Great little store with knowledgeable staff. If you are overwhelmed with choices they are really good about directing you to what youre looking for. Ive found the Sephora brand to often be just as good (or better) than the more expensive brands. Its also nice if you decide you dont like a product after using it you can return it no problem!

The worst customer service ever. This isnt just for the holidays but all year round the employees seem to hate their job. Every time I go into the store no one seems to want to help and if you ask a question they act like they dont want to be bothered. The makeup counter in Dillards is by far the best place to go if youre in the mall.

Great customer service. As soon as I walked in they greated me. When i asked for a color match the girl was very friendly. She done my foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer, blush and highlight just because. For free. She was really sweet and Talked the whole time. She gave me tips. This is the best Sephora Ive ever been in.

These girls are SO RUDE and racist. They always look me up and down and never help. Manager is also rude and disgusting to customers. I will never step foot in there again. ESPECIALLY the girl with the ear gauges - she needs a HUGE attitude and RBF adjustment. I am appalled at how they still have jobs there or how that location is still open.
