Disappointed. Went to purchase major appliances, fridge and microwave. Asked about military discount and was told by flooring clerk that it wasnt available. HD did not offer double dipping! Was told store kept no stock on refrigerators at all, therefore any must be ordered for delivery or pick up. Store policy was that military discount was not available on ordered items, therefore no discount on any major appliances. She described double dipping as expecting discounts on on sale items. Most items on display had sale tags, so in stores policy, anyone shopping would get same price as Military discount. Went across street and bought items from competitor! Thanks HD for your support of vets in this way.

Went in kinda late but still was able to find someone who could help me find exactly what I was looking for. Briefly looked around and picked up a multi blade tool for my weed whacker. They told to keep my receipt and if it doesnt to bring it back. Was a pleasure doing business there. Will definitely go back. Thank you Home Depot!

I will give The Home Depot a 3 star experience only on my last visit. Normally I would have given it a 1 or 2 because Ive had nothing but bad experiences there. Just about everytime I went there and I needed help it seemed like I was in a game of marco polo. I would be going one way looking for help and they would be running the other way not to help. But as I stated earlier Im going off my last visit nothing changed about the fact that I had to run down someone to help. There were employees hanging out on just about every aisle but if you looked like you needed help they disappeared faster than David Copperfield. So after swallowing my pride I decided to go and get some help. I went to this one guy and I explained to him what I was looking for and what I was needing it for. He proceeded to take me to the aisle where the item was located. Then he did something that caught me by surprise he stayed there and explained how to properly use the product to get the maximum effectiveness out of it. Not only did he do that but he didnt leave until he was sure that all concerns were taken care of. So this last experience was that 1 in a million experience.
Paul Wright, Ricky Griffin, and Sherry Dempsey always go above and beyond to help me in the rental department. They always have a smile on their faces, and help me find the right tools for the job to get my projects done. I am a plumber, and they always have my back on weekends, and nights. That’s why I always come to The Home Depot for my rental needs. These guys are the A Team.

Never ordering another appliance from Home Depot again. I bought a washer dryer for $1499 and had it delivered and have had it for one week. I saw the same unit at Lowe’s for half off. Sticker on it says customer did not like. I called Home Depot and asked to return mine. John, the assistant manager, said Home Depot will not allow me to return it now because it’s outside of the 48-hour window unless it’s defective. I explained that the unit in Lowe’s was returned just because the customer did not like it. He said, yes, that was Lowe’s policy but that Home Depot did not have the same policy.Just FYI for anyone else who is reading this, beware when you are purchasing appliances from Home Depot.Here is a picture of the unit in Lowe’s

Its Home Depot. It is better than Lowes. This one is clean and the staff are nice. The other side of the parking lot has a Chick-fil-A that gets backed up and messes with traffic flow a couple times per day.

Employee in lawn care quickly helped me find and decide on a lawn mower with rear wheel drive and high back wheels for rough terrain. He went to bring out a tiller in the box and got some epson salt for me. Got help loading. .An easy trip.
Heavy in Beach items. No riding mower attachments. However the Panama City 23rd st store is the reverse. Beach store also less floor/wall tile options. Layout of store is also different.

Called when I was about maybe 20 miles out needing 1x4x5 Did not have the exact size but went through what they had They had 1x4x6 which is about as close to perfect as you can get and we can get rid of an inch but got here and they was already ready for me waiting on me And I cant guarantee they do it with a bigger order but thats some good service Ill tell you what Its just nice as can be and in and out and done Never let me down here at Home Depot Maybe when they sponsored Tony Stewart a little bit but I got over that one 🤣
This PCBeach location is far superior to PC (23rd St) store. Tried several times to purchase new refrigerator at 23rd St location with no luck; never had salespersons full attention. Saleslady at PCBeach immediately helped - pulled up internet & printed data on unit I was interested in. I purchased the refrigerator right then!
I ordered appliances and installation. The day of delivery I donated my appliances to a local charity. Appliances arrive and the stove, microwave and dishwasher is so damaged they can not be installed. Now I am left with NO way to cook for my family. Does Home Depot or Samsung care? Nope. Still waiting on a delivery date. Maybe August? Talked to H/D C/S and she. They refused to expedite delivery, I asked to speak to a manager. “Karina” told me I could not talk to her manager and there was no other person that would help me. H/D for appliances or major purchase? NOT. I hope they go out of business.

