Auto Nation of Panama City has provided outstanding service on my F150. The waiting area is ample with work space and refreshments. This is my third visit and they have always completed my service in around an hour. The service managers have never pressed any level of service, they just advise on what my mileage dictates.
We had a great visit today with William Landells. He was amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so William going the extra mile to make our experience easy and stress free is really appreciated.
The dealership is VERY backed up at the moment. They were scheduling people 3 months out for service. This is somewhat understandable, given our nations current situation. However, I had an issue with my truck that needed immediate attention (under warranty) and was able to get in relatively quickly. 1st, they had the truck for a full week and determined that they could not hear or find the issue I had been experiencing. I had to rent a vehicle, out of pocket, for that week, which nothing got done to the truck. Next (week two), they found the issue and ordered the parts. Lastly (week three), picked up the truck and found a nice new scratch in my paint. And, the work they did, did not actually fix the vehicle. May need to go back for more work to be done, but don’t want to have to take it back there…After going back and forth for 3 weeks, I have a new scratch in my truck and it is not fixed….pretty disappointed, to say the least!
My review is for Christopher Miller who helped me with my trade in process. Thank you Chris for being so helpful and quick to respond via email before I could get to the dealership. I very much appreciate everything you did to help me get the deal where I needed it to be! It was a pleasure working with you & although I was sad to trade in my Wrangler- I am excited to join the 4Runner club!
Jeff in sales facilitated the sale of my new Bronco. Very intelligent and personable. He made the experience painless and enjoyable. Ill be back.
Marquel did a great job. He made the process easy and we’re happy with our new truck. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
If youre looking at stars, you can see I highly recommend AutoNation Ford in Panama City, Florida. Id especially like to recommend working with George K. as he has been, well, stellar from the moment we met on the lot and throughout the entire process. His attention, communication, and follow-up all made the process of buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee comfortable and satisfying. Many times George went beyond what would be expected.Ive never bought a used car; Ive always leased and bought two new in my 50 something years of owning cars. I knew, though, that based on my budget that to get the features I wanted, Id probably have to buy used. Thats when the horror stories Ive heard or run across online started running through my mind. I was reconciling myself to buying a new car and compromising my wants and needs until I saw my dream car on their lot.George, and the finance officer, Russ--also a great guy to work with--did everything to make the process go through smoothly and worked with my hectic schedule to make it happen.Im an easy-going guy, but Im a tough customer. Im the kind that if Im not treated well, I may or may not leave a bad review, but I never go back, and I share my experience with anyone who asks. The car I traded in came from a dealership in town, for example, and I knew I wouldnt even consider them since their treatment during and after was very below what one would even consider the minimum level of treating customers with dignity and consideration.Im glad I have those principles because by avoiding them, I not only found a car I still feel blessed to have but have also formed a relationship that allows me to feel comfortable recommending AutoNation Ford and George K. without any doubts.Thank you, George, for everything you do to make the process so great!
Long wait times to be able to schedule service appointments even for simple oil change. Have a warranty issue with my truck that does not affect its drivability, but AutoNation said I would have to leave it with them for 3 to 4 days to fix would not be able to provide a loaner car. Only gave 2 stars because the service writer was very polite and professional.
The sales rep I dealt with, Mark Schimmer, was really great! The finance guy was too persistent, but I know he was just doing his job! The music playing in the building could be varied to be more welcoming to all, especially if youre there for a long time as I was. But overall, it was all good, a nice experience. I love my Buick Envision and would definitely consider AutoNation again for my next vehicle purchase.
The service was efficient and thorough. I had an appointment and did not have to wait long for the work to be completed. My service advisor kept me informed of progress and found my cost saving plan for the maintenance. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous with a very upbeat personality.
Dalton, Russ, and the team were great in getting us our 2021 Bronco. Highly recommend.
The Panama City AutoNation team has always been helpful when ordering parts for my vehicles and making sure I get the right parts the first time. This review is for a power steering flush and check engine light diagnostic. I was really happy with the commitment to troubleshoot my engine light and the cost, as long as you have this time to leave your vehicle with them a day or two they will find the problem with out taking guesses at which part.may have gone bad. Also the Pink Ribbon Support is awesome, my Mom would have appreciated it. Thank you Panama City AutoNation.
My elderly parents F150 broke down and my dad limped it into the AutoNation service department. There Cortney took over and checked them in and made them comfortable until I could get there to pick them up. I then started working with Cortney and I must say she is the most efficient and professional person I have ever dealt with at any dealership. When Cortney found out that my parents other vehicle was out of service, her and her team went to work thanks to her my parents truck was repaired and ready for pick up the next day. A huge thanks to Cortney for making a bad day much better.
