I have always absolutely love the employees here. Some are more knowledgeable than others, but all of them are very friendly. However, the store itself was always two stars in my opinion. Recently this store got a new store manager, and Im not sure if it is her or coincidence, but the store has never looked better or been more well-stocked, especially in regard to the semi-permanent un-natural color section! I, finally, was able to get a color depositing conditioner in the bright copper that I love (which is always an under stocked color!) Yay!

The customer service at the store is amazing! I was unsure of what to buy and the employee that helped was very informative. I wish I knew her name so I could applaud her directly. Morning of april 17.

Employees were very helpful

The person working there for once didnt acknowledge us waling into the store. Never offered to help and just gave me a face when trying to ask questions. After ringing up quite a few of my items I had to tell her I was a rewards member as she didnt even ask. After that was said and done and my total came to 106.45 she then let me.know I would have to pay .15 cent per bag for my items. I proceeded to carry them out without one. To charge someone. 15cent for a bag after they made over a 100.00 purchase is ridiculous. I shall now buy my products online and wont be back

Both employees had beautiful fun colored hair and were super helpful and kind! Wonderful spirit, everyone was wearing masks and I felt very safe! They are doing an excellent job!

Im just going to say this much. They should hire people that know about hair. When you ask a question, they should be able to answer it and also sell you a dang product that works.

Says closes at 6pm on Sundays, took my wife there about 5 & doors were locked & no signs stating anything about having to close early for any reasons... this is the second time this has happened to us at this location. Very disappointed

I had help while I was in the store. However while I was in there I heard a woman who worked there talking badly with another customer about people from Florida and talking badly about the south in general. She took pride in being from New York which is fine, but I found it offensive that she would talk so poorly about Florida when she works here. I have been a Floridian for 10 years and dont appreciate that much. I think employees should keep opinions to themselves.
