Update - In the end you came through with the deal and I appreciate that. Ive changed my rating to match the overall experience.The classic bate and switch. I made a deal and put a deposit down and they would not honor that deal. They changed the deal 1 time saying that the color I was getting cost more.... I agreed. Then went to pickup the car and they said the bank changed the terms. This is not an honorable dealership. Be aware.....

I went to seek a vehicle at this company very nice place. The Honda car store smells good and comfortable seating. The sales representative Ms. Maria made me feel so comfortable took her time and explained the process with patience of honesty. I appreciate her blessing to her always ❤. Buyer beware!If you want to buy a car that leaks in a rain, go ahead! Brand new Honda Pilot from 2020 just been sitting in a driveway had a water all over inside and they found NOTHING wrong with a car. I’ve never seen any cars that leaks in a rain in my life!Spoke to the service manager and she accused us of living in a flooding zone. Really? With over a week with no loaner, they found nothing. Tried to suggest her with some info from Honda forum on the internet, she refused to do anything for us. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Told us she’s not a manufacturer.We paid top dollar for Elite with extra warrantee. My sister in law just bought exact same car because my husband was showing off the car to her. Now we just hope that it won’t happen to hers.***updated review. The real service manager called my husband today and was very concerned. He spent time listening to our problems after looking at the pictures. Then he promised to look behind the panel and underneath the carpet to make sure there’s no damage. Got a call back and promised there’s no damage to wires and will clean the carpet for us. Happy with his help and appreciate him fixing the problem. I guess the lady we spoke to yesterday was just an assistant. This place could use someone more like him, I think it’s Mike, who cared about customers.

I basically came to see a used honda civic for cheap 5k price, they let me test drive it and then when we went inside to talk about purchasing they came back and said the car was already sold! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We purchased a 2013 BMW from DCH and while driving it home we noticed a rattling sound and it wasn’t handling bumps well. I Immediately called them the next morning and they said to bring it in. They said it needed struts and it would be $1,800 and we had to pay to have it fixed!!!!! They never disclosed there were any issues with the car and when I asked about the 30 day warranty or the extra warranty we purchased they said this work didn’t fall under the items that were covered. So we had the car less than 24 hours and they basically said not their problem it’s a used car!!!!!We then took it to an auto body shop to have it looked at fully and guess what $4,000 worth of repairs! Needed struts, breaks, shocks, new windshield wipers and several other things! In addition to all of this they made us wait 1-2 hours to sign paperwork WITH AN APPOINTMENT because they couldn’t complete it the night before even after being there for 5+ hours!Our sales guy was nice and was also patient but the rest of the process was HORRIBLE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Financed a Honda CR-V 2016 2 years ago . Price was suppose to be $19,000 . I knew it would go up a few thousand with fees and stuff, I thought maybe $2-3,000 additional . After I signed the paperwork was when I found out the price had gone to $26,000 !!! It’s my fault for not demanding to see the total price beforehand, I just went by the salesman word he said it won’t go up that much . I highly recommend that you see the total price on paper before signing anything! I put $8000 down and would’ve only had a year left of payments by now if I didn’t get scammed! Thanks to my mistake, I have 3.5 years left which sucks ! Never again !!

They all seem nice at first, but they usually always try to pull little schemes. For example, they will refuse to quote a hard price over the phone and demand that you come into the dealership. They do this because they know that if you take the time to come into the dealership, its less likely youll want to go elsewhere due to the hassle. So, they can not only close the sale with you but also they can jack up the price. This is a common sales tactic but Paul quoted a final price to me over the phone.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGEHe knows his stuff. He told me why one years model was quieter than the other. Which engine had trouble and which didnt. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge.CHEAPEST PRICEEven though he was completely honest, he had the cheapest price out of the 7 dealerships I contacted. He mentioned that hes rather work on volume by having a reputation of having the cheapest price. And, I guess it works because it did with me!Keep this guys number so that whenever you need a Honda, you know who to call.

While the initial purchase experience went fine, they dropped the ball with plates and registration. Purchased the vehicle on 8/9 and today on 10/19, I finally called them to ask if there was any news on my plates and registration. They told me the plates were there and their excuse for not calling me was that the salesman no longer worked there. Really? So no one else could do it? Worse still, when I picked up the plates, the bag had 9/29 written on it. My plates and registration sat there for almost three weeks with not one phone call. How much longer would they have sat there if I hadnt called THEM!? Really bad customer service. Again, had a pleasant purchase experience, but was very disappointed on their poor follow up. Not sure I would purchase from them again.

We left with a beautiful van, despite my husbands hesitations lol (thanks Hamad), and an overall amazing experience.

After reaching out to them via their chat on their website, being specific about my car leasing needs and requests. I received a generic marketing email from them which states that they will deliver the vehicle to my home or work. I thought that was great, since Im being cautious right now with the pandemic and do not want to visit multiple dealerships.So, I replied to the email explaining that I would like to communicate via email and again with specifics for the lease I am shopping for. I was told Lisa was going to get back to me.I waited over 24 hrs for a response and never received one, so I reached out again checking in. Only then does she reply telling me that I have to come into the dealership for a price. Listen, if thats your current policy, fine, but dont waste my time giving me a run around when I had been very specific about looking to not communicate in person via your website chat and then again via email. Also do not send out marketing emails that say you deliver vehicles to your clients implying one does not have to visit your dealerships to purchase when clearly that is not the case. Be transparent with your customers.Edit:In response to your generic reply, no I will not be wasting anymore of my time contacting you, especially at the general dealership number you left in your reply. I will make my purchase elsewhere.