Dalton is a pleasure to work with! I sold my Mustang to this dealership and he made the whole process seamless. If you are looking to buy/sell I would highly recommend Dalton! He’s very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Definitely the fastest I’ve been in and out of a dealership! Which I was very pleased with I can’t stand waiting around in dealerships. Everything was already organized by Dalton so I was able to walk in sign and drive.
Great place to get a New or used vehicle. Not only they made me a great deal but the sells person Natasha was great. She was very knowledge of the truck I purchase but has follow up twice to make sure I was enjoying my purchase and to see if I had any questions. The whole experience was great, not only he Natasha was great so was the finance was a fast, easy and all was so friendly.
Worked with John M and he really helped make the experience better/easier. Warranty work with him was a breeze and I really appreciated it. I will be going back to see John for all my Ford needs.
Transplant.from Ala. Made appt to have car serviced. Told need tires rotate but lugs were stripped. They serviced but could not replace lugs. Not enough in stock.i made an appt to return and they repaired my car in a timely manner. My car is paid off but I will take my car back.
AutoNation fit me in at the last min (due to an emergency) and gave me a seamless service experience. Helpful service reps who dont push hard for extras and give good consult about the health of your vehicle.
I was scheduled for common F150 recall that is known to require parts. The parts were not ordered until after my scheduled appointment, so I wasted 4 hours, still don’t have my truck fixed and will have to make another trip whenever they have time for me. No sense of what customers service means!
Is there a zero star option? The worst experience I’ve ever had at a service center, especially for being run by a dealership. The lady you speak to in the service center is incredibly rude. When I called to bring my car in, the person(woman) I spoke to on the phone said To bring it in now and it would take about a day for a diagnostic to see if the problem was covered by my warranty and then they would get me a rental, that’s understandable. I show up 20 minutes later and get full on chewed out by the lady in the service center. She claims she is the only woman and she would never tell me that! Since my car is stopping in the middle of the road and it’s a miracle I made it up there, I chose to leave it. I gave them 2 days with no update and called every day for EIGHT business days with no response until I finally was able to get a ride to stop by and they still had not run the diagnostic. It took another FIVE days to finally get the news that it’s not covered by my warranty. I went 2 weeks without a car before they could even tell me if it was covered by my warranty and get me a rental. That is absolutely unacceptable! How do they expect normal people to do that?
I love coming to Automation. I always get a little nervous when I has to do with taking my vehicles to any service place but the people here are always down to earth and listen to everything you say. They always put me at ease abd very respectful
I took my van in for a recall notice. Scheduling was easy and work was completed as promised. They provided a courtesy shuttle to my office. Ronnie handled the paperwork and kept me updated. Way better experience than the last time I took my vehicle there. Thanks!
Made appointment almost 2 weeks ago to ensure a quick in and out oil change and tire rotation. This ended up being 4 hours and 41 minutes of sitting and waiting, finally had to ask someone how much longer it would take, it took them another 15 minutes to find the work had already been done. next time I will go to one of the quick oil change places.
I took my 2016 F-350 Dually into AutoNation to diagnose why my tail lights were not working, but brake and turn signals were. It was difficult to track down the bad connector, but they only charged me the flat diagnostic fee even though they had many hours into finding the issue. Then the repair cost was minimal. Great job finding that obscure wiring issue, and keeping me posted via text of their progress! Had I taken it to a private garage I dont doubt that I would have paid many hundreds of dollars in their time to find this problem...some things are best done by the dealer.
Great service. Sean was one of the best service reps Ive worked with. Will definitely return for all my future service.
So far weve had a great experience with auto nations sales and service departments. We bought a certified used vehicle from them, and when they say whatever goes wrong with it theyll cover it thats the truth. They have gone above and beyond and completely out of their way to make we are satisfied with our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back for our next vehicle.
I have bought 3 vehicles from Oggie (David) They go above and beyond to help you here at the used Auto Nation. Everyone has been so helpful and nice. They dont haggle and try to 4 square you and pull stunts like other car dealerships. The price is what it is. It is so refreshing to not be pushed into a sale, to not be sold but to be helped. That is what buying a car should feel like. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will never buy from anyone else but Ford Auto Nation PC.
We were on vacation in PCB and the DEFCON injector went out on my 2016 Ford F-350. The truck was basically unusable. This was on Wednesday and we were leaving on Saturday. I called AutoNation and their appointments were booked for 3 weeks. I called the service desk and spoke with Ronnie. He said if I brought the truck in, he would do what he could to squeeze me in but could not commit to how quick he could do that. I dropped the truck off Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Ronnie. He was very customer focused. He was able to squeeze me and and complete my repair by Friday afternoon. Ronnie provided me regular updates on the progress on my truck. Ronnie’s customer focus and going out of his way to accommodate my truck repair is greatly appreciated. I had an EXCELLENT customer service experience at AutoNation Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ronnie.
