Eli was extremely helpful. He fixed a bunch of issues caused by another sales person. If it wasnt for Eli I would not have returned to this store. I was charged for items I never received, nor needed. Some hardware was not even the right color. My order was quite a few thousands So I was trusting this one sales lady for such a big order through a recommendation, boy was that a mistake! Eli was polite and the most valuable employee they have there. Only because of Eli I returned! (The 5 stars is for Eli!)

After a very successful previous renovation of our downstairs bathroom, we decided to return to Eli to assist with the remodelling of our upstairs bathroom and we could not be more pleased with the outstanding customer service he has provided us. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the products and processes involved in getting these types of projects completed correctly and quickly at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Eli to anyone looking for assistance with remodeling their home.

I worked with Eli on the purchase of multiple products for our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient and easy going. Eli communicated with me throughout the process of making sure all products delivered on time for my contractor to be able to install, and when two minor issues arrived he addressed and corrected them immediately. I worked with the ladies here before then I had the opportunity of being helped by Ely. I will only ask for him from now on. He is knowledgeable, patient and super friendly and not to mention quick! He must be the boss here because we were interrupted a few times by people asking him for help. As soon as my items arrived he called me and I went to the warehouse to pick them up. I didn’t get this type of service and attention with my past few orders. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Ely! He is the only gentleman who works here.

What a great store. Beautiful displays of their products. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was just a matter of ordering it. Pleasantly surprised to be told it would be delivered the next day.

Eli is the real deal. He really went above and beyond to help select all the finishes for the two bathrooms that we are renovating. From day one when we met with him, he helped advise and helped us plan the layout of the shower fixtures. His experience really gave us sound advice. Even after purchasing, Eli was reliable and remained responsive for any follow up questions we had. I highly recommend you request Eli as he was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

I placed an order November 2020 for over $10,000. It is now mid-July 2021 and I am still missing important parts to finish my bathroom. I was supposed to have everything by December /January but that turned into February which turned into March which turned into April which turned into May which turned into June which turned into July but nothing yet. I paid for my order the day I ordered, again over $10k for 2 new bathrooms. I was super understanding until the “manager” promised she would do something for me weeks ago but never called me back because she must have more important things to do like calling back every other customer that was promised a timeline over and over again with no delivery. My beautiful bathrooms look like trash thanks to empty promises. Just be straight with customers. I am evaluating all my options now for recourse. Time is up! I want your response here and not via a phone call. I want everyone to know what happens when you place a $10k order, pay in full upfront and what you get as a result. I have been too nice and you took advantage of me. Tell everyone on Google that the above is 100% true because I don’t want some bs apology over and over and over and over and over. As an FYI - This is my only negative review on Google…ever!

Very disappointed that there were no ADA friendly toilets in the showroom. While the chair height toilets are technically ADA compliant, Kohler makes a higher model that was not on the floor. Please consider being more inclusive in your showrooms.This is not about being disappointed over the toilet I wanted not being on the floor. I’m disappointed that your store doesn’t think of disabled customers when choosing which items to display in your store.

Poor management, clearly poor training. Rude staff, I understand it is ‘by appointment’ but not one staff member was ready to make eye contact for over 10 min. They were interested in their delivery man and not customers!

Just left this place and will not return! There was only ONE customer in the store and understand they go by appointment . But I’m a customer that is wanting to purchase your highly priced items, give them your attention for go’s sake. The young lady salesperson did not seem interested in helping us. It was like pulling teeth for her to help us. I was only asking for a toilet which may have seem not worth her while. Worked with Ruth at the Kohler Paramus store in our selection of plumbing fixtures for our addition/renovation. Was very helpful/attentive in assisting us in our selections. Due to COVID, a couple of items ordered were not available at the time they were to be installed. Ruth / Kohler processed the replacements/refunds in a timely fashion. If I could give it 0 stars I would but the system does not let me. I just left the location in Morris Plains, New Jersey. I’m Hispanic, and I feel so much discrimination towards my mother and me. I understand that they go by appointments only but as soon as we entered the store, no one seems to care since I was only buying a showerhead which could have been insignificant. NO ONE even made eye contact with us which was completely rude. It seems like minorities are NOT welcome in these so highly-priced stores. I will not be returning to this store!

Appointments are necessary to enter the Kohler store. I made an appointment online. It was confirmed by Kohler via text and email. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appt. Finally they told me they canceled it this morning as the salesperson assigned to me did not show up today. They did not text or email me.They did allow me to walk around the store. However no one would help me or answer questions even though there were salespeople standing around without clients.It was really a horrible experience.