When inventory returns to normal levels and youre in the market for a car, dont forget the dealers that tried to pull as much cash out of your wallet with mark-ups. DCH Paramus Honda was charging a $2000 dealer mark-up on a new Accord. They had more than 80 in stock.To the person at DCH Paramus Honda reading these review, no need to copy and paste the same generic response to negative reviews: sorry, didnt meet our 5-star high standards, please call xxx so we can speak with you. Will not be calling you, so dont pretend as if customer service and loyalty is a priority at your dealership.

Just left the dealership an hour ago and to say the least this dealership gave me the worst vibe and that says a lot being loyal to Honda for over a decade. First things first. All dealerships are low on cars because of chip shortages and don’t have vehicles to sell. What kind of deals does this dealership have to offer its loyal customers? A 6000$ mark up on the price of the truck because “availability”. Attached I have shown their picture directly from the website with the MSRP of the truck (Ridgeline) precisely crossed out in red and on the bottom it says they’ll have a great deal for you…lol. Upon arrival we were trading our vehicle in and according to KBB the value was 14,400. They offered 11,000 initially and like I said a $47,000 truck that on their website they show $41k. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the dealership needs to make its money too, but you’re making money on my car, and you’re charging your loyal customer 7k more on a truck? What a joke. I came with the intention of doing business, with a number that was doable, with my math correct. Thankfully I found a location that only raised the price 2500$ and not 7,000$.Don’t waste your time going to this location. They’ll have their super scary sales guy named CJ come out and try to intimidate you into purchasing a $40,000 for almost $48,000 with a 5% interest rate, belittle you and your trade in value, raise his voice at you and hope you budge. I’ll take my business to another dealership. Buyer beware!PS: Morehead Honda doesn’t mark up prices for their loyal customers. He listened to what I was looking for, was not pushy in the slightest, and took a ton of time both during the test drive and after I signed all the paperwork showing me all the features in the car. If I could rate zero stars I would. I had a recall on an airbag, and the entire experience from setting up the repair to follow up questions was terrible. No answers, no responses, terrible customer service. Do not under any circumstance come here for a car. While the people who work here were helpful, the phone service that contacts you after a repair is not being properly monitored. I asked questions over a 5 day period that went unanswered regarding my recall repair. That is not acceptableIn response to the below request for a call. The time to talk was 5 days ago when I replied to a follow up text from your office. This entire experience was embarrassingly bad for a recall fix.

I bought a used 2012 Nissan Rogue in 2020 from Chong. When I discovered that the horn didn’t work, they had it repaired for me without hesitation and didn’t make me pay. Great customer service! Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

People who arent techs should not diagnose issues. Told me the reason the inside door panel detached was because of a small corner dent on the outside of the car.Not sure why the guy thought I was going to believe that.When I returned and got the paperwork it was discovered the pieces used to assemble the car doors were outdated and defective. So much for his corner dent theory...

Sales man: Ray was friendly at first but as soon as I mentioned I wanted the hybrid CR-V he questioned why do I want it? It my choice so why be questioned plus I never mentioned I wanted to trade it in for another Honda which he surprised me with. We bought a used Honda Civic for our daughter this past July at DCH Paramus Honda from salesman Harold M. Since we live in NY and bought the car in NJ we were told it would take awhile to get the plates, registration and inspection sticker. Additionally, we were told if we got any tickets during the waiting period DCH Paramus Honda would take care of the payment. Unfortunately, we got a ticket for $100 for the inspection. We advised Harold/DCH Paramus Honda via phone and sent several emails asking to cover the ticket - - no response. Very disappointed .

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Each time I have brought my 2017 Honda Accord in for service, iris gotten worse and worse. This time I drove in to the podium and waited 5 minutes for some to acknowledge me. No one did, so I walked inside where there are 6 or 7 service people at their desk, some on phones others talking to co -workers… again no acknowledgement! Waited and even walked up and down the line of desks, still nothing. So I told the manager to take me out of the database that I will be going to another Honda dealer and spend my hard earned money. Dealership prices are way to high to begin with But I go for their knowledge and customer service which this dealership lacks. Take my advice and find another Honda dealership

Hamad was very helpful, was able to find me the perfect car and actually worked with me to get to a place where I was comfortable. It was a great experience especially after I was only given the option to buy out my previous lease from Ford which I really didn’t want to do. He also took the time to go through all the features of the car not only on the day I test drove it but also the day that I picked it up. It was a really great experience and cannot recommend Hamad and DCH Paramus enough!

