They are very friendly & I trust them with my car. I had a leak in my muffler few years ago & went to different shops. Got estimates $1400+. Went there & less than $150. Just needed one piece. Transmission problems & thought I would need new transmission. But it ended up an easy fix. Busy place but definitely worth the wait!

This place is awesome and there is a reason they are busy! I work for fedex and had a tire get a nail through it. Called ahead and they patched me up within 5 minutes to get me back on the road. Was great to see a business help another business out in such a timely fashion! I will be taking all my vehicles to them in the future. Joey is a master mechanic and can handle all needs from an oil change, to a full engine overhaul! Great spot! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!

I called them about two weeks before a move. I knew I needed an oil change, but had been told SO MANY different things told to me about other repairs other places told me that were NEEDED. Literally, thousands of dollars in repairs, I was told. Turns out, that wasn’t true! Brezina’s got me in, looked things over, did an oil change, and gave me a recommendation on what to keep an eye on after the move. Terrible waste of time.... I waited two weeks for information that was already abundantly clear, then...i was told because quote arent spending any money, were not going to look that deep into it... And to top it all off, an inspection wasnt actually done or they would have mentioned the OBVIOUS terrible condition of something as simple as my rear rotors. Presumptive, slow, and outdated customer service.

The most important part of this shop, in my opinion, is the respect given to women in a shop environment. The service writer is female, and the owners mother helps in the shop as well. Women are not talked down to, or talked around when a male is present.The second most important thing is that their work is high quality and their prices are more than fair. An oil change was the same price as a chain location and less than the dealership. I popped a spring retaining clip off one of my headlights and it sprang into Narnia. There is no way to buy this piece without replacing a whole headlight assembly, which is a ridiculous waste. They literally fabricated a new part to keep the headlight in check. I will be taking all my vehicles here for both routine maintenance and any repairs in the future when Im not doing it myself.

The best automotive technicians in the metro area. This is not a replace parts until it works shop. They get it right the first time because they know what they are doing. No other shop will touch my familys vehicles but Brezina.

Not an Omaha native, so we didnt know any reputable shops. When our Bonneville started acting up, we brought it to them just based on the reviews. We werent sure what the issue was, and on the first visit, they werent able to replicate the problem. They fixed a number of other issues, put new tires on, serviced it, and told us to keep an eye on things and bring it back if the issue happened again.It happened again a week later, so we took it back in. Thankfully they were able to replicate and diagnose the problem this time. A special shoutout to Trinity, who both times, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible. Additionally, she was able to get us moved up way ahead of schedule both times and explained any issues they found very well, and let me make the decisions. The quotes seemed more than fair and I have zero complaints. We finally have a shop we can trust.I never leave reviews, but the service and prices weve received so far cant be beat and they have earned it. Well be bringing our other vehicle in for new tires - which our dealer quoted $50 higher. Thanks again, Trinity, and keep up the great work, Brezina!

So I have been going to Brezina for past 4 years maybe. Theyve always done an excellent job working on my Caddy. I had some motor mounts replaced today, it feels like a brand new car. They have been great on time of completion, cost and overall friendliness. One thing I would like them to do is raise their entry sign.

I am someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars and I trust them to not overcharge or take advantage of my limited knowledge when it comes to cars. My breaks went out in the winter and I expected it to cost hundreds of dollars to fix, but it was only $80.

I dropped my car off on Sunday evening for scheduled work. My repair was completed much earlier in the day than Id expected ...not only that but the charges were about $20 LESS than I had been quoted! I love this place...I always recommend them. I have always had all my maintenance and repairs and I will never go anyplace else. They are just the best!