Took my truck in for a routine oil change, was told on the phone WITH THE DEALERSHIP to go through the express line they would get me in and out. Found out when I got there that there is no express line and it would be at least an hour and a half wait. Also I ask while I was there could they give me an oil change sticker for my husbands F250 (purchased and serviced only at this dealership) since they neglected to put it in the truck at the last oil change. Shawn the advisor the was helping me ask could a tell him the VIN of the vehicle, What? yea let me just get that for you?? How about you just look it up in your computer? After I told him this he was able to provide me with the sticker which we do not think is correct.
Sean was great and very helpful. The only bad thing was I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:45 and didn’t get out until 9:35. Other than that, everything was great!
Thank you, AutoNation Ford, for your urgency in getting my vehicle in after I missed a safety recall from years ago. It came to my attention when one of my back doors swung open unexpectedly as I was driving down Highway 98!! Thankfully no one was injured. Your compassion to my situation was incredible getting me in in less than 48 hours to complete the work. (After the incident, I had called and then taken my car to another dealership who told me they didn’t have the parts…after driving an hour to get there. They also told me they had called all the local dealerships to see if they had parts. The first dealership placed an “emergency order“ for the parts but stated they couldn’t even get an ETA on delivery. I’m still waiting for them to call me to tell me that they have received them!) Unfortunately, I only have one car and trying to rent a car was fruitless at the time in our coastal area! We personally began calling the area Ford dealerships. When we talked with AutoNation Ford they told us they had only one set of the parts needed to make the repairs. This was on a Saturday afternoon. They told me that if I could bring the car in on Monday morning, they would go ahead and put my name on those parts and work me in. To add to an already incredible experience, even though I was an add-on to the schedule that day, the staff knew I was going to have to sit there all day because I was there from a couple of towns over. I was totally willing to do that and came prepared to do so!! Expecting to be there until mid-afternoon, they had me on the road by mid-morning. AutoNation Ford, I will never be able to thank you enough!! I was able to leave there that day and drive to Alabama to pick up my daughter and feel safe in doing that!! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Thank you again!
Took the truck in for a misfire and the vehicle sat on the lot for a whole month without anyone looking into what was wrong with it. I called at least 5 times every day to try and get a hold of somebody to update me on what was going on. No one in the service department answered the phone and the only way to get an update was to waste my time and go in person to talk to anyone. Nothing was resolved. I loved the truck and ended up selling it to them as I didn’t have the time to keep looking into what was wrong with the vehicle as I am no certified Ford tech as they should have been. At least the sales department was on point.
Honestly this dealership is amazing, I used to sell cars, and have bought quite a few in my life. They were very friendly, very professional and got me an awesome truck! They gave me an unbelievable deal on my trade, and a great price on the new one. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle and will be going back for future purchases. Thank you so much to Sean Lyons my salesman, and to the finance and management team that made it happen for me, I couldnt be happier.
People are pretty nice, but the service Ive received is lacking. I had my tires rotated and someone lost my lug key. A month later I received a call informing me that it had been found. I was due for an oil change, so I went in. The lug key did not fit my car.. I purchased the platinum autonation warranty when I bought my car. Ive had numerous issues with the vehicle, not one has been resolved. The lost lug key has ended up costing me upwards of $1500, all because the tires cannot be removed. Ive reached out via phone, chat, and email just to be hung up on, disconnected or straight up ignored. I will not be purchasing another warranty plan through autonation.
If zero stars was only an option, Id pick it. Service is horrible. Took my 2020 F-150 in last year (Sep) for backup camera issue. Was told it was on back order. NEVER received a call. Fast forward to this year, Ford Recall Notice for backup camera. Scheduled appointment last Thursday, was told part not available and would be here on Monday. So again, no call! Called parts department only to find out they have seven cameras and have had them since February! Oh, and none of them had my name on them.... Not sure what is going on? Bought my truck through them and they didnt even have it on file, even though they worked on it twice before. Going to see the manager this afternoon.
Great customer service, very friendly. Only drawback was it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not something the rep can do but still annoying
I have no faith in mechanics... they say tpms sensors dont work in after market rims.Courtney is the only good thing at the place... she tries to do everything she can to get things done.... the rest of the place has problems...... this is not the first time withThe same experience
Everyone, except the first person I met at service was professional. Alton needs some additional training on how to greet a customer. My service advisor Sean was a pleasure to interact with and was a professional.
They bought my used f250. Brad Bonewit gave me a very fair offer and the salesman managing the deal, Mark Schimmer was very friendly and professional. Thanks guys!
