This place is a joke! We spent $600 for them not to fix the issue but instead deny that anything was wrong with our car after taking it back in. Do not use them! This has been nothing but a huge disaster and another huge bill from a dealership! Save the money and time and go somewhere else!! Oh and don’t bother contacting them, they tell you your wrong and invite you back in to have their tech look at it ( which they will charge you $30!!) and still can’t tell you what’s wrong!

Had a nail in my tire. They were extremely busy on a Sunday morning but the front desk guy came out, took a look and determined it probably wasnt leaking. He pulled out the nail (it was laying down sideways in the tread) and I drove off. No loss in pressure. Very appreciative

Service was terrible and comfortable would never go back was told my oil change would be 49 dollars before hand only to be charged 59 dollars by the the guy at the register biggest douche bag ever didn’t even offer me my receipt, Was not helpful in any way whatsoever. Tires Plus is one of the only places I take my vehicle in Omaha. They employ extremely smart mechanics who can get the job done first time around. I have been going to them for over 10 years and they have worked on many repairs for me such as simple oil changes, brake and tires replacement, and power steering (rack and pinion) work. Always a pleasant experience, My husband and I use them for nearly everything we need. Came in recently to get a tire plug, recommended by a Firestone shop during an oil change, but I could not do at the time. They said the location of the plug could not be done, and would not be reliable. Recommended to us, if it could wait, for a sale on new tires. We ended up getting 4 new tires a couple weeks later, with the credit card they offer, and had a sale for $100 off with 4 new, and an additional rebate of another $100. Came back a week later needing an oil change, got for free with a coupon given to us because they didnt have all 4 tires we needed initially. Employees are very personable, knowledgeable, and offer, but dont push extras.

Went here to get a vehicle inspection. When I called earlier the gentleman that answered was personable and seemed nice. When I came in the guy at the front register welcomed me and made me feel welcome. While I waited for the inspection to come to a close I noticed off to the side there was a table with food on it. Chips, sandwiches, and beans. All around really nice employees and the service was quick and painless.

I have to give credit where credit is due every single time that Ive worked with these guys it has been amazing. Every time Ive had to come in because I had a tire or car issue and it was last minute they took care of me I was out in a timely fashion and my car was taken care of. I feel comfortable and confident knowing that when Ive been quoted at much higher rates that these guys do not attempt to rip you off and will give you a great deal!!! I highly recommend them and I wish they did more types of auto services because theyre definitely trustworthy. I just love a flat tire on a Sunday morning...not! This tire joint was about the only place open on a Sunday so I had no other choice. I get there and the good fella behind the counter said it may be ready by the end of the day, so I said that was cool, I can come get it (the tire came off my wifes car) later in the day. He said if there was an opening, he could get it done. He had my number and I took off to do some other stuff and a half hour later I got a call saying it was done. Peachy. Under promise, out-perform. Well done guys!

They tried to charge us $1400 for unneeded repairs when the real issue was they didnt tighten the lug nuts after rotating the tires. Ruined the lug nut covers. 😠

They tried to charge me $1800 to replace the timing chain. Got a second opinion, spent $25 on a rag and some throttlebody cleaner And haven’t had any issues since. Feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me. I will not be going there ever again, even for an oil change.

Very help and friendly staff. I’ve had a run of bad luck with a used car and they were very sincere and helpful with advice when it was totaled. They also are helpful in letting you know about deals and coupons for oil changes, inspections, etc. I’d recommend for the service and great staff.

I took my 2008 Chevy Express 1500 to 2 other places before I came here. The first place told their lift could not handle the weight. At the second place they quoted me for way more work and parts than I needed. Then I took it here and the staff broke down the repair into understandable parts and recommended a safe fix, giving me the option for a complete or partial fix based on my budget.

I had what I thought was a dead battery. Got a ride to the Tires Plus location in Papillion, NE off of Giles Road across the street. Walked in, was greeted promptly, and Jeff kindly took my father and I across the street to the parking lot where my car was stranded to give it a jump. We got the car started and he followed us back to the shop to ensure it didnt stop along the way. My dad and I left to get a quick lunch while they not only got my car in, but added the oil change without appointment. About an hour and half later we return to pick up my vehicle. Jeff was HONEST in letting us know my battery was fine, but just a bad connection. So while he could have charged us for a new battery, he showed us the tests that my battery was fine and completed the oil change. That type of HONESTY and getting my car serviced on the spot will have me as a repeat customer. I dont know if you recognize employees for their superior customer service, but Jeff was amazing. I couldnt be more appreciative!! 😃

I went here for an oil change i was in and out in about 45 mins... They filled my tires up and my washer fluid let me know some things needed maintenance. I will definetly be back i had a great experience.

Family friendly very honest

These guys take care of me every time I go in. I purchased four tires a while back and got their roadside plus. Today I took my truck in for a slow leak. Nail went thru the side and was not repairable. I had to buy a new tire, but with their roadside package I got a new tire for under $40!! They guys have always been super nice. Ill never go anywhere else for tires!!

Took my car here as it had broke down and I needed to go to a place closer by. Turned out to be one of the worst decisions. I was treated very rudely by the associates. When my car was returned to me, the guy at the counter shoved my key back at me fairly hard to where it fell off the counter onto the floor. Would also definitely not recommend if you are a younger lady as they will take advantage of this.