Started off gangbusters...until we paid our money..in full. We purchased a new entry way door. Sales person came to our home and helped us pick out what was required, colour and everything. She took measurements then proceeded to tell us that someone would be there in 5 to 7 working days..to measure again...and it could be up to 3 months before we get the door..it was 43 days before we heard from them...43....they had every excuse as to why and no idea as to when our door will be in. So...it could be Christmas before we see a new door....which was ordered...in April
I order a dishwasher in Feb 2021 to be delivered on March 24th. Home Depot uses a third party to deliver and install appliances. I was in Florida to set up a condo that I rent that week and they called the day of the delivery to say they had to reschedule do to the workers had a fever. To make a long story short they rescheduled me four time for this delivery and tried to make it five times. I ended up canceling the order. The third party company is full of lies and imposable to get a hold of. I order from Lowes and got a call two day latter and set up delivery and it is now installed after one scheduled date. I would never buy anything that needs to be delivered from Home Depot again. Very unorganized company and they hire the same.

Rented a tiller today from the tool rental department. The gentleman who rang me up was amazing but I forgot to get his name. The other Gentleman who helped us was named Paul Wright and he was a wonderful and very professional help to us. We will recommend this tool rental place to everyone because of the exceptional service we received today. It is nice when you have to rent a tool and it is a stress free transaction. We ordered $3000 worth of kitchen appliances. The range was damage when it arrived at their delivery warehouse, so they decided to push all our appliances back for two weeks until the new range arrived.We asked if we could get the refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as scheduled, because we had old appliances schedule for pickup to be donated and a separate service person coming out. They said the only option was to cancel our range order and pay an additional delivery fee. Yet why should we have to pay for the negligence of someone else.After talking to multiple managers and personnel from Home Depot and their contracted delivery service and being “disconnected” with no call back, we cancelled our complete order. We will not beg anyone to take our money.If Panama City Home Depot makes so much in revenue that they don’t need our money and can’t waive the additional delivery fee for damaging the product before it reached our possession, then this review probably won’t matter to corporate either.We only ask that they change the “Refusal of Damage Goods policy to meet the customers satisfaction.
They have a saw but employee refused to cut the boards. Shouldn’t offer a service if you are going to be selective about what lengths are cut. Went across the street to Lowe’s they made the cut no problem.

I have used their tool rental service twice now and had nothing but a good experience with them. Their staff at the rental service station are always friendly and helpful.
No lawnmower engine gaskets for their Snapper mower..no self gasket kit to home make...very disappointing. Waste of time.

Went about 7:30 pm. Well stocked. Some household /staples products were priced high. Only self item checkout registers open However, stocking personnel & return counter staff were help in finding items I needed & helped me with self checkout.

Went here to buy a lawn mower, couldnt find anyone to help us get one. I walked around a little bit to find somebody, and found an employee making fun of special needs people. My autistic self was there with my mom. Im very glad my Down syndrome sister wasnt there. She takes that stuff really seriously. Very disappointed. I live downtown, and our Home Depot is awesome. Always helpful always polite. I thought yall were supposed to be better and more upper-class out at the beach. I guess I was wrong.

