Many places aren’t familiar with Tesla vehicles and all of the special handling required. These guys repair dozens a month and absolutely know this car inside and out. Went to Precision after being advised to use a Tesla certified repair shop. They were able to arrange for a tow to their shop, communication was on point. Diana kept us updated every set of the way. Even after needing supplemental parts delayed the process, they were able to answer all my questions, had a detailed breakdown of the parts and charges, and pickup was timely. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you have a Tesla and need some work done.

Honestly I miss talking to them, they were all so kind and we had a few good laughs as well. The car had body work and paint which looks great. Thank you for all your hard work.

Unfortunately, I was rear ended by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. This was my very first accident and I was worried about finding a good body shop. Ive read countless stories about body shops doing inadequate repairs and not matching paint correctly. This is my first car so the thought of going through that was nerve-wracking. I dropped my car off on 2/18 and the employees who assisted me with the intake process were very professional and polite. They called me and gave me an estimated time completion date and to my surprise they were right on time! 2 weeks later I picked up my car and it looked as good as new. They even cleaned it, inside and out. Im not sure what they used but it still smells amazing and its been a week after getting my car back. I will be returning to this location should I need any work done on my car.

My wife was involved in an accident and our insurance company sent us to prestige. They where very professional and handled the process of getting my vehicle repair work done and help with rental car from enterprise. The experience was great and the staff is very helpful. When the issue went beyond the body work they took the car to the dealership for diagnostic and replacement of sensors and when we got the car back it was perfect.

I needed my bumper fixed on my pepper white mini Cooper, as well as a new hood emblem. I dropped my car off and a little over a week later they called me to tell me it was ready and I could come pick it up. When I got there the emblem was still not there and the bumper had been painted a bright white, which was very noticeable compared to my off-white car. They told me they “didn’t realize” they had made a mistake, and that my car would now be ready in a few more days. I truly believe they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice the missing emblem and the different color bumper. I had to call them to get updates on my car. They had promised me my car would be ready on Friday when Friday came around I called them after not hearing anything all day and they told me they were hoping it would now be ready by Monday. They were very nasty and they offered me no discount or apology for all the inconvenience, especially considering it was over a week late. They also told me they couldn’t offer me a discount because it cost too much to paint the bumper over three more times because they were having trouble matching the color. I do not recommend going to this place. I wish I never got my bumper fixed in the first place.

I have had some terrible luck with my TESLA and due to the carelessness of others, I was forced on more than one occasion to trust Prestige to repair the damage. Since TESLA cars call for a specialized skill and working knowledge to service their vehicles, I do not have too many options to turn to when my car needs attention. Luckily GEICO sent me to Prestige where my car was repaired - they do a great job. Communication about the process is on point. If there were no new updates, I still got a call from Diana to advise that there was simply no new developments. Coincidentally, my car was being serviced when Diana was initially hired and I saw her grow as an employee this year. She does her best to always greet the customers with a positive attitude and she will work to get your questions answered and needs met. Jay has also been quite helpful, although he is sometimes difficult to track down.

Prestige Collision was amazing! Diana is a wonderful coordinator and fully explained the process to me. The guys in the back did a fabulous job and my Jeep looked better than new when they were all done. I would highly recommend!

Everyone else I have used in the last 3 years is still waiting for the parts to come in. But from the second Diana answered the phone I felt like I was at a day spa getting a foot massage. So, please dont use Prestige, because if too many Tesla owners find out about these guys, they will be overrun. Then, Diana wont have time to put two coats of polish on my toes the next time. And, there definitely will be a next time! STAY AWAY!!!

The team was very professional from start to finish. I chose this location as it is marked an Elite Collision Center on MB website, which means top notch work. Definitely was not disappointed. From the moment I called with my inquiry they were very courteous and gracious in explaining how the insurance claim process would work and how they could assist. Mostly dealt with Samantha on that part. It was pretty tough reaching my claims adjuster, but they got it done when another body shop could not. Jay walked me through the initial car estimate and set proper expectations. I also requested an estimate separate from this accident and had some things I wanted checked which he was nice enough to write down for me and help with. Christina was exceptional each time I walked into the office. She was very welcoming and treated me like family. I witnessed a customer give her an extremely unwarranted hard time for something that was clearly out of the auto bodys control, but Christina handled the situation very professionally and even went out of her way to give various options- which I am sure is not part of her job requirements. She called me when my car was done, set up for my rental to be picked up, and made sure I had no questions. Edwin walked me through pick up along with Jay who were both very patient and informative. Had some minor bodywork needs following a fender bender and Prestige Collision was recommended to me by Geico. The drop off and estimate process was seamless, the quality of work excellent, and the vehicle was repaired ahead of the date promised. I would highly recommend their work.

