Drove from Wisconsin with a wobble and front end pull and a rattle when turning left. They fixed the rattle, which was a bent bracket near the transmission. They diagnosed the front alignment was off, however, the bolts were rusted from winter salt. They recommended lube to loosen rust and leaving it sit over night Git a call this morning stating that everything turned out well with no broken parts. Also rotated the tires from front to back. Diagnosed a problem that my hone town Honda missed 6 no ago. Great staff

My experience with the Honda Service Department was very satisfactory. The service personnel was very polite and professional. And the work was completed in a timely manner.
I was greeted immediately by a service rep who looked up my appointment and immediately took my car back for a service. She kept me updated to let me know when my car was almost ready and I received a text when it was ready. She was waiting for me with my paperwork, we did the transaction and I was gone all in about an hour.
I was welcome upon my arrival, I was well taken care of. I sat in the waiting area which was clean and had refreshments available. My service attendant took great care of me and all of my concerns. The only issue is the price, online says it’s one price then when you get the invoice it’s a lot more than expected. I rather know the price coming in with no surprises.

Very efficient, I especially loved the fact that you can actually see them working on your car from the service center waiting area. I can not believe how fast they were and they checked my brakes, tires and filter and that’s not what I was even there for. Definitely would purchase a new vehicle in the future from Honda bay. Overall a good experience with Mark. Friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy. Sold the car on his day off when he was there closing another deal. One critique was the multiple times I went to test drive a car it was sitting on empty. The first time the saleswoman wouldn’t even let me leave the parking lot! Not much of a test drive! While we were purchasing our vehicle a woman came in saying she ran out of gas on a test drive. So the cars need to have gas in them! Customers shouldn’t be running out of gas.
Went in to look at a used vehicle, spoke on the phone and arranged for a same day appt. to possibly purchase. Vehicle was sold before I could get there. However that’s not the reason for the one star review, after hearing the news the first salesman I had talked to jotted my info and said he would notify me if anything changed. I appreciate that. What I did not appreciate is it was an idea to possibly walk over to the Honda lot to see about the possibility of getting a new civic instead. The salesman wasn’t the same as the first guy and he just flat out turned me away, granted they may not have had the model I wanted. But didn’t give me an option to order or explain if there were any in transit. I assumed it was due to the fact of my age. But Hey all good. Retail management taught me to not judge by appearance, I hope you guys do the same for future customers.

I was on vacation and my alternator failed. I called Honda of Bay County and they got me in same day. They fixed my car immediately and for less than what they originally quoted. I really appreciated the excellent service provided by my service associate Dee. I am thankful for Honda of Bay County and this is part of the reason I will continue to buy Honda’s and have them serviced at the dealership in the future.
Everything went well overall for my recent service visit. Lori was helpful over the phone when we needed to coordinate about which services I was approving. One possible improvement would be with the online service approval page. I got a text message with a link. When I followed the link it brought me to a page to approve possible services. I was able to select the buttons to approve certain tasks, however there is no button at the bottom of the page to Confirm that I had finished so I was unsure if my selections had been registered by the page and we’re viewable by the service department. Usually when selecting from a menu there is an option to save your selections and it will give you a message that your choices have been received so that we know that it’s all taken care of and the communication has been completedOne possible challenge came when I went to drop my car off around 7:30 PM and leave my key in the deposit box. The west gate was open without anyone present when I pulled in but apparently when my ride came to pick me up a few moments later someone was closing the gate. If they had not seen each other my friend’s car might have been locked in the parking lot overnight. Thankfully, the employee waited a couple minutes for me to be able to complete the information for the envelope in the dropbox.
Great experience here! I can from out of town to purchase a car. They held the vehicle for me and allowed me to come in and see it when I had time! This helped tremendously. James offered to even do the deal and drop of the van if I wanted. Super accommodating! I drove down on a Saturday checked out the van, test drove it, and signed the paperwork. I was there for a total of two hours. It would’ve been nice to if the paperwork wouldn’t have taken as long. There was coffee and tv to keep you occupied. It wasn’t too long of a wait maybe 30-45 minutes. Overall great experience and well done James! Thanks for your help!

Marcus. did a great job making sure everything was taken care of in a professional fashion. On the way to my service call a dump truck began to drop parts onto the road one of them crushing my sunroof glass. Once I arrived at the dealership, Marcus quickly got the glass ordered to arrive less than 24 hours later installed and put a protective cover over my glass to allow me to drive home. He really went the extra mile and was much appreciated.

I did not know what was wrong with my car, no check engine lights on the dash. We spoke with Miss D and although their schedule was booked, she took my car in and had it back to me in two days. They only worked on my car IF it was covered by my warranty, otherwise they were going to call so we could discuss the options. Everything they said they would do is what was done as promised. Miss D was especially helpful, keeping in contact to let us know about diagnosis and progress. We have purchased from them before and will now use their services for repairs. They were professional and honest.

