked it up. Don in Finance was also great! He was able to get a better financing deal then I found myself. VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and will DEFINITELY be recommending these guys!

I have been more than reasonable with trying to communication with them to quote and schedule my service, but they would rather snap back at me than do their actual jobs. I purchased a Town & country in May from another dealer & in September I had a over heating problem bring it here to get fix approximately 5 days later they called me to pick it up said it was ready paid over $3000 dollars and when I was driving it home the day I picked it up it was still doing the same exact thing I called Mary my advisor and she said it had to go through a couple hot/dry cycles whatever that means but here where are two moths later mad my car has not stop over heating and they are giving me a hard time to correct the error I paid for a Service that was not rendered to me, now they are saying further work needs to be done but I’m not understanding how that was not noticed the first time I brung my car here bad experience do not come here ever!!!!

There was not too much push /selling from the sales person, which I appreciate a lot. Requires scheduling an appointment in advance. Good follow up from the dealership. Happy with what we got.

I was calling multiple Jeep Sites and this site was able to squeeze me in that morning. The staff was friendly, they listened to my concerns and told me that I will get the Jeep back by Monday. Rob had explained the issues, which is what I suspected and agreed to the maintenance job to get done. I was able to get the Jeep early morning and again the staff was friendly when I arrived. I am very pleased with the job that was done to my Jeep and will continue to go to them again.

I was extremely disappointed by todays visit to the service department for a warranty repair. I came in for what I thought was a bad water pump which turned out to correct, and the item was replaced under warranty. All fine with that portion. However, the upselling by the service team member was disgraceful. We talked about doing the oil change (which was due), my fog lamp which wasnt working and needed a new bulb which is a quick fix, as well as the cabin filter and air filter as those are part of the 60k mile service (car has 59600 miles on it). Remember, I was only there for the oil change, light bulb and warranty work. The service person wanted to do the coolant flush and transmission flush at a cost of around $700 on top of the service items I was there for, for a total around $1000. I bought this car 10 months ago as Certified Pre-Owned, at which point the car had gone through a 125 point inspection. To say it needs a coolant flush and transmission flush already is a joke. Those items were checked and addressed for them to even register the car as CPO and sell it as such. I said no to the additional items so it was just the warranty job, the oil change and filter changes.After waiting around an hour, I was called to the desk again by the service person and told that the differential service is recommended at a cost of $329 per differential, so around $660. Again, the car was a CPO purchase less than a year ago. Items addressed as part of that huge pre-sale inspection to be certified as a CPO car. Again, a disgraceful attempt at upselling. I turned it down and asked for them to just do the work I wanted to have done plus of course the warranty repair.Another hour passed (spent 3.5 hours there in total) and the car was done. I got the paperwork to sign, and instead of the filters being listed as items done besides the water pump replacement, instead the work order lists Emissions systems service, power flush injectors, clean throttle plates, vapor flush oxygen sensors and catalytic converter. $200 for that. It also lists Cleaner-Fuel System for $92.57. Yes, those are items I didnt come in for. No mention of cabin filter, fog lamp bulb or engine intake air filter.At this point Im so annoyed I cant wait to leave so I pay the invoice and get my keys and leave. After getting home, I checked the oil (all good and clean), the air filter (super dirty and not changed of course) and you guessed it, the fog lamp was not changed either. (see pics)How do you accept this sort of service level? Are you upselling and BSing your customers on a regular basis? Im guessing yes. Im calling Stellantis CS in the coming days to voice this complaint there as well as sharing this experience any any place I can find online. I bought the car here last year and it was like pulling teeth. For example, they wont let you go home and think about it when youre talking about a deal with them. If you dont buy it then and there, they cant hold the car for you, even with a deposit. Real Wild West sales tactics. But thats another story.Im never coming back here. Maybe Salerno in Summit or god forbid Autoland on RT 22 will do a better job. Having a warranty should make your service experience stress-free and it was anything but.The service department does nice work, so Im not worried about the repair they did, but I am very upset with the upselling and absolute lies being told by the service advisor in this case.