We have been using DCH Paramus Honda for several years. We werent too impressed with the sales department. The service department was good but last two times we didnt have good experience (went in for oil change and was recommended for the unnecessary pricey services so I stopped going there for oil changes). We were very close to trying a different Honda dealer or even change to Mazda or Subaru, but read some reviews on David Kim and decided to reach out to him. He was EXCELLENT!!! He was honest, kind and looking for the best for the customers. Things you do not see at car dealerships!!! We are totally pleased with his service and would go back to HIM if we want a Honda car. And we totally recommend anyone whos looking for a Honda car to go to him. Dont waste your time speaking to any other sales persons.

I went to the parts department on a Saturday morning for a small item. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Very nice staff.

I would give zero stars if possible.I researched dealerships that had the car I was interested in, and went to my local dealership, DCH Honda in Paramus, where we had previously purchased our Honda Fit. Walked their lot, they had the car.Their receptionist was wonderful. So far, so good.We waited a while to speak to a salesperson. When we finally sat down with her, she vanished with my drivers license for at least 20 minutes. When she finally returned with my license and an offer, she quoted $3000 above MSRP (the chip shortage… blah blah blah) and, without checking my credit, quoted 7.9% interest on a new car loan. I took my license back and I will NEVER go back to DCH Honda.I purchased my car later that day at another dealership at the MSRP and with 0% financing from Honda.Stopping at DCH Paramus Honda was a big time waster and I will NEVER go back, not even for service. Very insulting and frustrating experience.

My wife and I were there a few days ago to buy our first car. I had no idea about cars or how to buy one. That is why we were so nervous; we barely slept. Omer at DCH Honda helped us to find the right car for our needs and budget (which wasnt much). He showed us how to get insurance, what to do after the purchase, and how to take care of the car. He personally delivered the car the next day, serviced and cleaned like new. Honestly, I wasnt expecting this level of attention. I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot DCH Paramus. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and very transparent. My sales rep Hamad Dee, he sincerely focused on my car needs and what I could afford. Hamad is extermely knowledgeable on all the different Pilots on the lot and the buying process was outstanding.When i finally narrowed down on the Pilot, I really liked, Hamad literally took his time _NO RUSH_ whatsoever to show/explain EVERY feature my Pilot has! I drive Rt 4 everyday and I cant believe there is a week already and a huge deer that got killed by a car is still lying down there in front of the big HONDA sign. Just welcoming the customers, Really? I cant believe this. Disturbing sight for children when going to school every day.

Worst customer service I bought Honda Pilot 2020 black edition and I have a sound cracking sound I took the car to dealership 1 think they said everything is fine and the cracking sound was not fixed so I went again still did not fixed my issue and 3 time they said we have to oder part after that they can fix the part i have oder part in April of 2021 it is been 5 months they still didn’t call me so I call they in September 2021 they said your name is in the list they will call you as soon they get part. I bought the full service plan and the car is in full warranty so I told they is there a way we can get the replacement of this car if it is going to take time. I can’t even drive because of cracking sound it is too loud but they said it is not possible. It is been 5 to 6 months just to get part

Save yourself the trouble/headache and purchase your car at another Honda dealership. I had to bring my car in twice since I had it in my possession for a month now to get simple thing fixed THAT should have been looked at before selling it to the customers. My temporary license is expiring tomorrow and they still FAILED to have my new plate. Working in a selling type industry, you would think communication should be top-notch and up to par but this place falls short of that experience. REALLY disappointed with my overall experience.

Danny Jackson, sales person at DCH Paramus Honda, was great. I had an appointment on Monday to discuss maybe trading in my current car for a new 2020 Honda Civic. We discussed models and I test drove one. When I decided on the one I had my heart set on, he was able to track down the car in the color I wanted. I drove it home on Thursday! Lots of new bells & whistles and Danny went over all the features before I drove it home. I would definitely recommend Danny Jackson to help you find your perfect Honda.

The process of my cousin getting into her new 2021 Civic was smooth and that may have had something to do with my expertise in the automotive industry having working with various brands over the last 11 1/2 years. The only thing i can say which I do not hold against them is the fact that we were there for several hours due to having to locate the vehicle and detail it. Although I work for a different brand. I dont know what it is about Honda dealerships lowballing everyone trying to sell their used cars but this experience was that and then some.No disrespect towards the salesman (I believe his name was Ryan), he was a chill dude and we had some pleasant conversation about smartphones and techwear while he was taking my info down.I was selling my VERY GOOD (according to KBB) condition 2019 Honda Civic Si Coupe with only 15k miles. The marks on its condition were due to superficial cosmetic damage that was easily repairable. My KBB value for this car was $24k-$25k trade in and $27k private sale. I was just looking to get out of my loan which I owed $22k on. They offered me $18k so as I was walking out the salesman goes back and tries to negotiate a higher price.This is where it gets bad. The used car manager then comes out with a dead look in his eye and starts bashing my car left and right in an extremely condescending way. I listened to this for about 20 seconds, told him I have an offer for $25k. Have they seen the car? Not yet Okay then in the most smug annoying tone. I told them to give me my keys and walked. Guess what? I sold it for $24k the next day.Dont give this place your time or energy if youre looking to sell a used car. Look up KBB used car sellers near you and youll have a much better experience. I recommend Concours Motors in Englewood.