In less than 24 hours of our call to the service department, the intermittent problem with our 2020 Passport was addressed and solved. Pretty remarkable in light of Covid and being understaffed. Very pleased with the service we received. Thank you!
The service department has really taken a dive. Twice I’ve stopped by and requested help with a part that Honda of Bay County installed which failed prematurely after replacement. Each time they said they can do something for me and they’d give me a call when the part comes in and they’d make it right. On the second inquiry I found that the part was never even ordered the first time and they assured me they’d give me a call this time and get me taken care of. It’s been months… nothing. Now just today I brought my car to another service center to find out why my tires keep losing air (Honda installed the tires) only to find that when Honda originally installed the tires they did not replace the o-rings on the tire pressure monitoring system connected to the valve stems. The o-rings were without a doubt the old ones and everything was a mess that they had never cleaned up. They also reused the old valve stems despite me paying for new ones as well. This is absolutely shady. Their guys in the back doing the work clearly aren’t supervised well and are cutting corners all over the place. Makes me wonder why my engine has had a funny sound ever since they did my timing belt job… my guess is that wasn’t done correctly either and every time I’ve brought it to them they say they can’t hear anything abnormal. Well, I know what a Honda 3.5 sounds like, and it didn’t have this noise before the belt job so what gives?
Getting anything fixed on your car is usually a huge pain in the @$$, but Honda of Bay County made it so easy and painless. They were able to quickly figure out what was wrong, checked with our warranty company, and had the car fixed before we even missed it! Would highly recommend the Service Department!

Corporate office controls the thermostat and clearly has not been aware of the temperature of the business in Bay county. While sitting in the waiting room for 4hrs just to have an oil change and tire rotation, the look on other customers faces tell the entire story. Lets do better by the Bay County Honda owners.

Went looking for a car a year ago. So, long story short...bought a Honda Accord from Honda of Pensacola because they had the better deal and did not attempt to rip me off.Attempting to give Honda of Bay County another opportunity by using their service department. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30. Showed up at 1:20 to be told that service is two to two and half hours behind. Asked about maybe a loaner car to go to dentist appointment at 3. They answered, “we don’t do that”. Additionally, I was going to shop for a Honda Pilot or Passport...not from them! Good luck if you’re stuck with them. I will be utilizing Honda of Pensacola from now on.Update: Purchased Honda Pilot at Honda of Pensacola. Much better atmosphere all around!

We traveled down to Panama City, today, to purchase a more up to date, lower mileage and reliable vehicle in preparation for an upcoming trip to Oklahoma for our son’s ordination. I’d heard plenty of good reports on Subaru’s but, unfortunately, I hadn’t been told about their somewhat lacking navigation system. I couldn’t have been more clear about not wanting another aggravating, proprietary & expensive to update navigation system like the Microsoft Sync in my Ford Expedition. Sadly and regrettably, the salesman replied to the remark but refused to make me aware that the system in the Subaru was of exactly the same ilk. Do you suppose I have a bad taste in my mouth Honda of Bay County? Think I’ll ever return there and she’ll out thousands and thousands of dollars to them again? It’s a good bet the devil will die of frostbite before that happens!

Well I bought a 2013 Used Camery from this company. The next day after of purchasing the car. I had to replace the coil pack on the car it was misfiring when we drove it home. I contacted the manager he paid for the parts and labor. Then I noticed the car was burning a whole lot of oil. Every few days we had to top off the oil in order to keep the correct amount in the car. I bought this car in March every 3 to 4 days we have to check the oil. This was not what we intended to buy. We needed a reliable car. I paid 10,000 plus for this car and we are having to add oil in it every 4 days. I will never never deal with this place again

I will only use Bay County Honda for service on my car. You can trust the quality of service and they dont pressure you into having additional services done. They just inform you of what services require attention on your vehicle. Making an appointment and going early in the morning made it super quick and easy because I didnt have to wait long. For a typical oil change, tire rotation, cabin and engine filter change, I waited an hour. My advisor Vince was very informative and professional.

Its getting better for sure, still wish their waiting area had more refreshments options and also a child play area. But for this deficiency, they provide Lyft service locally, since I live near bye it was very convenient.

I just wanted to share our experience with Marcus and Jeanine from the service department. As we closed a recent vacation to beautiful Panama City Beach our family was left stranded on Panama beach pkwy when our 2014 Odyssey decided it needed a new alternator. After waiting for 2 hours for a tow I made it to your service center and Marcus was very attentive and friendly. Once the car was diagnosed and Marcus confirmed that we’d have to stay the night I was able to get a hotel room, but we couldn’t find a Lyft or Uber to drive us the 3 miles to our hotel. As the service center was closing for the day we were stranded but Marcus worked with Jeanine to get us to our hotel via the Honda shuttle. And Jeanine personally drove us to our hotel even though she was off the clock. And the next morning Marcus personally picked us up. Talk about white glove service!I can’t express our gratitude for both Marcus and Jeanine going out of their way for me and my family.

Made appointment showed up on time. I was Told the technician was not there that works on radio s. Came back week later at 0730 they checked me in. Four hour later had to leave to go to work. $160.00 dollars later radio not working. All I did was change out my battery and radio doesn’t work. Thinking I will go to Toyota dealer and just trade this car. This being my first haonda I was satisfied. Not anymore.
Tried dealing with Kia, Toyo, Hyundai, none would deal. Mathew did, sold me my new suv in under an hour. Lol. Go visit him
