We were looking for something contemporary for our bathroom and this place was good fit. Hope they add more options and ability to mix & match things. We bought vanity. Rosa helped us looking around and providing info on availability. It helped us in making decision. I would recommend to see her if you plan to visit. Also, if you plan to visit Porcelanosa, do not go to Brunswick store; horrible customer service.
The whole experience at Porcelanosa was excellent. No stress, no pressure, very professional. Our design consultant Sharon was excellent and helped us pick out a combination of tiles for our bathroom project that will look great! Such a great experience over a big box store, even the warehouse pick up was stress free! Thank you!
Beautiful product and Sharon is great but when issues start expect the worst customer service ever! Clearly the General Manager doesn’t care and sales will suffer as a result. First, my reserved tile was clearly not reserved by the warehouse. My contractor went to pick it up and there were only two tiles! That was back in April! Then, after all the delays, all my products was to be delivered courtesy of Porcelanosa the first week of September. Yes, I’ve slept in my living for months and lost the use of my master bathroom just as long. First delivery day, my contractor and I waited and waited, and no show. I called over and over again and they couldn’t find my delivery. Then they supposedly found the product late in the day and scheduled delivery for the next day. Exact same repeat! I’ve now paid my contractor to sit around for two days! For the third day, I told my contractor not to standby and I took the risk of leaving my order in an open air garage at my condominium building. I submitted the invoice for the extra expenses that I incurred to be reimbursed by Porcelanosa as requested by the customer service agent. Silence for weeks. I threatened to sue and they have their “delivery company call” with an offer to settle for a third of the cost. You’ve got to be Joking! I’ve now filed a lawsuit to get reimbursed. So let me just say, “buyer beware”.
Sharon Tan, was excellent in helping select tiles for my master bathroom floor and helped me find the perfect match for my bedroom floor - replacing the rug. Sharons follow-up was timely and suggestions for saving on shipping cost was appreciated.When I first walked in, I approached a woman salesperson, who seemed like she didnt want to be bothered and directed me to Sharon, thank God she did! I can understand the poor reviews with their customer service, because it would of been my experience, if i had not been directed to Sharon.Porcelanosa, use the feedback to retrain your the bad apples - sales people.Thats why i gave it a 4 star rating, Sharon was a 5+.
As a first time renovator with limited vision in mind, Amalia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While I cannot speak to the quality of the product yet, I am extremely grateful for the in person support and design guidance I received which one could argue offsets the premiums in price. You don’t get anything close of what you paid for . In Spring of 2018 we spent little over $60,000 in fixtures, tubs, tiles, toilets, and accessories . At three months everything started to wear out horribly . There is not much help from the sales representative, once they get your money they pretty much don’t care, lack of response . We now have to go elsewhere to replace all the poor quality vanities, toilets, tiles and fixtures . The beautiful showroom is meant to fool. The items and after sale customer service is extremely poor . I do not recommend this place, you will not get even a tenth of what you paid for . Extremely disappointed, is a rip off .
I used porcelanosa to remodel my bathroom. Their product is excellent. However, if they ever recommend Bodee Construction to do the tile work, think twice. We used Bodee to remodel our tile but ended up very disappointed with their tile work. The grout can be easily scraped off, even after multipe efforts to regrout. We ended up in litigation for a LONG time after the project for poor workmanship and property damage, which is worth THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Thank god we won the case with full judgment. That contractor even asked us to sign non-disparagement agreement to prevent us from writing reviews or speaking to government agencies etc. They didnt provide a valid warranty for their work either, which from my understanding they are required to per NJ regulation. They also mentioned about putting property lien on our property too when in dispute.Porcelanosa, please do not recommend contractors that have such business practice!Docket Number: SC-00070-20

Had a very satisfactory experience working with Yuri Kim at the Paramus location. We needed to renovate our bathroom, requiring matching some previous Porcelanosa wall tiles and new shower floor tiles. Her expertise and support continued from the sale to, delivery and ultimately when we had to return some excess tiles. She was supportive and her help made the job go well.
Beautiful showroom and unusual tiles. .. I had asked a salesperson (a woman) some questions and she was not patient .In fact, she answered me abruptly..There was a woman sitting at the desk in the middle who was more helpful.

