Tried purchasing several items and had valid coupons for many of the items from the Walgreens app. Got to the register and none of the coupons would show up, the manager and cashier said they couldnt do anything about it and said they didnt know why. I gotta say that the little shopping I did there will cease to exist now. And will ALWAYS recommend people use elsewhere. CVS is right across the street and never have issues there.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. This is a terrible situation for Walgreens who has a good reputation in other areas of this county. Obvious that this is a store management problem.
I’m out of town and need to refill a prescription. Spoke to the kindest person in the pharmacy today. She was so helpful and even told me to have a nice day. Kindness goes a long way.
Pharmacy moves soooo slow! I’ve been getting my proscriptions filled here for over a year and They have never been this slow before
I have been visiting this Walgreens for over a year since i live across the street from them and i have always gotten excellent customer service with quick and easy shopping experiences. but yesterday i visited the store as usual to grab a few things. at check out i left my card at home so i had to step aside to call my bank and transfer funds to another account. there was no one else in the store but while i was on the phone with the bank a few other customers got in line and the cashier who is a wonderful woman and has always been very nice had to try to void out my basket. well the manager came out and was extra rude. i finally was able to check out and the manager took me to the second register. she had thrown my bags on the counter behind her and was talking under her breath about how she can’t believe how rude “these people” can be when there is an entire line behind them. i needed to use my insurance card which worked on my first transaction but declined on the second because the register misread it and she refused to allow me to try it again. i could have saved $20 if it had been scanned correctly. i will never visit this walgreens again and i will warn all of my friends and family. i am very disappointed
If you dont have the right insurance they will turn you away for the covid vaccine. I thought it was supposed to be free if you have or dont have insurance. Hmm I guess they dont care if poor people die.
Came from out of town, completely forgot to pick up my rx from my hometown. Came here and explained and they were so understanding! 😩 thank you very much, Walgreens!!

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever. 2 hour wait each time. Still wasn’t ready when they told me a time. I came 2 hours after time they said it would be ready and still wasn’t. They are extremely slow and inefficient. I’m very patient but this place is terribly run.
Fri. March 12th 2021 5:00 PMPharmacist made huge deal out of a simple matter thats never been an issue.. made me call my doctor. This was very nonsensical.
Coke answered the phone and is awesome. His kindness and professionalism is off the charts. Then I went to the pharmacy and had my prescription filled and Howard was the pharmacist and he gave me great information and took time to explain about the type of medication I am taking and things to ask my doctor about. What an awesome staff and an awesome location. Wither checked me out and was so kind and very compassionate. This is such a professional staff and full of compassion as well as making sure the patients are well educated on their medications.
Walgreens Callaway is absolutely ah-mazing! The pharmacy technicians are sooooooo nice, they are the polar opposite from the staff in lynn Haven, please choose Callaway Walgreens for all your prescription needs. Best ever.

As usual I drag my feet on awesome service until it aint. However its time to speak up. This pharmacy and staff is phenomenal, customer service is always spot on. They are always very busy but move through the drive thru, inside counter and 5 phone calls all at once very quickly. I forget the product and services they deal in, if not 100% correct can seriously hurt people. Thank you Mr howard, Ms Tien and Donna for taking the time to ensure our scripts were correct. Many additional professionals work at this pharmacy whos names escape me but understand awesome customer service and do it quick but right. Thanks walgreens !

The woman/tech with tattoos was rude as they come.
Why should we wait in the drive thru for over 45 minutes with only two cars in front of us. Cant you in force a policy for folks to drop off thier prescription AND NOT WAIT??? They can swing back by in 20 minutes. Instead the pharmacist takes one order at a time, so he doesnt have to fill a mass amount of prescriptions. Walgreens is losing money because they are limiting customer service orders.