The experience was not good I basically got robbed. I went in for a 12k oil change and tire rotation and the service advisor starts telling me that I need all these service. I have a 2021 TRX Ram why in the world would I need a wheel alignment on a car that is drive from home to work and sits all day. For those who do not know about the TRX it is for extreme off roading. When I ask for print out the advisor tells me that the machine acts up and does not do print out and that the mechanic drove it and it rides straight why would a mechanic who performed a computerized alignment need to drive it to test it. Was charge $800. Also I get coupons for the expensive oil change that gives you up 11 quarts of oil and they always say it is not for my car. But when I left that dealer that day went to another dealer to verify coupon they took it with out a problem. The old service crew were gems the new crew will steer you wrong for a crew to offer something that is not needed just lets you know that they do not know cars they are doing what Paramus dodge tells the to do. Also I called corporate and they told me it was not in their practice to force service that are not need and they are sorry and I should go to another dealer that does not have does type of practices. I am happy that at least corporate acknowledge what they did to me was wrong.Sept. 7, 2021I received a reply from the service manager and tried to call but I forgot it was a holiday I will keep everyone posted on the outcome.SEPT 16, 2021I spoke to service manager and Alex also called me and he was very understanding. He said he would help me out on my next visit. I was at the point of not going back there any more but after speaking with Alex I am going to them another shot. If all goes well after my next visit I will be taking this post down and putting up the renew experience I hope I get. Will keep you guys posted.

First off I have never been before for any service off the back the staff here where very welcoming and friendly I got my car serviced. Also the waiting area is really nice good seats TV vending machines and coffee machine clean bathrooms as well very good experience here should definitely come back for future car service needs. Went into the parts department to get a quote on a dodge Durango 2014 spare Fob key. They quoted me $283 for the Fob and key. Then they wanted $200 to program the Fob. What a rip-off. I called 6 other dodge dealerships in the north jersey and Manhattan area. The average price of the Fob and key from the surrounding dealers was $228, while the average price for programming it was $135. This is considerably lower than what these greedy tools wanted to charge me. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Service center overcharge and poor costumer service. I came here to fix spark plug and fuel injector repair and paid over $3000 for my 2010 mini-van, more than double of fair repair cost. My service rep of Mary Fernandez is rude and not helpful, does not meet standard as a service rep. Be aware, this service center overcharge and try to scam you to fix unnecessary repair. I used to come here because of good service Rep of Ralph, but he is no longer there and because of my recent terrible experience, I will not come here anymore. I will try to fix everything at my local repair shop and if necessary, I will try Ramsey Chrysler-Dodge location which has better review.

Not treated well at Paramus Jeep sales. They couldn’t care less weather or not I bought a vehicle. Will not accept deposits on used cars.Thermostat and water pump broke after a owning the vehicle for a month and a half.On the plus side service department fixed everything no cost under warranty. Hard to make an appointment with service. I should have been taken right away. The don’t care.Beware this dealership may be selling bad vehicles.

I recently went to Paramus to service my jeep wrangler and it was the worst experience ever. These people don’t know what there doing. I just needed an oil change and it took them 3hrs to get it done. That’s PATHETIC. The desk person Albert was horrible. Guy sounds like a robot with absolutely no emotion because he doesn’t care. They have “CARE” signs all over the service department yet no one cares. They charged me $300 FOR AN OIL CHANGE… I’m never going back there they suck.

Service staff could not clarify certain charges that occurred with vehicle repair. I was quoted for two different things with different prices. Lower ticketed item was what was needed for my vehicle, yet it ended up being the same price as the higher ticketed item. $1400 of labor for a computer update and a tune up? Work on vehicle was completed with no prior communication as requested and agreed upon.Insult to injury. I decided to go through with the finance program for vehicle maintenance. Promotion was three months interest free financing. Sounded great, I can pay off total amount before the end of the promotion. Wrong! There was only one month on the promotion, and now Im paying interest on top of the total amount financed!!!Lesson learned.Do yourself a favor and find another dealership service center, where the service coordinators communicate appropriately.

The service prices here are INSANE. I started off having a great experience with the service advisor, but I genuinely feel like I was taken advantage of. I came in for a routine 15K service with minimal add ons. I was there for about 2.5 hours and the cost for the parts was $470. I was handled a $1460 bill because the labor fees were $900. Basically $360 an hour to perform routine tasks on my car. Absolutely insane.