The service manager here is great and will try to help you! *** However whatever I drop my truck off for still has not been checked out I have no information as to the primary purpose for dropping it off and it is still doing the exact same thing it was doing before I dropped it off yet I had $1,000 worth of work done which was nothing that I needed. They will hear nasty things from me soon I absolutely feel as if I was taking advantage of it was absolutely the worst business experience Ive ever had in my entire life thanks for nothing Ive lived here my entire life and believed I could trust you!
My sales manager, Sam is incredible! He is professional, knowledgeable and his follow through was excellent!! He is also just a very nice and courteous person. Go see Sam to buy your next car!
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had I will never ever be back. I had a scheduled appointment they had it on the paper list but not in the computer and they told me to come back after driving one hour just to get there I almost left but then had a conversation with the general manager and he basically said it was my fault they just don’t care I called back later and they didn’t even bother to return my call save yourself the hassle don’t go here go anywhere else
I had to wait a month for an appointment to bring my car in. When I brought it in, I told them what was wrong with it (the spark plugs needed to be changed, the ignition coil was likely going bad, and the windshield fluid sprayers were broken.) I told no worries, it should be done in a few days. After a week, I called to see if it would be ready soon. They told me that the tech was still trying to find what was wrong with it. I told them again everything that was wrong. They finally called me yesterday to inform me...that the spark plugs needed to changed, and the windshield sprayers were broken 🤦♀️ They have had my car for two weeks now and still havent given me a time frame for when it will be done.Im not very happy camper.
I made an appointment in advance for an oil change which included the multi-point inspection. I mentioned the drivers seat was making a noise if they could look at it as well. I was told I would likely need to make another appointment for that. When I checked out to make payment and asked about the seat, the service advisor just confirmed that it was making a noise. Would it have been that difficult to take a few extra minutes and troubleshoot that issue so a part could be ordered if necessary? The point is this: if a part is necessary, that will no doubt require two more appointments.
It took two months for my car to be repaired. It also took a week before they would get a vehicle for us to drive even after explaining that we had two families flying in without transportation and it would be tough to get everyone around in one vehicle. They did rent us a car the day after everyone left. I will say John communicated with me consistantly but my car set in same spot a long time without anything being done to it. Very dissapointed.
The personnel was very nice but the reason for the visit was for a transmission recall update and after doing that the transmission is still acting up and seems worse than before. I have always loved my Fords but after researching on google about the problem with this model transmission I now feel I made a mistake in my last purchase and funny part as always I just recently paid the truck off. Murphy’s law applies I guess. Don’t know where to turn now because I don’t have the money to let them start experimenting. Left scratching my head☹️☹️☹️☹️
Great experience! I LOVE my new Expedition and the buying process was easy and fast. Charlie and Jeff were a pleasure to work with!
Very knowledgeable staff, very clean and safe surroundings. I was in and out in no time for my service appointment. What a great Team at Auto Nation Ford in Panama City.Thank YouMike
This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Took the truck in for oil change and some recall work. John called when it was ready, it was getting close to closing so he called again to make sure I knew their closing time. The truck was not only ready but was actually fixed. John went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
I came in to Panama City from Nashville at my condo Sun. Morning at 5:30 am. I got out of the car and smelled a sewer smell coming from the car. I looked under the hood, saw nothing, asked my wife to start the car and nothing happened. I thought it might be the acid smell from the battery. Everything was pretty much shut down because it was Sunday. I called Auto Nation and Sean answered. He said to tow it in but because they were two weeks behind, it would probably take 3 days before they could look at it. I had it towed and gave Sean my story. I pleaded with him because we just got here and rental cars were hard to get. Leigh the grit shuttle service man took us back to our condo. I no sooner walked in the door when Sean called and said they are diagnosing the car and would get back to me. Long story shorter, Leigh came back to get us at 2:00pm Mon. With a new battery. We’re extremely impressed with Sean and Auto Nation Ford. We’ll never forget your hospitality. God bless you
I got a new service advisor this time around as the one I had been using was no longer working here. I have to say I was a bit nervous at first dealing with a man as past experience hasnt been great...... but.... Wesley made the visit non stress and didnt talk down to me. He explained everything in a very professional and most importantly, courteous manner. I will stay with him for sure.
Had to order a tire for my F150 and they had to order the tire and was there in two days. I went to get the tire put on and they got me right in and out. Only issue the tire they ordered didn’t have the white letters to match the ones on the truck. I never specified so could been my fault also. But other than that very happy with the service
It started with a great salesman name Steve McWhorter. I was in the market for a very particular truck and he told me to give a day or two and he will find it. Not only did he find the truck with exactly what I wanted, but more. Thanks again Steve for making this a possibility and Im really enjoying my new F150. Also would like to thank Tori for getting me the best financing for my budget. Great job Team Ford....................