Pharmacy takes forever. Go inside it’s slow. Drive thru is the same, slow. Even if you are busy just a simple “I’ll be right with you” might help. Being ignored and waiting 15,20,30 minutes is terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. It was more than 10 mins before I was even acknowledged standing directly in front of the tech at the register. She was in the computer, didn’t even have the decency to say I’ll be right with you. I just stood patiently there for 10+ mins for her to finally look up and say, emotionless “how can I help you?” I don’t usually give bad reviews but I’ve had many similar experiences here 4 out of the 5 times I’ve been there.
My wife went in there to get a prescription refilled last minute and they still helped her and were extremely friendly and helpful. The male pharmacist gave her good advice and made sure she understood how to take her meds. Everyone is very professional and friendly I hope management treats them very well for their hard work.
Staff more interested in drive thru than customers on inside.
The store prices are ridiculous and the pharmacy sucks. You get in line and they ignore you while they have a conversation with the other pharmacist for however long. They are rude as well. I don’t recommend them at all.
The Staff is always friendly, will stop what they are doing to help you find what you need. The store is clean as is the restroom. I am comfortable in the store and wander around to see if I need anything else. The cashier reminds me when it coupon day. Really like the store and employees. I have been to other Walgreens and just get a bad vibe, not as clear or as well lit. Its one of my neighborhood pharmacies and it feels like the staff knows you and are pleasent. Not trying to get you gone or act like they are bothering them. They will send you to find what you need, instead of helping you. Ive left several of the Walgreens, because of their customer service skills and the uncleanliness, especially the bathroom.
I went to my doctor yesterday for my normal check up. Doctor sent in 2 scripts as normal. About an hour later I get an email that one script is too early for refill but it would be filled today and they would contact me when ready for pickup. Same email said my other script was being delayed and waiting for insurance approval. Now a day later my script that was going to be ready has been under pharmacist review all day. So I call the pharmacy and get told this script will not be ready until Monday. The same script they said would be ready today. The second script needed authorization from insurance. Within seconds of hanging up I get a text and email saying that second script was ready for pick up. My aggravation is Walgreens tells me a script will be ready today and then get told now it will be 2 days later. Just not how business should be conducted.
Terrible waiting times on getting prescriptions. I have waited in car line for over 30 minutes. I wonder why they dont tell customers whose scripts arent readily available for pick up, to just drive to back of line, so that the rest of us can speedily get ours. Or are they just that slow in there?
The Pharmacy needs some training on customer service. When there are 4 or more waiting in line at the Pharmacy, do not ignore those to gab in the drive through. I filled scripts today and the person just handed me my receipt. I said what about my balance rewards? She said oh, you missed it on the screen when you used your debit card . She then added if you call some number they could add it in. Well I have called every number I can find but still havent been able to get help or even talk to a human. Sad that we dont have a choice because of our Insurance. The competitor across the street was so much more professional.

Walgreens in Callaway is the best pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. Plus, they have all the natural soaps and other things I need. Love it, and its staff!
I went to take money of my account at their ATM but It didnt work, so I decided to ask the lady that works in there for help and then I ask her if The machine work, she answered me with An attitude and said I dont know, its not our machine. I think she could answered better because thats her job! Help the people that go in there....

I’ve always had positive experiences here! The pharmacy, although understaffed, is currently taking on 3x the customers since another location closed, the Lynn haven store had a fire, and they started accepting tricare. It’s been busy but I was told it supposed to be getting a lot faster soon. I haven’t had any problems with wait though!
Always use the pharmacy here. The staff is always nice and willing to help if have any issues. The store is always clean and all staff is nice.
I have gone round and round trying to work with Walgreens in the past they are in pertinent claiming Insurance problems where there are none! Ive had my refills filled at other stores at no problem every time I try and fill a prescription there I have some sort of an insurance problem when there is none!
Extremely understaffed, obviously due to poor management; therefore, they need to increase their staff to keep up with current business demand. My wife was on hold for 100 minutes then eventually hung up and called back. She was trying to get her prescription filled. First, they said it would be done by 11AM on Feb 8th 2018 then changed the time two more times, we finally got it picked up at 1745 and it wasnt even verified by a pharmacist. Avoid this pharmacy unless you like to wait and enjoy uncertainty.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever had! The pharmacy has no clue !!!! Slow as dried snot rolling down a hill! Keep getting the run around been waiting now for 2 hours when they told me it would be ready like 4 times and every time I come to pick up there is another delay! My daughter warned me how terrible the service was and now I know first hand. NEVER AGAIN!!