My Dodge Charger was sitting in my driveway for almost 2 years while I saved enough to replace the engine. I was very nervous about towing it to a shop and their estimate would be too expensive as I was on a limited budget.Trinity treated me like gold and made sure I was aware of every option. She quoted price estimates but let me know that nothing was definite until they were able to look at it. So.. the estimates were well below other shops and Brezina came highly recommended so I committed.The engine was replaced in a timely manner and was on par with the quoted price. They found the oil pan broken after replacement and covered the entire cost of replacement without question because they were unsure if they broke it or if it was broken previously. This is something that won me over as plenty of shops would add that cost to your bill anyways.They also replaced one tire with a used one as asked. Once we found out that another tire needed to be replaced as well, they refunded the original used tire cost and gave me a deal on the new set.My experience with Brezina was nothing short of amazing. I ended up totaling the car 6 days later. Brezina did everything they could to help get an increased value and called to follow up multiple times. I’ve felt like family from the moment I talked to Trinity on the phone until now. I will never take a care to another shop unless I’m hundreds of miles away. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and I’ve recommended them to everybody that has told me they need auto repairs done. Im not going to say mechanics dont earn their money dont get me wrong Im a fair and honest person this is only my first time bringing my vehicle to the shop so I dont have any biased opinion of them but from an honest guy and where Im coming from I was going to be charged $371 to replace a blower motor and resistor in my truck I went to AutoZone and got all my parts for $128 and it was a total of 20 minutes worth of work I got all my instructions from YouTube and I dont know anything about vehicles but it only took me an amateur 15 minutes to do it so Im not understanding how you can charge a customer $371 to do that kind of Labor its not fair and its not right

I will never take another vehicle into their shop again. Within a month and a half I was having problem after problem each time I was taking my vehicle there I called just to question there work and joey got mad and started yelling at me on how I was wrong. My girlfriend then left a bad review within 3 days of writing a bad review she was contacted multiple times being harassed on if we did not remove are bad review he was going to sue us. They arent as friendly and honest as they seem after the work is done.

I take 3 cars to this location the are fantastic. I drive for uber so my time and vehicle are extremely valuable to me. They are always fair on price and excellent at fixing problems I have seen yet. I brought my car in for an oil change when they got it in the air the noticed one tire looked off so they took it off and balanced it. In the process they noticed the rim was bent which could’ve caused a blow out and a major inconvenience probably at the worst possible time so he informed what was wrong and fixed a problem I wasn’t aware of yet. My wife brings her car there and when we need repairs he takes time to make sure she understands the problem and is comfortable with the repair and price before he fixes it. They have always treated me with respect, are fair on price, and never try to upsell products. However they have recommended repairs that have increased my vehicles Performce. They will actually tell you if they would do it or if it is something that can wait.We take all our vehicles here, we know they are honest, pay attention to details and do great work for a fair price.They can work on anything. They are very good with Hondas and Acuras. Almost all the Acura NSX owners I know trust our cars with them.

It’s a Sad day today. I have to find new macanics. I have been taking my cars to Brazinas since they started. I always trusted them and thought it was worth the long wait to get it fixed. Today I lost trust in them. I think they got to busy and instead of turning people away they are burning out. Joey choose to take out his frustrations out on me and didn’t like when I questioned what he was telling me. Mike told me my brake pads calipers and Roters where in good shape that I needed a master cylinder and that would fix it. Two days later Joey said the front brake pads were bad so he replaced them with out getting approval.from me. I thoght my bill was going to be around $350 and it was $500. Mike told me one story Joey a second and got mad when I questioned him about it. Joey you need a long vacation and come back and decide if you want to do quality work and treat people with respect or if you want to be like everyone else and do half assed work and be so busy that you can’t keep up. Saved $435 Went there cause i had a cooant leak from a suv that i bought from gretna auto outlet. Only reason i took the car there was cause the dealer told me too so i was hopeing they would pay for the leak they were talking about $470 for parts and labor. Ihad to pay for it. Said no my dad and i will fix. Ispent $32 on the part and took us 45 min to an hour to fix it. Still got charged for them to figure out what was leaking. They scammers partnered with the dealer

Horrible . I will never let this company touch my car again. Problems right after service . Ridicoulous i have spent close to 700 dollars in the last month and a half and will never spend one penny there again .