The worst shopping experience, the staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in and I left after a minute. The store was empty as was the parking lot and the store associate first asked if we had and appointment and we didn’t and that seemed to be an issue. She was incredibly arrogant and having myself and my mom in the store seemed to be an inconvenience for her the store associate and I left as it wasn’t worth the aggravation nor to have to deal with an associate who was so rude. Never going back there again! To be clear the issue was not with making an appointment the issue was the fact that they the staff was inconvenienced while chit chatting amongst themselves when we walked in. That store is always empty and making an appointment is simply an excuse to cover the fact that there are incompetent and arrogant employees working in a store whose parking lot is always empty.

Ive had nothing but easy enjoyable experiences in this store.Alyssa has been nothing but helpful in selecting our new bathroom fixtures. As well as Ruth for parts for an existing bathroom. I highly recommend shopping for your next bathroom or kitchen job at this store through either one of them. It has been an extremely painless experience. Even when we change our entire order after everything had already been delivered. While we had thought we knew what we wanted, once the tile was up, we decided to change the finishes. Alyssa helped us select the new finishes. And without a restocking fee, we paid the difference in cost of materials only. She was happy to help us in getting the bathroom we wanted. I will certainly be purchasing my new kitchen from this location in the coming months.

I waited for my items for over a month even though they sold me in stock items. When the items arrived some of them didnt fit with rough in valves. Instead of finding a solution they asked me to call technical support to get help with installation and blamed it on the installer. I ended up getting an adapter from Kohlers website,as recomended by the tech support rep.Tech rep told me valve I had purchased would not fit the trim and handle and sales reps should have known about this issue and should have offered me a different trim or an adapter. For the price you pay and amount of time you spend choosing items, you really shouldnt have this type of experience.

We have had extremely good experiences at this Kohler store because of our sales person, Kelley Paul. She is so knowledgeable about all facets of plumbing and design, so patient and really lovely to work with. It is because of Kelley that we drive from the city to work with this showroom rather than the one in NYC.

Pretentious and disorganized staff - made me want to avoid buying Kohler

Recently worked with Ruth Richardson on a complete home renovation and it was a fabulous experience. The KOHLER Signature Store is a single source for virtually everything; plumbing fixtures, lighting, vanities, tile, counter tops, mirrors, hardware. It saves the agony of driving all over the tri-state area and trying to manage ten different suppliers on your project. The show room is very stylish and Ruth is a talented designer, extremely knowledgeable about the products and lovely to work with. They offer a huge range of products/pricing from simple no frills to the most extravagant.

My wife and I recently renovate our main bathroom. We decided to purchase Kohler products. Our sale person Kelly Paulk was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She listened to our thoughts and views. She recommended products which fit our budget and desire finish look.During our renovation we had to return and purchase additionally products. I called the store and requested to speak to our sales person (Kelly Paulk). As luck will have it, our renovation was during the covid-19 quarantine. Unfortunately, she was unavailable and not schedule to be back for some time.I initially spoke with Ms Roberta who politely and professionally inquired about my inquiry. She requested my contact inform. She told me another sales person will call back and assist me. Being a person of maturity and having dealt with sales people, I thought I was going to encounter difficulty with my returns.It wasnt long before I received a call back. The sales person who assisted me is named Eli Muniz. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and very helpful. He went above and beyond to assist with my returns. He recommend and suggested the right products to coincide with my previous purchase.The bathroom renovation is finally complete. The Kohler products compliments each other and are the highlights of the room. We are very satisfied with our product and store selection. The sales people are truly professional. They did not push products in an attempt to receive higher sales. We highly and enthusiastically recommend this store to anyone looking to renovate a bathroom.

Lead times were always clearly communicated, delays immediately resolved and accommodations for my out of state renovation and consultant travel schedule were above anything I could ever have hoped for. Went in to look around as Im remodeling my bathroom, WOW!!! There was 4 available sales people, all looked at me and kept doing nothing.... right after me there were two men that went in.... I guess they looked more presentable or their car looked more expensive, the sales people got up and tried to help them. I spent good 20-40min in the store, there were people coming in and they were being helped, not one available person asked me if I needed help...I guess me or my car didnt look expensive enough for them to bother helping me:(

Trying to pick out sinks, faucets, drains and the 100 other things for a new kitchen is tons of work. I basically tortured the sales staff with question and they were so nice and helpful. I bought a beautiful kitchen faucet from them and had to return it as the trim on the bottom of cabinet was too low for it to fit (my mistake). When I brought back the faucet they gladly accepted the return, despite all the time they invested with me. To me that is customer service at its best! Thanks Stacey and to all the help I spoke to. Hope to be back soon.