Really long wait times inside the store and at the drive through . Especially in the mornings, 1 person is taking care of both lines. They just cant seem to staff up the place right. Really poor management.
The pharmacy needs help. I have an issue with every script I attempt to have filled here. Theres always a delay. My insurance is active and valid. I got a call stating that my insurance was not covering my meds. End result? They put it in wrong. Now, its 8:08 pm. My sons scripts were dropped off at 9 am. At 10:30 I received the text that the meds are ready. Needless to say, ive been here for 40 minutes already waiting on scripts that are not ready because why? They put it in wrong. This is not the first time and if I dont switch pharmacies, it wont be the last. I just dont get how they can make so many errors so often. This is what you do Walgreens Pharmacy. You should really excel at it.
The pharmacy is the worst. Every time I get a call that my prescription is ready to pick up, it never is. Usually its 45-60 min wait while they then try to fill it but many times Ill be told to come back the next day because they dont have my medicine there. Ive had to go back 4 days in a row dealing with this your prescription is ready-> oh we dont have it on hand come back tomorrow. If you get there when there is no one waiting for a prescription (which is rare, they always have a massive line) the people behind the counter are nice enough but once that line starts they become sarcastic and rude to customers.
Bad times were had in the pharmacy. We did get our medicine. The pharmacy was understaffed. It took a really long time. I received some rude service. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.
Pharmacy can be very crowded. I do like their rewards program, however, I have had problems with photo department and getting my name correct.
Had my perscriptions an hour past when the said they would be ready . total if over 3 hours.then i go back after returning a second time to be tild their atill not ready that it would another 25 minutes . you people suck at your job.
I went in at 940pm to print 2 photos last minute. Their machines are awful and the guy behind the counter was worse. It took forever to read my usb which had very few pictures on it, and it wouldnt even process it for printing. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. The guy behind the counter was useless, only kept telling me he couldnt help me if it was closing time. 5 minutes before closing he says it shouldnt take that long. He never once tried to help, or apologized for their crappy equipment, no customer service skills at all. Very frustrating experience on my end. Ill stick to cvs.

Tricare change was the worst decision ever. Worst pharmacy in North America. Slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. Unappreciative and disgruntled employees. Id rather drink a gallon of bleach then deal with these people again.

I call in my scripts hours ahead of time. Im told on the phone 1 hour. I come for pickup 3 hours after calling them in and still have to wait 30 minutes.. unorganized and sloppy in my opinion. This happens almost every other visit!
The pharmacy staff is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to do their job. Avoid this pharmacy save yourself some frustration.
In the pharmacy drive thru for over 20 min and have not moved if the one at the window is not ready then move them on this is the last straw time to move my scrips!!
Took a prescription to be filled at 1pm for my 1yr old having severe pink eye. The lady told me with the new year that they would be slam packed and to wait for a call, a call I never received. My daughters eye may result in yet another ER trip due to an entire day passing with no call still.

The worst Walgreens (Pharmacy) I have ever used paid for my prescription in full, received a partial on my script and told me I would have the remainder of my medicine the next day and got the run around the next day needless to say I still havent gotten a phone call,text or the rest of my medication...They Suck
The pharmacy lies and doesnt give you your medicine when they say they will.You have to wait 45 min just to drop off a prescription and almost and hour to pick one up.The only reason I stay here is because my insurance is making meIf I could give negative stars I would.Slow people, bad staff.