The fuel injector went out in my truck while we were on vacation in Panama City Beach. I feel that Courtney did everything that she could to help us out in a bad situation, even arranging transportation so that we could get our new beach gear and other large items to the truck when we had to fly out from Northwest Florida Beaches Airport to leave the truck behind for the necessary repairs. And the best part, the service department actually identified the problem and got my truck fixed (which my local Ford dealership did not do when I took it in before we made the long trip from Omaha, NE to Panama City). The truck worked like new when I picked it up and made the 19-hour drive home.Even though the overall outcome wasnt the most desirable (having to leave the vehicle behind to be repaired while myself and my family flew back home, and then myself having to fly back to pick up the truck), Courtney took great care of us and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you run into problems whether you live in the area or if you run into problems like us while you are vacation in the Florida Panhandle.
We purchased a car on September 1st and returned on September 3rd, due to the issues our mechanic found and we just did not feel like buying a car and starting off in the shops from the beginning would be a smart decision. We were told that our down payment would be refunded to our account within 3 business day, now 2 weeks later there is still no refund back and we have been trying to get a hold of someone to find out where the money is and of course no one is responding to out calls/voicemails, all they do keep transferring us to a different departments and wasting our time. VERY UNPROFESSIONALL !!!!! And I am very glad we ended up not doing business with them. Hoping they will refund us our money back.
They are doing a fantastic job. How they do it being short staffed is amazing. The technicians never miss an issue. All were professional. A well managed group.
Very friendly and informative workers, went out of their way to get the vehicle we were looking for.
The worst Ford Dealer ship I have ever dealt with. They made an appointment to fix my truck. It sat there all day untill around 3pm when I called to see if it was ready. They hadnt even touched it but failed to call me and let me know. Because one of the parts I ordered wasnt there. Then I wait almost a month and call to see if the other part was in. Low and behold it was yet noone called me to tell me it was in or to set up another appointment. I will never ever use this location again once they fix this problem. I rate a 00000
The 5 star rating only applies to Rhonda Leonard who took over the account after our vehicle was in the shop for over a month. We made arrangements two weeks in advance so that parts could be ordered and painted (hood) with the promise of a two day wait at most (repair/replace luggage rack runners). When we dropped it off nothing had been ordered. Each day we were lied to by the account rep as to the status of our vehicle. We were told one thing was complete one day and a few days later told it had not been done. It became comical as well as infuriating watching them not be able to keep their lies consistent. We were promised a rental then denied it. Rhonda was able to get our Explorer back from the Dodge dealership where the work was actually being done so that my wife could get back and forth to work. It took two months to finally get our recall repairs complete. The day the parts arrived, we were prioritized by her and had our vehicle back that day. Despite Rhondas excellent service. We will do what everyone else we know with a Ford does for service. We will be taking it out of town to Fort Walton or out of state to Dothan, Alabama. The more I share my experience, the more I hear of others with the same stories.
We recently were moving across country when my car broke down and needed emergency repair at this location. The repair took a LONG time due to the pandemic and parts shortages, but honestly the lack of communication from the dealer ESPECIALLY given our situation (we had to leave the car and continue our move) left us feeling abandoned and honestly taken advantage of. I was LUCKY to get weekly updates on my vehicle over the month the vehicle was at the facility all of which were only after I had to call multiple times to get get ANYONE at the facility (our service advisor never responded directly). This included difficulty when the service was complete just getting the car picked up for transport as nobody at the dealer was able to find the keys and paperwork for the vehicle. Now I understand, there is a near zero chance of me being a returning customer to the Panama City location as this was an in-transit emergency service, but honestly after this experience I would be hard pressed to visit an autonation center anywhere in the nation given this service experience where we desperately needed help.Sorry, but I get things are hard, but your guys dropped the ball on this one big time. The good news is that I did get the car back and it does run, so there is that I suppose.
If you need work done on your vehicle and you want quality service, talk to Wes Mendoza. He was patient, thorough, took the time to answer my questions and fulfilled all of my requests in a timely manner. Thank you for a quality visit and transaction, Wes!