Great store. They have tools, wood, nails, lights and bulbs. The staff was just terrific. They have paint and you can buy that in a spray can or a five gallon bucket. They sell ladders. They sell metal for roofs and gutters too. They also sell lawn mowers, weed wackers, edgers and hedgers

It’s a nice place that I don’t have to go through a screening to get my veteran discount unlike Lowe’s, but it’s limited, in a way to where I had to go to Lowe’s to get a bar when making my pull up bar outside since gyms closed when covid first hit. But I do like that the clearance is usually in the same few places usually.
Scott, in the paint department is the best! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go to him with all my painting needs and questions. Good job Scott.
This is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever had to deal with. The people who work there are inept. I had one of my guys go to pick up materials and I was trying to pay for the materials over the phone but the customer service desk the home pro’s desk and a cashier kept sending him around in circles and they could not figure out how to take a payment over the phone. The manager lied when I finally got him on the phone after being disconnected multiple times.
Relatively uneventful, they will most likely have something similar to what you are looking for. The facility and aisles are packed with box sales. If youre short on time it will do the job. When I have time I drive up the street to Lowes; better organization, cleaner aisles and a more unique selection.

Not impressed with Home Depots appliance delivery company at all (Exclusive Enterprise)- avoid at all costs. However, Ty Williams with Home Depot made it right and did all he could to correct their mistake and their behavior. He was a pleasure to work with! Makes me want to keep coming back to Home Depot for everything other than appliances, due to him caring and understanding his customers.

Good selection, customer service could be better
I was so excited because my husband purchased me a new refrigerator and I was supposed to get it yesterday but the delivery driver refused to take it up the stairs. We had two additional strong guys to help but he still refused. I explained to him that we discussed the stairs with the sales person before we made the purchase and she said the stairs wouldn’t be a problem. His response was “they will do anything to make a sale.” Long story short I ended up buying a new refrigerator from Lowe’s the they were able to deliver it with no problem. Home Depot was unable to refund my money due to the holiday. The driver and store manager were not helpful or friendly. I will never purchase another item from Home Depot that’s for sure.

I bought an outdoor table and chair set from HD online. It was impossible to put the chairs together. After 4 hours and 1/2 hour crying, I called and they were so gracious and helpful.I took the chairs up to the store, they assembled them for me and I picked them thrm up the next day. My knights in shining armour!

Going through the different departments, the employees that I asked for help were courteous and took me directly to what I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the main thing I went for they did not have. I ordered my dryer ok n 5/29.. because of covid it wouldnt get here til 7/10.. well it was delivered today 7/21 due to my work schedule.. but in addition to that they did not call or text the day of delivery even so they claimed to call me several times today.. I called the office to let them know.. I will not buy anything from them again.
They constantly have the isle i need blocked. Sticking should be done between 12am to 6am but seems they want to do it during peak business hours.
I had bought some window blinds right before the storm hit. I didnt have my receipt but they were still in the box new the girl at customer service told me I could not return them because they were over six-month-old even though they had some in the back of the store This was a time during the storm and I had to change Windows size needed a larger size because the storm blew my other windows out. I didnt want to really return them I only wanted to exchange. I will not shop there again I will go to Lowes. Luckily I was able to use the shades in my sunroom back home
The guys back in the Rental Department, are very helpful and knowledgeable about lawn tools. I have nothing but praise for them and Gods blessings!

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I have had a very frustrating experience with ordering my appliances from them. First of all, they contract and subcontract out their delivery, so when their delivery person tried to deliver my appliances 2 hours earlier than my scheduled window (which of course I was not available for), I could not get a hold of anyone to reschedule my delivery. I spent hours on the phone being transferred from one person to the next trying to figure out what was going on before they finally decided they couldn’t deliver it until 4 days later.After all that hassle, a few months later I start finding water on the floor under my dryer. Turns out they installed it poorly and ripped the vent hose at the attachment points. I tried to fix it myself but kept experiencing the problem so I called them to have them fix their shoddy installation job. I was told there is no warranty on the install! I absolutely couldn’t believe it. The appliances manager/supervisor simply told me “sorry, it’s been too long” even though it’s been less than a year. I will never again make any major purchases from Home Depot, especially not the one here in PCB. I have been thoroughly disappointed with every aspect of this order and the “service” I’ve received. I do not recommend making any appliance purchases at this store.

They dont price match their own online prices, even for items that are in stock and NOT online exclusive deals. What a joke.Only thing that keeps me coming back is good deals on Ryobi tools/batteries and the hassle free warranty on Husky tools. Otherwise I go to Lowes.