This store will be my only choice for tires, we had an appointment for noon but on the way there from Syracuse we had a blowout on the car so I called them and told them what happened and that we were waiting for the towtruck and they reassured us they understood and would take care of our tire needs when we were able to finally arrive . And when we did finally arrive an hour after our scheduled appointment they were able to get us in and out in less than an hour after installing 4 new tires.Great friendly customer service.

We brought in a tire to be replaced, on a busy day, with little notice. The new tire was mounted and balanced within the hour. I was impressed with their speed and customer service.

Had a flat tire and knew it was a long shot of getting in on a Sunday especially in bad weather to get it looked at. When I called they said they were pretty booked up for the day and asked if I could just drop it off. I said I would not be able to he then said okay bring it in and we will fit you in. When I got there he said they were still behind and it would probably be an hour to hour an half wait. They said they would look at the tire and see if they could repair or if it would be a replacement. Kept me informed on what they were finding they were able to repair the tire and was out of there in 30 minutes!! Will definitely go back and recommend this place.

Got an oil change before I went to Lincoln and they forgot to tighten oil plug. Drove all the way there and back home noticed the leak. 2 quarts had to be put in the car. Called the store and they were not helpful and called corporate. Waiting 2 weeks for a phone call from them and I was put as a “high priority” and still nothing. Will not be going back

The people here are so nice. They dont try to find everything minutely wrong with your vehicle and sell you repairs you may not even need. They do quick, quality work at a fair price and treat you well. Weve brought our van here 3 times for repairs and its been a 5 star experience every time!

Pls pls don’t even dare to go to Tier plus At 1220 Royal Dr, Papillion, NE 68046.I had purchased tier just 3 weeks ago and one of the tier got busted out on the road.I made an oppointment with same center and mentioned to him over the phone everything.He did not even looked at tier and said you hit the pothole. He charged me for new tier.Horrible experience.Think once before going to that shop.I was not expecting this from such an established and renowned shop.Counter person is not even ready to listen.Did not explain all loopholes at the first purchasing.

I will never be buying tire from here again I spent 600 on tires and I will now have to replace ALL 4 because they have gotten bubbles in them in under a year what a joke. Save your money and go else where. On top of that they did my alignment and couldnt finish it because they didnt have the right tools.

Went to my appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation, they wanted around $75!! I called shadow lake firestone and got an appointment for both oil change and tire rotation for $41. This place is a rip off!

This is a wonderful shop. I was having issues with my car before I took it on a long drive and they checked it over and didnt overcharge me. This will defiantly be my place of choice for any maintenance while Im in town.

Have used this place for a very long time as its in the neighborhood but have been very disappointed in the service weve received this past year. My son had an oil change and a part was left off when completed only to find out on the next visit that that part was missing, which they did own up to being their fault. Now this past time they say that leak stop was put in the radiator at some point and caused issues equaling a $684 bill for a new radiator. Weve owned the car for 6+ years and have only taken it to Firestone or Tires Plus (same company pretty much) so not sure how this wouldve happened....but they said the previous owners couldve did this. If thats true, how in 6 years we havent had any issues with the radiator, Im not sure. I could be wrong, but in talking to men who know about cars, too much fishy-ness and red flags for my liking. The front people have been nice, but they are sales people.

Crazy upsell! I had all my brakes replaced on my 09 ranger, I didn’t have to return, except for a retorque which I can understand, I thought $700 was quite steep, I didn’t expect it to cost more than $500 at the most, they must of put the most expensive pads/shoes, rotors/drums they can find. They tried really hard to sell me tires too, I’m sure they are getting to that point but I didn’t go there for that, they went so far as to printing an estimate.

Awesome service, blew out a tire on a pothole. They got a new hire ordered and installed in one morning and even took me to my work.

Ok, thoroughly disgusted. I despise being lied to, I was most definitely directed to make repairs that were not required. Not only that, they insisted extensive replacement of parts was to be required. I couldnt afford it at the time, so I saved and had a friend come over and help. If they would have charged me there exorbitant price to make these unnecessary repairs I feel that action should be criminal.

My wifes car had a flat tire today. She took the car to Tires Plus in Papillion on the way home and found that the tire could not be repaired.The tires were completely worn and Alec, the service advisor, offered a great deal on some new Firestones and he and David, the technician, stayed nearly an hour after closing to put the new tires on my wifes car. She would have been stranded without a car otherwise. This is actually my 2nd 5-star experience with Tires Plus recently. Great customer service!

I just called to ask the price of an oil change for my 04 Jeep Cherokee. I was told for the standard oil, Penzoil or Quaker State, it would be $29.00. I had previously called about 2 weeks ago and was told it would be $17, I said I need Valvolene since that is what manufacturer states and is what Ive always used, guy said no problem. So, now I am wondering why I was told they would use Valvolene on my previous call and was just told now that they have never had Valvolene? It indicates if I wouldve brought my Jeep in I wouldve been told it was Valvolene and wouldve ended up with the thick, sludge producing Quaker State or Penzoil in my engiine. Rip off place, stay away from it.