My car was hit from behind and I brought it in for repairs. Christina at the front desk was above and beyond helpful with all of our questions. Kevin was also very helpful when we came in that day. The car repairs were delayed because there was a COVID outbreak at the location. When we finally got our car back it looked great. The body work was flawless.Unfortunately when we got home we noticed that our backup camera was not connected. We took the car back and they promptly fixed the camera problem.Again, unfortunately when we got home we noticed that there was a small screw in the passenger side rear wheel well cover that was on the verge of falling out. Upon my closer inspection I noticed that all of the screws in both the driver and passenger side rear well covers were missing. I am glad nothing fell off the car while i was driving.I called prestige and they asked me to send pictures via my cell phone. I was promptly asked to bring the car back in order for the important screws to be replaced.When I arrived Jay was there waiting for me and I told him all of my complaints and concerns. Jay was a total professional! He understood and validated all of my concerns. Jay compensated me for my time, gas, and inconvenience of having to come back twice.It was sad and concerning that the back end staff doing the work lacked the attention to detail. This could have gone very bad if these covers fell out while driving at highway speeds.It was a very frustrating experience because I had to take time off from work on both occasions, waste my time and my gas for something that should have never been an issue with professionals.My message to my readers is: Check your car VERY WELL before you leave any shop! I learned a lesson.Ultimately, Prestige was very professional with me during my entire ordeal. I will continue to use them in the future with all of my other cars and I will recommend them to my family and friends.Have a great day!

This was my second trip to Prestige, but the only time they were able to perform the work. The first trip was over a year ago and unfortunately that car was totaled, but one of the gentleman working on the car saved the custom gear shift knob that I had installed because he thought I would want to keep it as a memento. He was right, it was a nice thought and I appreciated it very much.This trip was with the new car, it was backed into in a parking lot. When I called up Prestige, Christina got me in right away. She went the extra mile to make sure that I could get a rental car even though it was the weekend and I could not get immediate approval from the insurance company. Unfortunately, the damage was worse than initially thought and Christina and Lilliam had to contact the insurance company once again to get approval for the remainder of the funds. They took care of all of it for me. The only bummer was that I had to wait to get my car back while they were coordinating and waiting for payment.When I went to pick it up it looked great. The paint was so smooth with no dust, drip, lint, or any kind of marks other than smooth paint with a nice blend. I took it home and showed it to my fantastic boyfriend who has experience writing condition reports for cars, shop experience, mechanic experience, and car auction experience, in other words an all around car guy and he just said: Those guys can paint.Thanks for taking care of my baby.

I recently visited Prestige Auto Body in Paramus, NJ for a repair after a deer ran into my car...maybe it was Rudolf...The lady I spoke with over the phone was friendly and respectful, immediately calming my nerves. They paid attention to detail, you would never know what happened. I priced the work out with some other centers in the area and Prestige had the best prices. I am hoping I won’t hit anymore deer, but know I have a reliable auto body center to turn to if necessary.

For quick cosmetic repairs, this has become my go to shop. Today I had David and Amanda work on my car, which had its lower engine cover come loose, and they had it driveable again in under 15 minutes free of charge. Both my sister and I have also had similar experiences with them where they fixed front bumpers and other things very quickly and cheaply. The people there are incredibly helpful, and will explain whats going on to you. I cant recommend a better shop to go to

Retired from the automotive business from which I worked almost 30 years, I’ve seen a lot . Unfortunately too many sad stories but the good news is that if you need bodywork done Prestige is the best place I’ve ever seen and worked with . Everyone from the receptionist, Christina, thru management, David, a total correct approach in doing business and maintaining customers . I’ve always believed that it’s somewhat easier to get a customer but so much harder to keep one . Do it right from the beginning including how a phone call is answered to saying good bye after completing a task . Great work ladies & gentlemen !

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Prestige Collision. I was initially told that repairs would take 15 days. They ended up taking about a month and a half. I tried to be understanding as there was quite a bit of damage to the car. I was incredibly relieved when Karen told me that Prestige could cover the portion of the rental car that my insurance did not cover due to the length of time the repairs took. It is now November (repairs done in May) and I still have not been reimbursed for the rental car. I have made dozens of phone calls and sent several emails. Karen tells me each time Im able to speak with her that the reimbursement is in progress or oh I will follow up on that. Several months later, I have not received any information or follow-up.In addition to this frustration, I had to bring my car back twice after it was returned to me due to a weird noise. Each time, I was told that a component was lose and had not been screwed in or tightened fully during the repair. Prestige was able to fix these follow-up issues - however I was concerned and curious as to why they had not been done properly in the first place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This body shop is horrible. I have no idea whos running this place but they arent good at all. I brought my car here for repair thinking I would be getting PRESTIGE service and I ended up getting the complete opposite. When I dropped off my car they asked me how often I would like to be updated on the repair. They called me maybe once the whole time it was there. I had to constantly call for updates myself. Thats not even the worst of it. There was something wrong with my car when I picked it up. I will not go into full detail but lets just say the technicians are horrible. They were willing to fix it no cost but it shouldnt have been that way to begin with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be bringing my car somewhere else the next time I need it fixed.

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Collision, especially Karen and Mike. They did excellent body work, showed great customer service and worked quickly and easily with my insurance company. They took excellent care of my car, and it looked brand new upon completion of work at pick up. They even threw in a little bit of extra service that was free of charge. The facility is beautiful -- clean and modern. Its the best place to bring your high-end car if you want superior, efficient service. They even ordered dealer parts rather than 3rd party parts, as well. Thank you Karen and Mike for a great job! Highly recommend to anyone.