They keep my car for 3 days without the loner car. I was unable to take my children around two doctors appointments and etc... after keeping my car for days, they came up with every single thing they could to increase the prices. Even though its called the service department, were just walking in the door and just for them to hooking up the car to a diagnostic machine to find out the problem, costed $300. If I can give no stars, thats what I would have given. They are in the business of taking advantage of people, especially women! Even after keeping my car for 3 days they still wasnt ready to release my car!!! The most horrible experience that I have ever experienced from a mechanic shop!!! 😔Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

I did not have the best experience with this locations service department. I paid in advance for three oil changes with another dealership. These oil changes were accepted throughout all of the Jeep dealerships in the country. Once I made the representative aware that I had paid in advance, he continued to offer me more services beyond what I came for, I then respectfully declined. Once I got my car back from the oil change services, I noticed oil leaking from my car. I called the dealership to explain what happened being that they just changed my oil. I was passed around to several representatives until one said that they would have to diagnose the car first because anything could have happened even went on to say an animal could have went under my car to cause this leak. After speaking with them I was uncomfortable with bringing my car there again. I took it to a nearby trusted auto repair place who then informed me that is was leaking because the dealership service department did not place my drain plug on properly. If i were to hit a bump on the highly the drain plug would have fell out and my car would have leaked oil throughout the highway which would have been a major safety hazard. I am upset and contacted the dealership. I was told someone would reach back out and it has been over a week. No one has contacted me. I would not recommend this service location to anyone.

Bought a used Corvette at a reasonable price but the salesman (Kenneth) said the was being sold as is with no warranty. I was in shock that a $72000 car was being sold with not even a 30 day parts and labor warranty. After much trepidation I still accepted the car only to find out from the finance clerk that the car did in fact have a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. She told me that every car they sell comes with that warranty at bare minimum. Clearly the salesman needed to be educated about what is offered from the dealership with their used vehicles. After learning that I was at ease and was happy with my purchase but the salesman did almost blow a big sale for the dealership.Update:. 2+ months and still no title or tags for my car. You would think a simple cash transaction wouldnt be this difficult. Ive contacted them several times with resolution.

I have had the worst experience this past week with Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus AND Chrysler Corporate. On November 2nd my wife bought a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. 3 weeks later, with 329 miles on it, it broke down on the Garden State Parkway, and the engine blew putting my wife in a very dangerous situation. It took 3 hours to get the Jeep off the highway and back to Jeep of Paramus. They informed us the engine needs to be replaced, the battery was dead and the starter was shot. What else could be wrong with this car?? We have not received a loaner car and have no idea when our situation will be resolved as we are receiving extremely poor customer service. We are long standing loyal Jeep customers and are extremely disappointed by the unprofessional disrespect we have received. Anyone have any suggestions??

Jeep leasing is regularly scheduled. we did an oil change visit, we got 30,000 miles. I arrived at the agreed time, they changed the oil and a few more things that I did not ask for and said that I had to pay $ 800 and then they said that from 25,000 miles they charge more that it was a special service .. they did not even replace the ac filter ... I will not come back

AVOID their service department at all costs. Spend the extra 30 mins to travel somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. Dont assume these 1-star reviews are from a small batch of customers. Most of these 5-star reviews are either bots or solicited. If you visit their Yelp page youll see the real reviews that dont appear on the google search engine.Like everyone else that left a negative review. I foolishly visited this service department for 30k service and ended up with a near $3000 bill for non-warranty maintenance items! The upselling and the dishonest estimates are rampant at this dealership.TLDR: Dont visit this dealership or service center.

To say that this experience was painless would be an utter lie. After spending 3+ hours negotiating price it seemed every time the salesman came back to the desk there was another number we had to meet. Even after coming to a number, we had to come up three more times to try to close the deal. We asked from the jump to have the credit run in the beginning, so that there would be no surprises. It wasn’t till two hours in that was actually completed. And at that point there was additional request after additional request added to the list of reasons why the deal couldn’t be closed.Rich, the salesman, did not want the deal to go through. That was made clear - he even admitted enjoying watching the deal fall through. He said that to a pregnant woman, again who spent 3+ hours waiting to find out that they could not honor the deal we came to. He claimed to be the best salesman there - but one thing is most clear - without Joe he wouldn’t sell a damn car. Joe is the most under appreciated salesman in that dealership.If you are looking to work with someone who wants to get the deal done, talk to Joe. But please do yourself a favor and save yourselves hours of back and forth; quite frankly hours of being hassled around by working with Rich.