Brought my husbands truck in to have a couple of non-engine related issues (most electrical) checked out. Set up an appointment for a Thursday, dropped the truck off, a week later they hadn’t called or given us any kind of update at all. When we called to check on it they advised the diesel mechanic had been out all week so it hasn’t been touched. Even though these were not engine related issues and should not have had to be seen by a strictly diesel mechanic. Okay fine, gave it another week and still never got a single call to update us on what was going on with the truck. I drove up there myself and stood in front of the service advisors for a solid hour before anyone got me in contact with a person who could give me any minimal information. I ended up asking them to only focus on the issues that were bothering us the most since it had already been 2 weeks. Left with a guarantee that we would receive a call by the end of the day with a quote on those things. Now we are 3 weeks in, came by to check on the truck again because despite their guarantee to call, they never did call with any quotes or updates on the status of the truck. One of the “issues” was to have an exhaust system installed, which we provided. When we got there the box with the exhaust kit was sitting in the exact same spot we put it in when I dropped it off, and still not a single person has tried to look at our truck. The sad part is, every single experience we’ve had here has been exactly like this but they are the only Ford dealership local to us but we will never ever bring our truck here again. There is no accepting responsibility by anyone or any care at all that they had the truck for 3 weeks and never called a single time to tell us anything. The only information we ever received was when we drove to the dealership.
I was searching for a good family car due to my fiancé being pregnant. I noticed a traverse they just received by trade in. Sean Lyons made the deal happen in two days. Easiest process I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely, when the time comes, going back to auto nation for Sean. Very thorough and super helpful. Much appreciated!
So made an appointment for my service today ….recall on rear suspension….and a sunroof that won’t retract back….I arrived at my appointment on time ….8:45am…I live an hour away…only to be told that they weren’t sure they had the part for the recall and there was no way they could fix the sunroof…but they could probably diagnose the issue..they had the part for the recall and would need the day to do the work….fine ….I figured that …I arrived at 2:00 figuring I was going to have to wait …But I was told there was no way they can get to the sunroof and they will need till the end of the day for the recall. Frustrated and sitting here waiting after I was told “ it’s not their fault” it’s the COVID and they can’t get people to work..So how about this…. stop taking on business that you can’t handle because of COVID. If I was going to have to wait for a month to be told that they can’t do the work…why make an appointment? If I had to wait a month and a half but at least you wouldn’t upset people. So my advice is this Jay…Service manager quit taking on work you can’t deliver on and stand behind..start making appointments 2 months out. I certainly won’t be back ….
Did a great job from what I can tell. They replaced two airbags that were from a recall. Very smooth process. Got there they took care of me right away and called me as soon as it was ready and had my car ready when I arrived to pick it up.
Great place.Mark hooked it up for me and my wife. They have a awesome team all around,an great cars to.
Just purchased another vehicle from AutoNation. This makes vehicle number five I have bought from them. We keep coming back because they make the process so easy and hassle free.
Had a great experience. I am a repeat customer for a reason. Brad And Will took very good care of my needs. I will be back on future purchases.
I have taken my Ford truck in for a factory recall, and now for oil change and tire rotation on the second visit. I can honestly say I have never been to a dealership where the employees were as friendly, and helpful as AutoNation. When I buy my next vehicle, new or used, it will be from this dealership
Great experience with sales associates David and Charlie! They knew my price point and worked diligently to make it happen. I kept those guys at the dealership way past their closing time and kept apologizing but was reassured it was not a problem. My Edge SEL is EXACTLY what I wanted and they made my buying experience fun. BTW, I was David Ogdons 7,563rd car sale in his long career as a car salesman!! ( David, hope I got that number correct) Thanks again AutoNation
Had an 8:30am appointment to do recall work. At the time the appointment was made I was told it would take 1-2 hrs so I planned on waiting. Once at the dealership I then got told 3-4 hrs so I opted to get the wife to pick me up. As the day progressed we never heard any reports on if it was ready so I called and no one would answer in service. We decided to go to check on it 8 hrs later only to find out they never even looked at the car and they said it most likely wouldn’t until the next day possibly. My wife has to have her car to do her job and this kind of service is not acceptable when you have an appointment and told it would be 1-4 hrs depending on who you talked to. Now we have to find time to reschedule the appointment in our busy schedule. That we can go without the car again and hope maybe the will take care of the recall work this time. The way I see it Ford can be held responsible if the parts fly off the car and they have failed to do what was scheduled the first time.
My salesman, Will, did a great job in communicating with me throughout my car-buying process. Had chosen a vehicle from another location to buy. Keith, the used car manager, stepped in to make the delivery go smoothly. When it arrived, had damage not mentioned before it was delivered. Will messaged and said he didnt want to sell me a damaged car and suggested another good vehicle for me. I decided to buy the 2nd one. Trying to change my insurance policy to add the new car proved a lengthy waste of time. After an hour on the phone and no progress, Will suggested another insurance company. I called and was set up in 20 minutes with a full coverage policy. It took until an hour after AutoNation closed to get the insurance straightened out. Then, had to go to finance to sign everything. The finance manager was efficient and friendly. Will stayed late until my purchase was completed and I left with the keys to my new car. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Will has offered several times to help me with anything further I may need. Overall great experience!
