Some 2x4 dropped on my wifes Audi A4. Needless to say there was some damage. Brought my wifes car in for a fantastic repair. The paint was perfect when I picked it up. Plus had the front repainted due to road rash and a door ding as well. Scott was professional and handled everything as I would expect. Firstly, I would like to thank Joe and the team who are very friendly, attentive, and warm welcoming. I’m not much of a car expertise. However, they went over every detail to help repair my Chevy that has a accident history. This is my first vehicle and I’m very precise as to who’s hands work on it when it comes to repairs and maintenance but leaving my car in their hands was very comforting and a great decision. Scott was great! They fixed my car quick and it looked great! I had my own ride to bring me to and from but Scott even was so kind to offer to help. The price was extremely fair and the staff was kind and professional. When I picked up my car they had cleaned it and the tires were shining. I will most definitely be going back for any future repairs.

They fixed the scratches on my car. I was able to leave my car for repairs and the owner, Scott, drove me home. He called when my repairs were done and picked me up and saw that they had washed my car. Great work! I had to call him again, as I had a flat tire,where I needed help again. Having never been 100% satisfied with any prior body work I was devastated when my red Infiniti Coupe was rammed by a box truck. That all changed when my insurance company referred me to Scott and Joe at Team Paramus. When I picked up my car it looked like it had just come out of the showroom. The paint and color match were flawless. I would never take my car anywhere else.

Strongly recommend using this great team. They are reasonably priced and offer excellent service. Our VW was returned looking like new and they even vacuumed and washed the car. Best service and quality work, in this area.

Came out of the mall from shopping with my son to find my back bumper and tail light were hit and they left with no note or anything. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Hands down....amazing. I accidentally hit a parked car and needed two panels on my Dodge Durango replaced. I was devastated. My insurance company partcipates with Paramus Collision so I chose them as they are close to where I live and thank god I did!!!!Scott and his team, Joe, Laurie and Walter were awesome. I have 3 young kids and they literally made me feel so at ease with the entire process which could be a headache for most. They did everything for me from setting up my rental car, switching out car seats a couple of times, and polishing my car to make it look even better than when I bought it. I can’t say enough about this place. My car was fixed within 5 business days. I couldn’t believe it!!!!I highly recommend this place. A++++ customer service from start to finish. You will not find a better repair shop with harder workers. Really. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

I didnt even get my car back yet and this review is well deserved. My Fiat was in pretty bad shape after a lane switching accident. Paramus Collision was the nearest insurance approved shop so I had the car towed there mainly due to convenience. Didnt expect the 5 star treatment Ive received so far. The owner calls me every few days to give me a status update and really seems to give a damn about the vehicle. Completely different experience than what Ive received from other shops in the past. Highly recommend this place.

Frist impression was good Scott was assuring & friendly we had a verbal agreement to waive my deductible $1000 . Comes pick up time and a complete 180 very nasty and insulting tone of voice demanding to collect $1000 I was in a chock .After a very unpleasant one-sided exchanged paid $700 and later was told by Lincoln body shop that parts on my estimate were not replaced as it should they reused old parts .Very unpleasant experience shouldve went to a Lincoln Dealer paid $1000 and got a certified work done . you live & learn .( 2017 Lincoln Continental )

Unbelievable fabulous experience! For a woman alone, to meet such an honest and trustworthy auto body shop was unique. I was hit in a parking lot and the damage did not meet my $500 deductible. Out of pocket met expense for me...a dumb blonde dyed brown with the word gullible stamped on my forehead! My bill was so low I cried.The American way is about the almighty dollar. Owner Scott Abella and Manager Joe Esposito were such generous gentleman. My repair bill was too good to be true!Honest praise for the most professional business. Do not bother to go anywhere else.