I brought my beautiful 2018 wrangler unlimited Sahara from the best salesman from Chrysler Dodge Jeep named Tom P.He was very determined to help me find a car that I would love and fit my budget. He allowed me to test drive my blue Wrangler and tryout the features. It took 2 days and about 10 hours but we did it! I was so happy! Especially that we were able to work out a deal with my old lease.Looking forward to working with him in 36 months. Seemingly borderline (A) fraudulent assessment of required repairs, (B) inflated prices, (C) below average service...(A) This location diagnosed my vehicle with several issues, however a 2nd opinion from an independent garage revealed these assessments as either completely unnecessary or way overpriced. I.e. struts need replacement at < 30k miles, replacement of transmission lines that were found to be completely fine.Also paid $800+ to fix AC for it to fail again 6 months later. Supposedly, it was a complicated system and only they could look at it, but that evidently was not the case.(B) ~$200+/hour for labor after tax, ~+40% mark up on parts, diagnostics fees for a test drive/looking at struts? Seemed to attempt to take advantage of those with less knowledge on accurate price estimations. Also expect a coupon or an offer to try to help you out at check out, but I presume these are just methods to make you feel like you didnt just get price gouged.(C) Not as big as an issue as (A) and (B) but kept my car overnight then gave me a call at 7:30 AM saying my car was ready for pick up. Wouldve appreciated having my car for the night if it was available. Alex seems like an OK guy, would recommend working with him if you unfortunately find yourself at this location.Definitely some shady practices going on. Would seek either another certified location or an independent garage if your issue isnt too nuanced.

Came here for new tires and my service rep Michael was helpful in negotiating down the price of the tires - due to being quoted a much lower price over the phone. Beyond that - I was happy with what I thought would be the final total, but was charged a misc. fee. In addition, my rims were covered in grime and dust from the swap - nothing they couldn’t just wipe down. Overall, very poor experience - would not come here for tires again.Update: Issue was resolved with the service manager. Happy to get my car serviced here again.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. They explain everything in full detail, no hidden surprises at the end. The staff is not pushing other work to be performed they only suggest. The dealership is well maintained, clean and they follow all covid protocol. I was very comfortable and the wait time was not long. I live in The Bronx and even though it took me about half hour to get here it was well worth it because of the service that I received. My vehicle was treated with care and consideration. Walked into the dealer with a sticker price that was shown on cargurus and the dealers site. Tried working a deal with Gerry Speziale, needed time to think on the deal to verify I could handle the new payment. Upon leaving the dealer I recieved an email with a recap of my visit, showing the sticker price as well. I decided to go further with deal a few days later, went back to the dealer and needed to sign paperwork. To my surprise the the sticker price on the paper work had increased $3,000. When I questioned the increase, I was told that the increased price was always the price thatwe talked numbers with. I was un aware of the whole increased price. It was never mentioned to me that the sticker price i saw to get into the door was never the real price. I showed proof to Gerry, who quickly dismissedme, I asked to speak to the manager and spoke to Milton Rodriguez. He was very blunt and unwilling to work with me how they messed up the pricing. Very disappointed with the dealer, and how they handled the whole situation. Becareful with what your sigining, im glad I caught the increase in price before it was to long.

This was a 6 hour fix and the whole dashboard had to be taken out to accomplish it. Tony was straightforward, honest and made me feel like a valued customer. The service was done incredibly well and the place was run like a well oiled machine. The service center is clean and very well run. Positive experience during the purchase process. Afterwards, not so much.Within 2 months, three of the side panels need replacement. One flew off on the highway. These supposedly went through the 125 pt. certification/Inspection prior to purchase.Unfortunately, theres no chivalry here and becomes the buyers problem the second you drive it off the lot. Its not covered under a pricey extended warranty or the two other warranties included in the purchase. You can also expect to be bounced around through a sales/service accountability blame game as to who should help.I was quoted $850 for repair. They wanted to help me out so would pay for labor out of their budget and reduce the cost to $350 since it wasnt my fault. Furthermore I was told the parts would not be priced lower anywhere else.However a 2nd opinion from another Jeep dealership revealed parts at 25% less and service at 90% less. Ultimately any other option is still cheaper after the supposed hook up on the cost.You may feel valued when youre giving them your hard earned money, but quite the opposite thereafter. Id recommend buying elsewhere.