I was in a hurry and didnt include comments. Just wanted to say that I appreciated your taking me in for service without an appointment and explaining to me everything that I needed to know in order to get my car serviced. Look forward to seeing you soon when its time for my next preventative maintenance if all else goes as planned. Would definitely recommend your service to others.
My Customer Service rep was very courteous and efficient. (Wesley Mendoza). He kept me informed with updates. Most important, he kept a smile on his face!
While on vacation 800 miles from home a semi threw a tire directly in front of us. I contacted five different Ford dealerships but none would look at my car because they were booked out a week or longer. AutoNation Ford in Panama City listened to my concerns and asked me to bring it in the next morning even though they were booked into the next week as well. The customer service was excellent and they were able to get us on our way pretty quickly. They were very caring and set my mind at ease being so far from our home dealership.
I received a recall notice for brakes do I scheduled an appointment to get the recall fixed. Ended up there were two recalls one I had no idea about. No one called me to tell me the car was ready. I called to check and kept being put on hold or redirected. When I showed up the person handling my car was no where around. When we finally got to speak to her I found out one of the recalls was not done because they didn’t have the parts. They wanted to keep my car until the parts car in which I still have not heard from them to see if the parts are in. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
Tasha made my purchase a breeze. Even got my vehicle from another dealer so I could have the color I wanted. Top notch No 1 sales lady! Recommend Tasha to anyone wanting to buy a Ford.
Initial contact, appointment, test drive, sales experience and financing all were top notch. Brittney and Tori made the purchase experience a pleasure. It was worth the 5 hour round trip drive to purchase a vehicle.
The entire team from sales, manager & finance were very helpful and made the experience very easy. Will buy again from them!
This was one of the best experiences purchasing an automobile Ive had. Jackson and Marshall were fantastic and very helpful. Everything was smooth and painless and they went above and beyond with helping get the best financing option for my wife and I. Just a big shout out and thank you to both of them.
Incredible service from the general manager to a sales rep Brittney as well as a finance officer named Charlie. Really appreciate the hard work and efforts to get my transit van from another dealership and still with a smile. Call truly do appreciate all that was done for my organization. Have a blessed year!
So, I am going to put this dealership on blast! This was the WORST experience I have ever had and first review I have ever written regarding service. Last week I had made an appointment for my Hispanic husband to take our Ford F-250 in for service. We were going to get a complimentary oil change (from a previous error on a previous date), to have the spare tire removed from the driver’s side rear wheel and placed back under the truck, and a new tire placed on the rim of a tire that blew out a side wall. I gave specific instructions to the lady taking my needed service. Our appointment was at 7:00am this past Friday. My husband was there at 6:30 am. This truck we use only to pull our food trailer so we need it safe. The instructions were clear but this is what they did. They took over 3 hours, put a used tire in place of the exploded one and threw it in the bed of the truck. They did a rotation to the tires and left the spare on the front driver’s side, charged us for the oil change and sold my husband that an air filter was 85.00. The bill came out to 164.00. My husband got home and saw the spare still on and had to change it out because we had an event at 5:00 in Destin, FL. The people were rude and not NICE at all. They didn’t even take my husband to show him what they did! Nothing. They should of made sure he understood what they were selling him and that the work was complete. They have discriminated against him and I am super unhappy about it! I DO NOT recommend this place for service at all!
I recently moved to the area and was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I went online and chose the service that I needed and then made an appointment and let them know that I would wait for my vehicle. When I showed up for my appointment, they asked what service I needed which put me on the spot to recall exactly what I needed and gave them the perfect opportunity to upsell. Also, I was told that it would be a two hour wait because there were so many people ahead of me. I am aware that people are short staffed these days but why give appointment times when they really do not matter? With all of that being said, the person that helped me at the counter was friendly and their facility was clean and nice.
Woah. This was the quickest and best deal we have gotten on a vehicle! As loyal long time Ford customers of over 10 years we have gone through many transactions and know the process. We moved here from Louisiana and wanted to start giving business to our local dealership, with the caveat that they take excellent care of our family. We went into Ford Autonation Panama City with the intent of shopping around while our current Ford vehicle was being serviced (which also by the way - their service department has been outstanding over the past two years!) and left with a brand new vehicle, as our trade-in deal worked out so smoothly! They expressed how they wanted to earn our trust in becoming life long local customers now that we are Floridians and we settled on a great deal after very efficient negotiations. Huge thank you to Brittney, Andrew, Marshal and the team for everything!