Beautiful showroom and products however even after numerous attempts of informing two sales staff about urgency of our project, its impossible to get any updates, replies via email or phone. No one ever picks up the phone. No one ever answers. Sales staff never reply back to you on time. I love the products here but extremely disappointing to know they fail miserably with customer service. I doubt Ill recommend this store or do business here again.

When we walked into the Paramus showroom, we waited a few minutes for Sharon to finish with a customer. The wait was well worth it. Her bubbly personality, knowledge of the products and ability to link our needs with the materials/colors available was amazing. Her interior design experience/knowledge and suggestions allowed us to make our selections very easy and seamless. Our complete bathroom renovation even though small was treated by Sharon as if it was a large expensive project. She made us feel that our project was as important as any other client and said that our satisfaction was important to her. As the project progressed, we had questions and some additions that were required which she resolved quickly and professionally. She returned all phone calls and gave us quick responses to all of our concerns.We would highly recommend the Paramus location (Sharon) to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.
Product are of good quality but unfortunately their poor customer service overshadows it. We bought bathroom tiles from them for our bathroom renovation which are undoubtedly beautiful but what, we weren’t told while placing the order was that they charged 20% restocking fee when you return back excess unused material. So be carful while making your purchase because sales staff will advice you to order in excess to avoid falling short but will fail to mention restocking fee charges if you return.
This is the single worst service you would get from a tile store. I regret spending my money on such a headache. You can rest assured that you paid the right amount for your trouble
We spent top $$$$$$ for all our bathrooms including toilets, bathtubs, bath fixtures, Mirrors, sinks, tiles, floors, accessories . We are not happy with the quality of anything at all, the beautiful showroom fools the quality of their products only looks nice, but they do not last, and get worn out quickly and terribly .

First we love the product at Porcelanosa, modern while still elegant. We were also fortunate enough to work with Sharon Tan in the Paramus store. She was not only knowledgeable but she was also extremely patient and helpful with us… her support was very big part of getting us through a stress full project. I have been dealing with the Paramus location for all my tiling needs during the current renovation of my two bathrooms. I can honestly say that it has been and continues to be a pleasure. I originally dealt with Paula, a salesperson, who helped us immensely in making the best selections to meet our needs. Subsequently, since Paula left on maternity, I have been dealing with Mildre Nzioki, the store manager. She has been outstanding. She is a pleasure to work with, extremely competent and knowledgeable and, aside from being a lovely person, makes the whole experience as easy as possible.I would definitely recommend their services and products to all.
Spent $$$ on remodeling our bathrooms and we can’t get a call back to replace 1 sink that’s way too large . We have Upcoming renovations Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere.
We are going through long and pretty painful process of the renovation of our house. Not a secret, that most important and demanding part of interior design are bathrooms and the kitchen. It is very hard to make a choice, especially when you prefer high end products, which pretty expensive. During last year we purchased a lot of product at Porcelanosa store in Paramus. Any time, when we needed assistance we get good service, but best of all associates was Yuri Kim. She gave us the best service, never been tired to answer endless questions and showed ability to resolve complicated problems.Long story short - she always made everything possible to satisfied her customers.Thank you Yuri!

This place has the WORST service ever!! Avoid this place at all cost but if you have to, at least avoid Outtara Ly (sales rep). Shes arrogant and nasty and knows nothing about customer service. Once she takes your payment, you dont hear from her and she doesnt pick up the phone or returns calls or emails. She didnt even bother to notify me when my shipment came in which was already delayed. My project was put on hold because of this delay! Will NEVER EVER do business with these people again!!
If youre not the one buying there, they have a nice seating area in the front.