Recently I had a large purchase from Kohler Signature Store purchasing several thousand dollars of items from them with Mike Hughes as our sales person and I felt it was worth commenting that we received excellent service from this vendor. Mike was a pleasure to work with, professional, helpful, very responsive and we received everything on time and without any issues. Mike was great as was all of the products we received. We would highly recommend using Kohler and we will definitely be repeat customers of Mike. The exceptional service and Mikes humor was a breathe of fresh air during a stressful bathroom renovation!! Mike truly went above and beyond to help me out and make sure we had everything we needed, he listened to my needs, understood the aesthetic we were going for and helped us choose the right pieces to fit our needs but more than anything what I appreciated was that he made sure I had every item my contractor would need, not over selling but more being proactive to ensure we didn’t forget any vital items for a successful reno. We definitely appreciated the guidance from Mike and the great quality of the items. Additionally, the service and quality superseded anything I could expect from a chain store like Lowe’s or Hone Depot. Very happy with our purchases!!

We recently ordered a vanity, sink, hardware, shower head etc. for our newly added bathroom. We also had a custom glass door and half wall built. We worked closely with Stacey Yankovic (showroom sales) and we have been tremendously pleased with the materials and with Staceys help and professionalism. She responds quickly to phone calls and emails. We had tons of questions as weve never done this before and she was incredibly patient and thorough. The personal touch made quite a difference. We have another bathroom that needs remodeling and we will definitely be working with Stacey and Kohler Paramus again.

This review is primarily about Alyssa. She is the best salesperson I have ever encountered, and I only wish I could give her ten stars! I am also very, very pleased with the Kohler products she helped me with as well as GPS.I had major demolition and reconstruction of two bathrooms. This was a three months project that removed all walls, ceilings, floors and even beams as well as the wiring and plumbing in those two rooms, and then reconstructing them.My job was the design, identification and timely provision of everything that went inside the rooms plus a window. This included vanity, vanity top, faucets, medicine cabinet, toilets, shower fixtures, wall tile, floor tile, shower tile, accent tile, backsplash tile, granite top, all the associated grout, towel racks, hooks, and lighting fixtures.Alyssa was very patient over the more than three months period I put together the plumbing plan before placing an order. She offered advice, answered questions, investigated issues with her technical team, made changes for me, made changes again, and again and always so very, very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive. I can not remember a time I waited more than a day for an answer, and typically she would get back to me within an hour or so. And, her prices were competitive.Coordinating the delivery of these items with the time demands of the contractor, electrician and plumber was a major challenge. The tile and grout which came from all over the place was a nightmare. But the plumbing that came thru Alyssa was a dream. She set it up in two timely deliveries. They came as scheduled… nothing missing everything was present. One minor issue with the vanity resulting from shipping was promptly corrected.Even after delivery some questions came up and Alyssa was right there to figure out the answers. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you, Alyssa.

The worst buying experience, highly dont recommend

I know the Paramus location is a showroom, so I went to GPS in Hawthorne to get the cartridge I needed for my Kohler Faucets, showed the gentleman a picture of the 2 faucets and he begins to laugh saying you know how many faucets Kohler makes. I asked dont you have a catalog, he said email me the pictures and I will email to Kohler, may take up to 24 to 48 hrs. If GPS is authorized to sell the parts they should also have employees to be able to help. So then I decided to just go to the Paramus showroom to find it, Eli was there and I just asked him if he could help and find it. Without hesitation, he checked the picture and recognized the first one and second was discontinued, but was able to get the model from my pic and then got the part for me, as easy as that. There should be more people like Eli, that could help out someone by just listening first, instead of just saying impossible.

Great selection and Alyssa Rae was very helpful in selecting a great bathroom combination. Dont waist your time going anywhere else like Home Décor etc. You will not find the same quality or service like the Kohler store Paramus!

I was in the midst of renovating my kitchen and during this renovation the wrong sink was ordered. When trying to obtain the correct sink I was told that it was on backorder for 6 months. Frantically, I called the Kohler Signature store in Paramus looking for the correct sink and luckily for me Stacey Yankovic answered. I explained my situation and she mentioned that the sinks are on backorder but she would keep an eye out for me and would grab one as soon as she could. Stacey was very understanding of my situation and after speaking to her I felt that I finally had someone willing to help me. Two weeks later, Stacey called to tell me I had a sink!! I was ecstatic! Our only contact was by phone and email and she has always been pleasant and professional. She turned a nightmare into an incredible experience. Thank you Stacey for your excellent customer service!

I worked with Stacy and she was wonderful. She helped and my wife pick everything out for 2 bathrooms. She answered emails and phone call right away. I order some wrong things and the swap was easy, no restocking fee. I am not sure why people complained about something that doesnt exist.Since I did the reno myself I made several orders and few exchanges with Stacy. Everytime I walked in the sales people were friendly and always asked if I needed help. I estimate I went to the store about 7 times and was never ignored.Kohler is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The stores prices are 25% less than the website. The person that said Ferguson is cheaper must be smoking crack. Dont get me wrong, Kohler has some things that are crazy prices, but those are show pieces for the really wealthy.They have a shower set up with all the heads so you can test to see which one you like.All the deliveries were made within 2 days, cant beat that.