I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of service as well as the lack of service from AutoNation Ford. My issues were with one particular Service Writer. I complained about him to their customer care department multiple times, but no one followed up and got back to me so I stopped trading with them.I had heard that the service writer in question was no longer there so I decided to give them another try when I needed some work done on my F150.I stopped by there to schedule an appointment and worked with the assistant service manager. She told the next available appointment was in 3 weeks! I scheduled the appointment and was very specific about waiting for my truck. I live about 25 miles from the dealership so dropping the truck off and leaving it is challenging.Upon arrival the day of my appointment my service writer was not so I was helped by another service writer who told me due to my issue that I had to leave the truck with him. Since I wasn’t prepared to leave it, I left. After thinking about it for a few miles I decided to turn around and meet with their Service Manager, Billy. After talking with Billy about my frustrations both current and past, he told me to let him see what he could do. He took my truck, and within the hour he came back with the truck. I did not get the complete service I wanted, but Billy did address my main issue, which was most important.Next week I’m bringing my Mustang in for some work that wasn’t done correctly during my last visit with that car.Billy’s care was spot on and gives me hope that I can keep trading there. I will know for sure after that appointment. Thanks Billy! At first I thought it was just me, but I know of others who have had similar experiences. Their issues were eventually resolved but not without multiple visits and conversations.I love my Fords. Both of them are old and have only been serviced by a Ford dealer. I always felt that I am probably paying more, but the “value add” I was receiving was worth it. Unfortunately my past experiences with AutoNation makes me question if the added value is really there.I own 2 small retail stores that have been quite successful. Why? Because my customers are my universe. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE is what it’s all about. I realize that I am a tiny customer and I am trying to give you my business, but you all don’t seem to want it.Thank You,Marc RiceMexico Beach, FL
World Class Service. Met & exceeded all my expectations. Courtney ROCKS!#1 FORD dealership to our ISS fleet of 15
I wanted a specific color Ford Bronco sport. They found it for me and in two weeks I had the car I wanted. I’ve been purchasing from this dealership for the last twelve years. Great customer service and their finance dept is quick and super friendly.
Great place, Steve Mc Whorter is OUTSTANDING! Very truthful and straightforward! If youre looking for a vehicle hes the one to meet.
An excellent outfit that bought my used car for a great price. They were very professional and clearly appreciate folks that take good care of their cars. Thank you Jennifer!
Great service and great service team. Very friendly, Courteous and knowledgeable. My truck is only worked on by Auto Nation Ford Panama City Fl
Went in for standard 10K diesel service, vehicle was returned with a check engine light, improper tire pressure, performed maintenance that wasnt nessasry and an inoperable A/C. Truck was taken to the back two additional times to correct discrepancies after spending over 4 hours at the dealership. Representative promised to do right by this by returning my Ford Award Points and a follow up phone call. Never recieved either one. Im not big on doing reviews, but this is the third time my vehicle was serviced at this dealership and each time something like this occurs.
Awesome customer service wait time could be better
Appointment on time duration being service perfect - good job.
Salesman that we dealt with was very nice, not pushy and just fit our vibe. Did everything that we agreed to, and was pleasant through out the experience. Perhaps a little disingenuous when he committed to getting the repairs done within our tight time frame, but he got it done so there was truth to his promises.
Russell was an amazing help when it came to deciding what Ford Explorer I was thinking about buying. He was professional and extremely friendly. I had recently broken a finger on my right hand and he was nice enough to help me by filling out some forms I needed to get done. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful as well. I was really happy with my experience and would buy a car and/or send friends and family there
I truly feel, my day a AutoNation Ford Panama City was the buying experience in truck buying I have ever had. The F250 Lariat was just what I was looking for and, the price was much better than I really thought I would get! They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and, treated my like I was the only customer in the show room. My Sales Rep, Jeff, was so very help full and respectful and knew the truck like it was his own. Thank you Autonation Ford for the best buying day I have ever had!
Slow customer service and little attention to detail.Had my 2019 expedition serviced recently which took an extremely long time to schedule. We dropped it off to be assessed for warranty repairs and then never heard back from them. We called multiple time to inquire about a time to bring it back in for repairs with no luck. It finally took a call to the Service Manager to get a call back & appointment time. After the repairs were completed I felt rushed to leave the property. It was a late Friday evening and I assume they wanted to go home. I now have a rear windshield wiper that needs adjusted, after a back glass replacement, that will violently hit the glass lift handle. But I guess I will finish the job myself, so much easier than going back through the scheduling process and probably having to wait another month just to be seen.I had the same troubles with my f-150 for service work in the past. I like to give everyone a second chance, but I will now drive out of town than to deal with this service dept. again.
This was the smoothest Truck buying experience ever, thanks to Will and Brad. Will is an awesome salesman and made my experience at Auto Nation a great one. Really enjoying my Ranger! Thank you!!