Terrible experience from the moment I walked in till the very SHORT end. I actually worked as a salesperson for Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was incredibly let down. Our sales rep was uninterested to say the least. He was nonchalant and his remarks were blatantly rude. If you’re looking to buy a Jeep take an extra 15 mins and drive to Teterboro where they actually know how to treat customers. Thank me later!

Worst Dealership. emailing back and forth with their Internet sales coordinator (Ricardo Ramirez) to make sure that the 2018 Sahara that I was interested on purchasing is still available before I drive for an hour, he confirmed that the car is still there and gave me and an appointment for 1:30pm, once I got to the dealership I was greeted by another sales person and told me that vehicle has been sold few days ago and they ask me if I will be interested on leasing or purchasing another vehicle. I am a customer for the last three years. I am currently traveling overseas and noticed that my car registration was ending. I tried for several days to contact the DMV to see how I could renew my registration online but was not able to as I didn’t have the registration form. I called CDJ of Paramus hoping that they may be able to assist. After several calls where I was transferred from one person to the next with no solution I finally reached - Marilyn from customer care. I spoke with her for 5 minutes and explained my situation. She was so friendly and exceptionally professional. Marilyn told me that she would look into it and get back to me ASAP. I hung up feeling that it was a long shot and I was after several days of calls and digging online feeling pretty frustrated.A few minutes later I receive an email from Marilyn telling me that she will be able to help me and that I should email my details. Within literally 20 minutes following my email Marilyn called me and said that all was done and sent me a copy of my registration.The whole experience was just absolutely wonderful and Marilyn was just amazing!!!I have nothing more to add, just feeling really pleased right now.

I would go to length to call it one of the worst shopping experiences I ever had. Little bit of background, I called the dealership sales folks asking if there is a Durango RT 2021 which I can test drive and get pricing specifics. The enthusiastic gentleman over the phone said yes, it is available on the lot to test drive and I hope you can drive it back home. We drove all the way 45 minutes from Jersey City. Once we get there, Mariam Hanna was assigned to help us. To our surprise, there is no car to test drive. Disappointed and when we were leaving, someone said there is a demo car 10 mins away which we can test drive. We wait for half hour, then Mariam says she will take us to the nearby showroom (10 mins away as per her), and I can test drive the car back to your dealership. We got on, it took 40 minutes to get there.We wait another 20 minutes there for the car. Finally test drove the car back to your dealership. Then we sit with Mariam for pricing specifics. She did not look in any kind of mood in selling the car to us. I asked for 76 month finance options, she did not give that to us and in general, We did not see any kind of enthusiasm or interest in the customer needs. She kept stepping out for every question/request we had regarding the car. So much time for your potential customer is wasted. My sister and her boyfriend visiting from Midwest had to go through this whole ordeal along with my wife. Our day was wasted for nothing. We just left scared that if we ask any extra questions, we will have to wait for another hour. I hope you take my feedback with a grain of salt and I am sorry if this sounds harsh. But, this was my experience. Hope this helps in correcting the situation at your dealership.

My current lease is about to end and I was thinking about heading over to RT 4 Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. Just recently one of my friends had a HORRIFIC experience at this dealership where they absolutely took advantage of their situation to ultimately make money off them. Completely unprofessional, ripped off, was given no warning, and was given no choice other than to pay for something that was not asked for initially. I will DEFINITELY not be coming here in the near future and everyone else should consider going elsewhere if looking for a new/used car or simple maintenance, they WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Worst dealership in NJ. Be very careful with this business, they take your deposit and if you don’t buy from them they don’t give you your money back. I have been waiting since January 8 for them to return $1,000, they keep telling me lies about and they don’t do anything about it. I’m going to have to take this matter to court to get my money back probably, everyone please be very careful with them. I’ll post a comments on them until I get my money, I already bought the same truck in Route 46 Jeep for a better price and one year new.
